your unit may cause an electrical shock. For the safety of
everyone, do not remove product covering.

Q. What is Nano photo-catalytic filter?
A. The action of this washable filter is based on photo-catalytic oxidation
(PCO) technique. Airborne pollutants are treated by semiconductor photo-
catalysis, in which the key material is TiO2.TiO2 particles are used as photo-
catalyst because it is non-toxic, chemically stable, and possesses relatively
high photo-catalytic activity. When used in conjunction with UV it can
remove molds, bacteria and Virus
Q. Does this unit use activated oxygen?
A. For your safety this air purifier does not use activated oxygen which
overexposure is thought to cause illness. This air purifier safely cleans and
purifies the air.
Q. What’s the function of UV light?
The Ultraviolet Light destroys bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast, and mold; it
reduces or prevents mold growth, thereby allowing them to function at peak
efficiency. These high-output, long-lived UV lamps can be used in industrial
commercial, and residential applications.
Q. Where should I place the Air Purifier in my home or office?
A. The Air Purifier should be placed in the room where you have the most
pollutants. The Air Purifier is easy to move so you might want to try it in a
couple of locations to help decide what works best for your environment. An
elevated location is better to distribute ions and activated oxygen more
evenly. Air Purifier works best if it is placed within 10 feet of a cold air
return.
Q. How long will the Air Purifier last?
A. The air purifier is made of stainless steel and solid wood construction.
Because of the quality material and superior craftsmanship that goes into
each Air Purifier you will enjoy it for many years. This Air Purifier comes
with a 3 year warranty.
Q. Is it difficult to install?
A. No. Just plug the power cord (located in separate box packaged inside the
carton), into the unit and set the time for the area you will be treating. Install
the Air Purifier in any room, but try to find a place where it can be up off the
ground four feet or more. Some customers prefer to have more than one unit
to better improve the air quality in the home.
This “exclamation point” calls attention to a feature for which
you should read the enclosed literature carefully to prevent
operating and maintenance problems.

Q. What does the New Comfort Air Purifier do?
A. It treats the air in your home or office by breaking down and filtering
odors and pollutants.
Q. How does the New Comfort Air Purifier treat the air?
A. The Air Purifier takes 6 stages of air purification systems to purify the air
and create a health and comfortable living environment.
Q. How does the New Comfort Air Purifier work?
A. It is a Six-stage process
1. The Air Purifier uses an optional needlepoint ionizer to drop dust,
smoke and other harmful particles from the air we breathe. In our
homes and offices there is a lack of negative ions and an
abundance of positive ions. The buildings we spend most of our
time in block out the natural occurring negative ions. The Air
Purifier recreates the natural balance of positive to negative ions
to significantly reduce airborne particulate.
2. The Air Purifier uses Nano photo-catalytic filter to treat the
airborne pollutants, it is revitalize when shined by the UV light.
3. The ultraviolet light destroys microorganisms such as bacterial,
mold and viruses in the air.
4. Activated Carbon filter is adopted to remove odors, bad smells
and kill bacteria.
5. HEPA filter can capture particles below 0.3 microscopic particles
such as radioactive dust in atomic plants. HEPA filter is a
mainstay in areas that require clean air such as hospitals, clean
rooms, and high-tech manufacturing plants.
6. Pre Filter

To clean needlepoint ionizer, first turn Off and unplug from outlet. Remove the fan grill
cover. The needle point ionizer will be easy to find in front of the fan by looking for two
pieces of wire. Take a q-tip or cotton swab dipped in alcohol and clean any dust that may
have accumulated on the needle points. While you have the front grill off the unit you
may also clean the fan and grill itself. To clean the fan simply wipe the blades with a
damp cloth or vacuum. To wash filters (HEPA filter, Tio2 filter, pre-filter) simply run
water from your faucet sink through the filter until clean. Flick water from filter and
then set aside to air dry. Do not use the spray nozzle on your sink (faucet only). Do not
blow air through the filter or use dryer to dry, the filter must be allowed to air dry until
completely dry. Only wash filters when significantly dirty to add to the life of the filter.
