INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROPER DISPOSAL!
This electronic product is subject to the European
Directive 2012/19 / EU. Comply with local waste
disposal regulations, do not dispose of old
products with normal household waste. The
proper disposal of products that can no longer be
used prevents potential negative consequences
for the environment and for the population.

1. ISTRUZIONI SULLA
SICUREZZA
• Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
• Controllare accuratamente l’integrità del dispositivo,
dei cavi di collegamento e dei connettori.
• NON utilizzare il dispositivo con cavi danneggiati e/o
di sezione inadeguata.
• In caso di anomalie nella conformità del prodotto
non utilizzarlo! è severamente vietato aprire il
dispositivo. Le riparazioni possono essere effettuate
solo da personale tecnico qualificato utilizzando
parti di ricambio originali.
• Tenere il manuale di istruzione sempre nelle
vicinanze dell'apparecchio per una facile
consultazione sulle informazioni essenziali di
sicurezza, uso e manutenzione.
• Le informazioni contenute in questo manuale sono
soggette a modifiche senza preavviso. NDS Energy
s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche e
migliorie al prodotto in qualsiasi momento senza
preavviso e senza obbligo di applicare questi
cambiamenti ai dispositivi precedentemente
distribuiti.

2. INSTALLAZIONE
1. Rimuovere la pellicola protettiva in plastica posta
sulla superficie del pannello, se presente.
2. Effettuare i collegamenti al regolatore di carica,
rispettando rigorosamente la polarità dei cavi. In
caso di collegamento di due pannelli in parallelo
utilizzare diodi di protezione sul positivo.
3. Nel posizionare il pannello considerare il grado di
flessibilità per i due modelli:
• LIGHTSOLAR: 5%
• SOLARFLEXEVO: 30%
4. In caso di installazione su veicoli o imbarcazioni
semoventi, fissare il pannello con opportuno collante
come illustrato in figura.

Applicare le strisce di collante rispettando l’illustrazione:
• margine perimetrale (min. 2cm)
• spazio al centro del pannello (circa 5cm)
Questo favorisce la circolazione dell’aria per raffreddare
le celle.
Dopo l’applicazione del pannello sulla superficie del
veicolo, non effettuare pressione e non poggiare pesi
sul pannello. È possibile applicare del nastro adesivo
con colla non aggressiva per far aderire bene gli angoli
del pannello, avendo cura di rimuoverli a fine lavoro.
3. MANUTENZIONE
Al fine di ottenere sempre il massimo rendimento dal
pannello solare, tenere le celle libere da impurità ed
evitare di graffiarne la superficie. Per la pulizia del
pannello utilizzare un panno in micro-fibra umido, nel
caso non fosse sufficiente usare detergenti neutri, non
aggressivi e opportunamente diluiti.
Attenzione: evitare di calpestare i pannelli, in special
modo con suole dure e acuminate, e rispettare il
limite di flessibilità di ciascun modello per evitare la
rottura delle celle.
4. CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
Il presente documento riassume le condizioni di
Garanzia Legale di Conformità (di seguito definita
anche “Garanzia”) in relazione ai prodotti di NDS
ENERGY S.r.l. (di seguito “NDS ENERGY”) - società a
socio unico, con sede in Cappelle sul Tavo (PE), via G.
Pascoli, 169 - (di seguito definiti anche “Prodotto”), ai
sensi del “Codice del Consumo” D.Lgs. 206/2005.
NDS ENERGY garantisce i propri pannelli fotovoltaici
flessibili e semi-flessibili 24 mesi per difetti di
conformità del pannello stesso. In caso di primo

impianto, la garanzia avrà decorrenza dalla data di
vendita o immatricolazione del veicolo.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia tutti i casi riportati nel
paragrafo: “Condizioni non coperte da garanzia”, tutti i
casi di manomissione del pannello fotovoltaico e del
numero seriale posto sullo stesso, difettosità derivanti
dal mancato rispetto delle indicazioni di cui a pagina 1,
paragrafi: “Installazione”, “Manutenzione”, assenza o
smarrimento del tagliando di garanzia.
In caso di mancato funzionamento del pannello
fotovoltaico, il cliente potrà rivolgersi ad un Centro
Autorizzato o direttamente a NDS ENERGY, i quali,
dopo opportune verifiche e test, decideranno se
ripristinare le conformità del bene o sostituirlo.
In caso di sostituzione, la scadenza della garanzia, resta
di 24 mesi dalla data di primo acquisto.
Qualora il cliente decida di effettuare ulteriori verifiche
da parte di tecnici terzi, sosterrà personalmente i
relativi costi, senza nulla pretendere da NDS Energy
S.r.l..
5. CONDIZIONI NON COPERTE
DA GARANZIA
Le suddette garanzie (24 mesi e 1/5 anni) riferite ai
moduli fotovoltaici non saranno applicate in caso di:
• Uso improprio, abuso, negligenza o incidente.
• Alterazione, installazione o applicazione impropria.
• Inosservanza delle istruzioni di installazione e
manutenzione fornite da NDS ENERGY;
• Riparazioni o modifiche eseguite da tecnici non
autorizzati direttamente da NDS ENERGY;
• Cadute di corrente, fulmini, inondazioni, incendi,
rotture accidentali o altri eventi al di fuori del
controllo di NDS ENERGY.
Qualora si verificassero le suddette condizioni, sono da
considerarsi escluse le spese di: trasporto,
sdoganamento o altri costi previsti per la restituzione

