PREPARING FOR STARTUP
Fuelling
Utmost care is required when handling fuel and oil. Keep away smoke and
open ames (risk of explosion).
Petrol: Octane number at least 91 ROZ unleaded
Two-stroke engine oil: acc. to JASO FC or ISO EGD specications
Mixing
Mix petrol and oil in the supplied fuel mixing can

Fuelling of the device
• Stop the engine and allow it to cool down.
• Wear protective gloves.
• Avoid eye and skin contact.
• Strictly follow the instructions under ”Safe handling with fuels”.
• Make sure that no fuel can come into the soil.
Go away at least three metres from the fuelling place to start the chain saw.

Do not fully pull out the cranking rope and slowly guide the cranking handle
back to make sure that the cranking rope is correctly wound up

Before each maintenance and cleaning work
•Stop the engine.
•Wait until the cutting device does not longer move.
•Remove the spark plug connector.
•Wear protective gloves in order to avoid injury to the hands.
• Do not carry out maintenance work close to open ames. Risk of re.

Cleaning the air lter
Do not pu/blow out dirt particles, otherwise there is a risk of eye injury.
Damaged air lters must be replaced without delay.
