Tools Required
Rubber Mallet or Hammer.
LOAD CLAIMS
Loading Capacity per shelf –1000 lbs
Maximum Concentrated Load –800 lbs
Total Loading Capacity –3000 lbs
Caution
1. Keep Small Children Clear during Assembly
2. Handle Components with Care due to Sharp Edges
Helpful Hints
1. Use a cloth or wooden block to protect the components when hammering.
2. Hammer gently to avoid component damage.
Recommendations
1. Wear gloves during assembly.
2. Two or Three persons should be present to assemble the unit.
3. Assemble the unit on a solid level surface, avoid carpet.
4. Heaviest items to be loaded on lower shelves.
5. Loads to be evenly distributed.
6. Fix unit to wall if desired.
Assembly
Note: Make sure all the clips lock in place securely before using the unit,
if you have any defective parts please do not use, improper installation may
result in damage or injury.
1. Unpack the unit and lay parts out on floor.
2. Pick up one Cross Beam (part B) and attach to the Column of Upright
Frame (part A) by inserting the two clips on the bracket of Cross Beam
into the bottom two keyholes of the Column. You need to insert the clips
starting from the outside and then tap down with rubber mallet to seat the
beam into the column in place. See detail #1.
Note: Make sure the 3/4”narrow flange goes on top and don’t hit too hard
so you will not damage or bend the beams.
3. Now attach the other Upright Frame (part A) at the other end of the
Cross Beam, make sure the clips are at the same level. As shown in
detail #1.
4. Repeat last two steps to attach the other Cross Beam (part B) to the
opposite two Columns. Make sure the two Cross Beams are at the same

5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to attach next set of Cross Beams (part B) at
the same level to form the second shelf frame, as shown in detail
#2.
Note: The columns are adjustable in 3" increment. You can adjust the
wire deck shelves at your desired height.
6. To complete the frame assembly repeat steps 2 through 4 to attach
the last two Cross Beams (part B) on the top two keyholes of Columns.

7. Use Tie Bar (part E) to connect and support the Cross Beam (part B) with
Bolt and Screw. Pick up one Channel (part D) and fix it to t h e
a s s e m b l e d u n i t as shown in detail #4.
Repeat steps to install the rest of the Channels to the rack. Make sure all the
Channels are seated completely.
8. Drop t h e W i r e Decks ( part C ) between the lower flanges of two
Cross Beams (part B) properly. Make sure the bottom support rails of the
wire decks go all the way into the slots of Cross Beams. As shown in detail
#5.

9. Periodically inspect the unit to ensure beams are seated properly and
brackets are firmly connected to the Columns.