dei moduli. Non saranno altresì coperti costi di
spedizione, riparazione o sostituzione, o costi associati
all'installazione, alla rimozione o alla reinstallazione dei
moduli fotovoltaici.
La garanzia non sarà esigibile qualora il tipo, o il
numero di serie dei moduli, risulteranno alterati, rimossi
o resi illeggibili. Sono, inoltre, da considerarsi esclusi da
garanzia eventuali cambiamenti di colore o altre
modifiche all’aspetto del pannello fotovoltaico
(inficianti la funzionalità dello stesso), non direttamente
imputabili a difetti di materiale e/o lavorazione.
6. SMALTIMENTO
I pannelli solari contengono componenti elettroniche
dannose che non devono essere mescolate ai rifiuti
domestico/industriali, devono essere raccolte e riciclate
separatamente. Contattare il vostro fornitore per la
raccolta e il riciclaggio, oppure un’azienda preposta al
riciclaggio di questi dispositivi.
7. CONTROVERSIE
In caso di controversie, il foro competente è quello di
Pescara (PE) - Italia.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTION
• Child Safety: Keep the device Out of Reach.
• Carefully check the integrity of the device and
connectors.
• To avoid risk of electric shock and/or fire, the
vehicle's fuel system must be in good condition.
• In case of damaged connecting cables or
inadequate section, immediately replace them with
suitable cables as specified by this manual or by a
qualified electrician.
• In case of anomalies in the conformity of the
product do not use it! it is strictly forbidden to open
the device. Repairs may only be carried out by
qualified technical personnel using original spare
parts.
• Keep the instruction manual near the device for
easy access to the essential safety, use and
maintenance information.
• The information contained in this manual may be
changed without notice. NDS Energy s.r.l. reserves
the right to make changes and improvements to the
product at any time without notice and without
obligation to apply these changes to the devices
previously distributed.
• The images of the products are purely indicative and
may therefore not be fully representative of the
characteristics of the product, differing in color, size
or accessories.

2. INSTALLATION
1. Remove the plastic protective film on the panel
surface, if present.
2. Make the connections to the solar regulator strictly
observing the cables polarity. When connecting two
panels in parallel, use protection diodes on the
positive pole.
3. When positioning the panel respect the maximum
flexibility limit for the two models:
• LIGHT SOLAR: 5%
• SOLARFLEXEVO: 30%
4. In case of installation on vehicles or boats, fix the
panel with appropriate adhesive as shown in the
illustration.

Apply the adhesive strips respecting the illustration:
• perimeter margin (min. 2cm)
• space in the central part of the panel (approx. 5cm)
This will ensure air circulation to cool down the cells.
After the panel has been applied to the vehicle surface,
do not press and do not place weights on the panel.
It is possible to apply adhesive tape with non-
aggressive glue to make the corners of the panel
adhere well, taking care to remove them at the end of
the work.
3. MAINTENANCE
In order to always obtain the maximum yield from the
solar panel, keep the cells free of impurities and avoid
scratching the surface. To clean the panel use a damp
micro-fibre cloth, if it is not sufficient to use neutral,
non-aggressive and suitably diluted detergents.
Caution: avoid treading on the panels, especially
with hard, sharp soles, and respect the flexibility
limit of each model to avoid cell breakdown.
4. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This document summarizes the conditions of the Legal
Warranty of Conformity (hereinafter also referred to as
"Warranty") in relation to NDS ENERGY S.r.l. products
(hereinafter referred to as "NDS ENERGY") - single-
member company, with registered office in Cappelle
sul Tavo (PE), via G. Pascoli, 169 - (hereinafter also
referred to as "Product"), pursuant to the "Consumer
Code" Legislative Decree 206/2005.
NDS ENERGY guarantees its flexible and semi-flexible
photovoltaic panels for 24 months for defects of

conformity of the panel itself. In case of first installation,
the warranty will be effective from the date of sale or
registration of the vehicle.
Excluded from the warranty are all the cases reported
on paragraph: "Conditions not covered by warranty", all
cases of tampering with the photovoltaic panel and the
serial number placed on it, defects resulting from
failure to comply with the instructions on page 1,
paragraphs: "Installation", "Maintenance", absence or
loss of the warranty coupon.
In case of failure of the photovoltaic panel, the customer
may contact an Authorized Center or directly to NDS
ENERGY, which, after appropriate checks and tests, will
decide whether to restore the conformity of the asset or
replace it.
In case of replacement, the warranty expires 24
months after the date of first purchase.
Should the customer decide to carry out further checks
by third party technicians, he will personally bear the
relevant costs, without claiming anything from NDS
Energy S.r.l.
5. EXCLUSION AND
LIMITATIONS
The above mentioned guarantees (24 months and 1/5
years) referring to the solar panels will not be applied in
case of:
• Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident.
• Alteration, improper installation or application.
• Non-compliance with NDS ENERGY provided
installation and maintenance rules.
• Repairs or modifications made by technicians not
authorized directly by NDS ENERGY;
• Power drops, lightning, floods, fires, accidental
breakages or other events beyond the control of
NDS ENERGY.

If the above conditions are verified, the following are to
be considered excluded: transport, customs clearance
or other costs for the return of the forms. Shipping,
repair or replacement costs, or costs associated with
the installation, removal or reinstallation of the
photovoltaic modules will also not be covered.
The warranty shall not be enforceable if the type or
serial number of the modules is altered, removed or
rendered illegible. Furthermore, any changes in color or
other changes to the appearance of the photovoltaic
panel (affecting its functionality), not directly
attributable to defects in material and/or workmanship,
are excluded from the warranty.
6. DISPOSAL
Solar panels contain harmful electronic components
that should not be mixed with household/industrial
waste and should be collected and recycled separately.
Please contact your supplier for collection and
recycling, or a recycling company for these devices.
7. DISPUTES
In case of disputes, the competent forum is that of
Pescara (PE) - Italy.
