Before configuring the function, insert a SIM card and install the 4G antennas properly. Turn on the
power supply and press the PWRKEY to start the board.

2 Configuring LAN Port
Step 1 Check the network devices.
Connect the demo board to a computer through USB.
Open a CLI window on the computer, navigate to adb shell and enter ifconfig.
If eth0 information is not displayed, input ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:11:2:33:44:55.
00:11:22:33:44:55 is a MAC address.
Step 2 Use a network cable to connect the board and the computer and set the computer to DHCP mode.
In adb shell, input brctl show.

It takes some time to detect the network cable connection.
If eth0 is not displayed after long time, input brctl addif bridge0 eth0. Eth0 will be added to
bridge0 after the network cable connection is detected.
Step 3 Check whether the computer obtain the IP address.
The IP address of the computer is in form of 192.168.225.xxx.

3 Configuring WWAN/4G Port
Enable the 4G data service using QCMAP_CLI.
In a CLI window, navigate to adb shell and enter QCMAP_CLI.
Select 30 > 1 and 32 > 1 > 1.
The following information is displayed after the 4G data service is enabled.

Check the network connection of the computer.
In a CLI window, ping a valid website.
