User Instruction
01 Plug into the AC socket Or use the right
power bank to power the device. Power
bank output required: equal to or exceed
5V 2A.
02 Distance: 0 inch for best results, place in
any area you would like to treat.
03 Select Options
Top button: Brightness adjust
Left button: Red/Infrared/Both on
Middle button: 10Hz/40Hz/ Breathe and pulse rate
Right button: 5-30 mins (5mins/unit) timer
Bottom Button: ON/OFF

04 Usage frequency: Use the device daily 1-2
times and for at least 4 weeks, and each
time we suggest 20-30 minutes on one
treatment area. Then move the device to
the next area you would like to treat.
05 Unplug the device and store it in a dry
area
06 Maintenance: Continue using several
times a week
