Helpful Hints
1. Use a cloth or wooden block to protect the components when hammering.
3. Hammer gently to avoid component damage.
Recommendations
1. Wear gloves during assembly.
2. Two people should assemble the unit.
3. Assemble the unit on a solid level surface, avoid carpet.
4. Heaviest items to be loaded on lower shelves.
5. Loads to be evenly distributed.
6. Fix unit to wall where practiced.

3. Assemble a Long Beam (Part B) to the other two bottom keyholes of the End Assembly. Assure all
beams are assembled in the upright position as shown in Diagram 2. Hit the beam near the joint with a
rubber mallet to lock pieces together.
4. Repeat last step to add an additional Long Beam, the other Short Beam and two Angle Post (Part A #2)
to the End Assembly to create the Bottom Frame Assembly. As shown in Diagram 2.
Notes: 1. All Angle Posts used to create the Bottom Frame Assembly are Part A #2.
2. Follow the order 1st through 5th as shown in Diagram 2 to continue the assembly. Hit the beams near the joints
to lock pieces into place.
5. Now pick a Short Beam (Part C) and join into the top two keyholes of the other two Angle Post (Part A,
ONE #1 and ONE #2) to create a top End Assembly. Drive the rivets to the bottom of the keyhole with a
rubber mallet as shown in Diagram 3.
Assembly
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the parts listed.
Start the end assembly by joining a Short Beam (Part C) into the two bottom keyholes of an Angle Post (Part
A #2). Ensure all the beams are always installed with flat edge to the top as shown in Diagram 1. Drive the
rivets to the bottom of the keyholes by hitting the beam near the joint with a rubber mallet to lock the pieces
together.
2. Repeat last step to the second Angle Post (Part A #2) creating an End Assembly.

10. Add a Short Beam (Part C) to Mid-section at the joint by inserting the top rivet of the beam into the
bottom keyhole of the Top End Assembly, and the bottom rivet of the beam into the top keyhole of the
Bottom Frame Assembly as shown in Diagram 5. Make sure all the beams in the upright position. Drive
the rivets to the bottom of the keyholes by hitting the beam near the joint with a rubber mallet to lock the
pieces together.
11. Repeat last step to add an additional Short Beam (Part C) and Long Beam (Part B).
6. Repeat last step for the opposite side Top End Assembly.
Notes: Must ensure 2pcs Part A #1 be put into a counterpart place. That means if you put one Part A #1 in the
LEFT of the FRONT Side of the Top End Assembly, you must put another Part A #1 in the RIGHT of the FRONT
Side of the Top End Assembly. This rule applies to the BACK Side of the Top End Assembly.
7. Before joining the Top End Assembly to the Bottom Frame Assembly insert Post Inserts (Part F) into
Angle Post (Part A #2) on Bottom Frame Assembly, as shown in Diagram 4.
8. Proceed to assemble the Top End Assembly on to the Post Inserts (Part F), as shown in Diagram 4.
9. Repeat last two steps for the opposite Top End Assembly.

14. Put Supporting Bar (Part H) to connect and support Long Beams (Part B). Then lay Wooden Boards
(Part D) and Wire Grids (Part E) to your desired layers. See Diagram 8.
13. Assemble the remaining Long and Short Beams (Part B & C) to your desired location on the Angle Post
(Part A) to create two additional shelves. As shown in Diagram 7.
Note: The posts are adjustable in 40mm increments. You can adjust the shelves to your desired height.

12. Proceed to add two additional Long Beam
(Part B) to top keyholes of the Angle Post
(Part A) as shown in Diagram 6. Install
the beams in the upright position. Assure
to have the rivets in the keyholes before
hitting the beams near the joints to lock the
pieces together.

16. Clip the side brackets into place as per the diagram below.

15. Insert the Post Caps (Part G) on top and bottom of the Angle Posts (Part A), as shown in Diagram 9.

f. using the supplied mounting hardware fasten a lag bolt with a large washer through the cabinet and into the
stud. This can be done by hand with a 7/16th socket wrench or a cordless power drill with a 7/16th socket
attachment. Do not over tighten bolts!
g. Repeat Step F three additional times with the remaining mounting hardware to install the rack to the wall.
c. Place the rack into position tight against the supporting wall

17. For extra stability and to reduce the risk of tipping, you may mount the entire unit to the wall by using the
provided mounting screws.
a. Using a stud finder locate the studs in the wall where the rack is to be placed.
b. Once studs are located, using a pencil and a level mark a vertical line to indicate stud location.
