Displacementortransportationofthemachine
Incaseswherethemachineneedstobemovedtoanotherlocationtoperformmaintenanceobserverulessuchas:
•Prefertheuseoftruckstotransportthemachine,especiallywhenitcomestopublicroads.
Fortransportingthemachinetowingitwiththetractor:
•Seekinformationaboutwhatisallowedandtheorderrecommendedbythelocaltrafcauthorities.
•Foroperationsperformedbydefaultofthecurrentregulations,theconsequencesmustbebornebytheoperator.
Whendisplacementwiththetractorisallowed:
•Usealertingdevices,suchasags,slowvehicleemblems,lights,etc.,approvedbythecurrentlocaltrafclaws.
Keepthesedevicescleanandingoodcondition.
•Practicespeedscompatiblewiththeroadconditionsandtrafc,butneverexceeding12.5MPH(20km/h).
Reducethespeedconsiderablywhenthesurfaceisuneven.
NOTE:Donottransportthemachineloaded:supplytheseedattheplantingsite.
•Usethebrakepedalsofthetractorforasmoothbraking.
•Becarefulwiththepowergrid,trees,crossingpointsofrestrictedwidthandotherobstacles.
•Neverallowpeopleonthemachinewhilemovingit.
FormaintenanceservicesperformedwiththeSeedercoupledontothetractor.
Formanymaintenancetasks,especiallythoseperformedintheeld,itisconvenienttoleavetheSeedercoupledto
thetractortoensurethermnessandstabilityofthemachine.Inaddition:
•Removetheignitionkey.
•Engagetherstgearandactuatetheparkingbrake.
•Putasignnexttothetractorpanel:

bothsupportstandsandinstallthelockinglatchesin

improvisedobjectswhichcancollapseundertheload.

orfertilizerboxandnotperformanyrepairsoradjust-
ments,andalsoDonotaccessthesupplyplatform.
•Donotwearlooseclothing,blanketsorloosehair(if
long),jewelerysuchasrings,braceletsandnecklaces:
movingpartscouldwind,pullandtearsuchitems,with
ariskofseriousinjury!

fertothismanualwhennecessary.
•Prolongedexposuretoloudnoisecancausehearing
damage.Useearprotectorssuchas:noisedampers
andplugs.

•Removealltoolsandunusedpartsbeforestartingmain-
tenance.
Inthesameway,analyzetheworktobeperformed
andremovepartsorprotectionstoalloweasieraccess,
makingthisworksafer,moreproductiveandwithqual-
ity.
•Donotperformrepairsinareaswithtransmission
(chainsandgears)whenthemachineisrunning;risk
ofmutilation!

whenthetractorisrunning.

Tirecalibration:
•Neverexceedtherecommendedpressuretoseatthe
edgesofthetireontherim.
•Replacethetireifitpresentsanydefects.Replacethe
rimifyouobserveanysignofcracks,wear,deformation
orseverecorrosion.
•Makesurealltheairwasremovedpriortoremovingthe
tirefromtherim.
•Makesurethetireisproperlyseatedontherimduring
itslling.
•Tirereplacementcanbedangerousandmustbe
performedbytrainedpersonnelwithpropertoolsand
equipment.
•Neverstandinfrontorontopduringthemountingofa
tire.
•Whenremovingandinstallingwheels,usesuitablehan-
dlingequipmentfortheweightinvolved.Ifavailable,
useasafetycagetoperformthistypeofoperation.

•Fluidsescapingunderpressurecanpenetratetheskin,
causinginjuryandseriouspoisoning;uidsinjectedinto
theskinmustbesurgicallyremovedassoonaspossi-
ble,astheymaycausegangrene.
•T ocheckforleaks,useapieceofpaperorcardboard,
notbodyparts.
•Ifanaccidentoccurs,seeadoctorimmediately.
•Wearprotectiveglovesandgoggleswhenworkingwith
hydraulicsystems.

•Keepareextinguisherandarstaidkitalwaysathand
alsoKeepemergencynumbersfordoctor,ambulance,
hospitalandreghternearthephone.
•Neverallowopenameorweldingnearuids,
ammablegases,paints,solventsandother!
•Donotsmokeattheworkplace.Thereisalwaysthe
riskofreduetothewiderangeofammableproducts.
•Whenwelding,removeanyammableproductsfrom
neartheareatobewelded,suchasfuels,solventsor
lubricants.

•Beingexposedtoorcomeintocontactwithchemicalpesticides,coolant,lubricants,paints,decalsandothers,can
beharmfultoyourhealth.
•Protectyourselffromthewasteorgasesofchemicalproductsderivedfromthetreatmentofseeds.
ATTENTION:Seeadoctorimmediatelyifyounoticesymptomsofpoisoningsuchasheadaches,sweating,nausea,
vomiting,abdominalcramps,weakness,profusesalivation,chesttightness,blurredvisionandnonreactivepupils.
Takethecontaineror,atleast,thelabelofthesuspectedchemicalproduct.Manufacturersoftheseproductsprovide
aphonenumberforcontactatanytimeifindoubt.

remembertheenvironment:Donotpourorspillthese
productsonthegroundorwater,orplacethemincon-
tainersthatcouldcauseleaks.
•Disposeofoils,solvents,paintsandotherproductsad-
equately,asestablishedintheexistingenvironmental
legislation.Manyoftheseproductsmayofferrecycling
alternatives.

compromisingtheappearanceoftheworkshop.Remember:organizationisthemirrorofqualityfortheprofessional
whoworksthere.
•Providethenecessaryilluminationintheworkarea.Ifnecessary,useaportablesafetylightforworkinginplaces
hardtoreachand/orwithlackofgoodlight.
Regardingtheportablelamp,beawareoftheinsulatingconditionsofboththeelectricpowercableandthelamp
itself:theheatofthelamp,cablesnotproperlyinsulatedorofpoorqualityandanaccidentallybrokenbulbare
factorsthatmaycauseburnsorare.

•UsetheproperPPEforthisactivity:mask,glovesand
aleatherapron.
•Incaseofelectricwelding:alwaysseektoconnectthe
negativeelectrodenearthepointtobewelded.
•Onlyperformweldinginwellventilatedareastoavoid
theconcentrationoftoxicgasesanddust.
•Beforewelding,removethepaint,thuspreventingthe
formationoftoxicgasesanddust.
Ifyoucannotremovethepaint,useanappropriate
masktoprotectagainsttheinhalationoftoxicgases.
Whensandingsurfaces,especiallywithpaint,also
wearamask.
Ifyouuseasolventtoremovethepaint,donotforget
towashtheareawithsoapandwaterbeforewelding:
rehazard!

oftheliftarms,andthereforethedrawbar(1).

Afterengagingthebar(2)tothelowerliftarms,attach
thehoses(4)oftheSeederinthetractor'sremotequick
couplers.
NOTICE:
•Beforecouplingtheseederhydrauliccylinderhoses,
cleanthesurfaceofthequickcoupler.
•Whennotusingthequickcoupler,keeptheplasticcap
inplace.
•Donotcoupleontothetractor'shydraulicsystem,hy-
draulicsystemscontainingimpuritiesinitscircuit,since
apartfromcontaminatingthetractor'shydraulicoil,itcan

Throughthetriplecontrolvalve(5)assembledonthe
machineframe,andthejoysticktypeelectriccontrol(6),
attachedtothetractor,ispossibletoselectthedesired
hydraulicfunction:
•I—up/downthetransportdrivewheels.
•II—liftrowunits(freepassageofoil,circuitwithout
solenoidvalve).
•III—movesthedrawbarofthemachinebetweenthe
transportandoperationmode.
NOTE:Afterusingthecontrol(6)inposition"IorIII",re-
turnthecontrollevertothecenterposition.Thiswillpre-

Disengagethemachineofthetractor
1.Withthecontrollever(6)inthecentralposition"II",
raisetherowunitswithremotecontrol.
2.Installlocks(7)oftherowunits.
3.Releasepressureinthehydrauliccircuit:iftheremote
controlhasthe"Floating"position,useitforthispur-
pose.Ifthereisno"Floating",shutdownengineand
movetheremotecontrolleverforbothsidesuntilthe
strokeends.
4.Removethehoses(4).
5.Lowerandlockthesupportstand.
6.Disengagedrawbar(2)ofthelowerliftarmsofthe
