空氣消毒:
座檯式 (直立) 滅菌殺毒紫外線燈 (下稱紫外線消毒燈) 使用波長為253.7nm的
UVC紫外線消毒空氣,適用於有人的環境。消毒的原理是利用紫外線輻射照射
微生物,破壞微生物的DNA結構,將其殺死或消滅。
內置式紫外線消毒燈應在室內使用。為有效消毒,應盡量減少開關大門的次
數,並盡量保持大門關閉。消毒過程中,可短暫打開窗戶通風。
紫外線消毒燈適用於無法用一般方法消毒空氣的場所,或者需要特別注重環境
衛生的場所,如醫院內照顧長期病患者的部門、麻醉科、加護病房、深切治療
部等。
空氣消毒所需時間:
為達至最佳空氣消毒效果,在有人的情況下,應盡量長時間使用紫外線消毒
燈。消毒過程中,空氣會從底部的風扇抽進紫外線消毒燈內部,然後經高強度
的紫外線消毒,再從頂部的風扇排出。所有PROLUX G®紫外線消毒燈的氣流速
率一律為每小時60立方米,因此,各款紫外線消毒燈的輸出空氣體積均相同,
只有紫外線輻射量不同。使用30W的紫外線消毒燈的最佳劑量為 (電功率30W -
90μW / sec / cm2紫外線量)。更高功率的72W (110W) 適用於對消毒要求最嚴格
的場所 (燒傷病房、器官移植病房及化療病房)。
內置式、可攜式紫外線消毒燈的消毒過程,是利用俗稱 “煙囪效應” 的原理。由
於溫暖的空氣會向上流動,因此,即使其中一個風扇或兩個風扇同時故障,空
氣消毒過程仍然不受影響。
UVC紫外線源的輸出功率不會影響消毒空氣的體積,只有UVC紫外線劑量有分
別,消毒空氣的體積則不變。

免受UVC紫外線輻射侵害的保護措施:
UVC紫外線輻射會危害人體,而紫外線強度及操作時間都是造成危害的關鍵因
素。即使只暴露於小劑量的紫外線輻射數小時 (6-8小時),都足以引致結膜炎。
由於受UVC紫外線直接照射後,不適症狀並不會立即出現,因此大多數人很容
易忽視紫外線的危險。假如受到更大劑量的UVC紫外線照射,雙眼可能出現更
嚴重的眼疾。皮膚接觸到小劑量的UVC紫外線,會變得紅腫。假如受到高劑量
照射,可引致不同程度的灼傷。
UVC紫外線有別於UVA及UVB紫外線,UVC紫外線輻射極之危險,即使只是小
劑量,都對所有生物有害,包括植物、花。
紫外線消毒燈外殼的保養:
你可採用一般清潔劑清潔紫外線消毒燈,但為免清潔劑滴到風扇的格網上,請
使用濕布拭擦。如有塵埃積聚於格網,請使用濕布拭擦,或用吸塵機吸走。

紫外線消毒燈的使用壽命:
由於紫外線消毒燈所用的UVC紫外線輻射,會對物料造成侵害及損壞,部件會
逐漸損耗,因此,紫外線消毒燈的使用壽命一般為7年。
上述的使用壽命期過後,則需要進行例行檢查或維修,並更換已損耗的零件。
由於UVC紫外線可能會破壞部件,你或需要重新添置一部新的紫外線消毒燈。

紫外線消毒燈的UVC紫外線輻射:
本紫外線消毒燈的UVC紫外線波長為253.7nm,此波長的UVC紫外線並不會於
風扇位置洩漏。空氣入口、出口位置的UVC紫外線水平均為 0 (根據獲斯洛伐克
公共衛生局生活因子客觀化部門認可的實驗室 SNAS 124/S-048 於 2009 年發出
的實驗報告,實驗報告編號為2568及2569)。
紫外線燈格網中可見的藍光並不是UVC紫外線,且不會對人體造成危害。
未經許可的處理:
嚴禁於潮濕的環境中使用或用濕手觸摸紫外線消毒燈。禁止改造紫外線燈的機
械結構或改裝電力裝置。
警告:
如非合資格的人員,不得在使用過程中擅自打開紫外線消毒燈的外殼,或拆除
紫外線消毒燈,否則可能造成UVC紫外線輻射洩漏,導致眼睛、皮膚損害。因
此,只能由製造商或授權服務中心認證的專業人員,負責紫外線消毒燈機身的
技術維修操作。
使用過程中,不應進行任何不必要的操作 (打開頂部外殼、打開側邊外殼、改動
機身如鑽孔、拆除或改裝機身),否則可能導致UVC紫外線輻射洩漏。
任何未經許可的操作、改裝,都對可能干擾紫外線消毒燈的正常及安全運作,
甚至會對用家造成危險。進行任何說明書沒有指示的操作之前,都必須先諮詢
製造商、獲授權的服務中心或獲製造商認可或授權的人員。

紫外線可構成危險!
紫外線消毒燈的輻射可對眼睛及皮膚造成傷害。

電器防護等級:
此產品的防護等級為IP20,切勿將紫外線消毒燈放置於潮濕、有水蒸氣的環境
或有機會被水濺到的地方。不可用過濕的濕布拭擦或用濕手觸摸。
此產品必須由專業人員安裝,不得擅自打開外殼、自行維修或安裝,否則可能
導致內部損毀。任何人為損毀,將不獲保養。
撞擊紫外線消毒燈機身可能引致內部紫外線光管損毀,並可導致紫外線輻射洩
漏,因此應盡量避免機身受到碰撞。
連接電網:
為防止觸電,必須使用符合本港安全規格的三腳插頭 (同時符合3綫結構、可移
除、有保護導體、有壺型插頭的連接器) 連接紫外線消毒燈。
使用壽命期過後的棄置程序:
使用壽命期過後,必須根據電子廢物處置相關法例,棄置紫外線消毒燈。如果
客戶無法自行處理,根據ISO 14001標準,客戶應聯絡PROLUX G®產品的生產
商,並交由生產商處置。
所有PROLUX G®紫外線消毒燈均符合限制有害物質指令 (RoHS)。

