justments.
2.Safetychains:avoidlackofcontrolovermachinein
caseofaccidentaldisengagementbetweenthedraw-
baroftheSeederandthedrawbarofthetractor.
3.Decals:therearedecalswithwarningsaboutthema-
jorsafetyrisksandothers,withtechnicalinstructions
suchasmeteringtables.
4.Platforms(footrests)andprotections:theyshouldnot
beusedduringmachineoperation;onlyforllingand
maintenance.
5.Rowliftcylinderlocks:providesafetyagainstthelow-
eringoftheplantingrowswhentransportingthema-
chineandperformingmaintenance.Whenyoustart
planting,disconnecttheselocks.

Displacementortransportationofthemachine
Incaseswherethemachineneedstobemovedtoanotherlocationtoperformmaintenanceobserverulessuchas:
•Prefertheuseoftruckstotransportthemachine,especiallywhenitcomestopublicroads.
Fortransportingthemachinetowingitwiththetractor:
•Seekinformationaboutwhatisallowedandtheorderrecommendedbythelocaltrafcauthorities.
•Foroperationsperformedbydefaultofthecurrentregulations,theconsequencesmustbebornebytheoperator.
Whendisplacementwiththetractorisallowed:
•Usealertingdevices,suchasags,slowvehicleemblems,lights,etc.,approvedbythecurrentlocaltrafclaws.
Keepthesedevicescleanandingoodcondition.
•Practicespeedscompatiblewiththeroadconditionsandtrafc,butneverexceeding12.5MPH(20km/h).
Reducethespeedconsiderablywhenthesurfaceisuneven.
NOTE:Donottransportthemachineloaded:supplytheseedattheplantingsite.
•Usethebrakepedalsofthetractorforasmoothbraking.
•Becarefulwiththepowergrid,trees,crossingpointsofrestrictedwidthandotherobstacles.
•Neverallowpeopleonthemachinewhilemovingit.
FormaintenanceservicesperformedwiththeSeedercoupledontothetractor.
Formanymaintenancetasks,especiallythoseperformedintheeld,itisconvenienttoleavetheSeedercoupledto
thetractortoensurethermnessandstabilityofthemachine.Inaddition:
•Removetheignitionkey.
•Engagetherstgearandactuatetheparkingbrake.
•Putasignnexttothetractorpanel:
