1.0 Installing standalone Customer Screen
Remove the SST Standalone Customer Screen kit
from packaging.
Remove the documentation and retain for future
reference.
Select following parts:
Item #1: Base Cover –Upper & Lower section with
Rubber Grommet.
Item #2: Screen Mount Bracket.
Item #3: HDMI, USB & Power Extension Loom
packages.
Open the TSST Top Lid to access the Customer
Screen Mount Assembly.
Unplug the HDMI, USB, and Monitor Power from the
Hub IO Mount Kit.
Complete the following Steps in order:
Step 1: Undo the 2x M8 Button Head screws on the
Customer Screen Mount Bracket using a 5mm Allen
Key.
Step 2: Slide the LCD Screen Mount towards the RH
Side of the TSST Main Chassis from the slotted holes
and remove together with Looms.
Step 3: Lift the LCD Screen Mount out from the TSST
Main Chassis.

Mount the Screen Mount Bracket to the desired location
on a Benchtop or Wall.
The installer will need to pre-drill the M8 holes clearance
holes in the desired location. An optional larger hole is
required if the Extension Loom is to pass through the
mounting surface.
Please note: The installer will need to assess the
mounting surface and supply suitable M8 bolts for that
application.
Locate the LCD Screen Mount onto the new Screen
Mount Bracket via the M8 studs and fasten using a
13mm Socket wrench.
Connect the Customer Screen HDMI, USB, and Monitor
Power Plugs to the Extension Looms.
Ensure the Extension Loom plugs “click” into each
connection.
Route cable heads within the bracket footprint as shown.
If running the Extension Loom through the side opening
on the base cover:
Feed the Extension Looms through Base Cover –Upper
section as shown.

Feed the Extension Loom plugs through the Rubber
Grommet.
Note: The HDMI, USB, and Monitor Power
connectors are to be fed individually through the
Rubber Grommet hole due to connector size.
Push the Rubber Grommet into the Base Cover –
Upper section.
Ensure the Rubber Grommet “clips” into position.
Pull the Extension Loom through Base Cover –
Upper section.
Clip the Base Cover –Lower section underneath the
Stand Arm Support.
Ensure the 2x plastic clips “snap” into connection.
Present the Base Cover –Upper section to Screen
Mount Bracket and align clips on both sides.
Clip into place then lower other side of housing and
clip into bracket
Run the Extension Loom back to the Kiosk.