LKCT-614遙控器使用說明
功能運作:
遙控器 - 具有開啟/關閉已配對設備的基本功能,可直接以遙控器開啟/關閉紫外
線空氣消毒設備。
- 按I 鍵以開啟設備
- 按○鍵以關閉設備
更換電池:
使用螺絲批,對準遙控器上方的蓋子接合位,逆時針地向左扭轉,將其打開。
然後輕輕地將舊電池取出,並將新電池換入,電池帶有
“
+
”
號的一面朝上(此遙控
器使用CR2032電池)。
更換電池後,將遙控器的頂蓋和底蓋對準並合上,這時會聽到一聲輕輕的喀噠
聲。

Disinfection of air: use
Germicidal lamp PROLUX G® 36W A/DO Portable (Vertical) is used to disinfect air in the presence
of people. Ultraviolet radiation of wavelength 253.7 nm spectrum UVC is used in the disinfection
process. Disinfection occurs when the radiation is applied to microorganisms, which instantly die
due to disruption of their DNA cell structures.
Closed germicidal lamps should be used indoors and its users should minimize the frequency of
opening the entrance door. For effective disinfection of the air, it is necessary to ensure that the
door is permanently closed, if possible. During the process of air disinfection, it is possible to
ventilate the room by opening the window for a shorter period of time.
Germicidal lamps are used wherever air disinfection cannot be ensured by conventional methods
or in environments with increased demands for cleanliness (hospital department for the long-term
sick, department of anesthesiology and intensive medicine, intensive care unit).
Time required to disinfect the air by the lamp:
For optimal air disinfection by the germicidal lamp, the lamp should be used as long as possible in
the presence of people. The air entering through the bottom fan is disinfected inside the lamp by
strong ultraviolet radiation and is then blown out by the top fan. Typical airflow for all PROLUX G®
germicidal lamps is 60m3/h. Therefore, the lamps do not differ in the volume of pumped air, but only
in the value of ultraviolet radiation. The optimum value is when using a 30W germicidal lamp
(electrical power 30W - 90μW / sec / cm2 ultraviolet component). Higher power 72W (110W) is
used in departments with the highest requirements for disinfection (burn ward, transplant ward,
chemotherapy).
In the case of mobile, closed germicidal lamps, the so called “chimney effect” is used - the flow of
warm air upwards - and thus even in case of failure of one or both fans, the process of air
disinfection will not be stopped.
The power output of UVC sources does not affect the volume of disinfected air. The difference is
only in the dose of UVC radiation - the volume of disinfected air is constant.

Protection against harmful effects of UVC radiation:
UVC radiation can have a negative biological effect on the human body, both due to its intensity,
as well as the duration of operation. Even a small dose of radiation in person’s eyes can cause
conjunctivitis, which occurs after several hours of exposure to UVC radiation (6 - 8 hours).
In the case of direct intervention, this fact is not immediately realized and therefore this danger is
underestimated. In the case of greater doses, serious eye damage can occur. When the skin is
touched by small doses, it turns red. At high doses, varying degrees or burning can occur.
UVC radiation is not identical to ordinary UV radiation, which is UVA or UVB. UVC radiation is very
aggressive and harmful even in small doses for all living organisms, as well as plants and flowers.
Maintenance of germicidal lamp’s surface:
The germicidal lamp can be cleaned by conventional cleaning products, with a damp cloth to
prevent leakage of the cleaning product into the fan grids. In the case of dust deposits on the grids,
wipe them with a damp cloth or use a vacuum cleaner.

Lifetime of germicidal lamp:
Given the nature of the disinfectant radiation used, the UVC spectrum and its aggressive and
destructive effects on some of the construction materials used (gradual abrasion of the materials
by this radiation); the typical lifetime of the germicidal lamp is 7 years.
After this declared lifetime of the equipment, it is necessary to carry out a general
inspection/reparation and replacement of worn parts. Given the destructive effects of UVC
radiation, it can be expected that the equipment will need to be decommissioned and replaced with
new equipment.

ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION DANGER!
Radiation from the germicidal lamp is harmful
to eyes and skin
UVC radiation from the germicidal lamp:
UVC 253.7nm, due to its wavelength, does not come out from the fans of the germicidal lamp. Its
level at the inlet and outlet of the germicidal lamp is zero (Test Report No 2568 and 2569 of 2009,
Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic - Department of Objectification of Living Factors -
Accredited Testing Laboratory - SNAS 124/S - 048).
The blue light visible in the grids of the germicidal lamp is not identical to that of UVC and is not
harmful to the human body.
Unauthorised handling:
It is not allowed to use the germicidal lamp in a humid environment, to touch it with wet hands, to
mechanically interfere with its construction or to modify its electrical installation.
Warnings:
If the top cover of the device is removed or there is any interference with the integrity of the
germicidal lamp during its operation by a person not authorized to do so may result in exposure to
artificial UVC radiation and consequently damage the eyes and skin of the person who has done
so without permission.
Technical and service manipulation with the body of the germicidal lamp may only be carried out
by a duly instructed person certified by the manufacturer or an authorized service centre.
During standard operation of the germicidal lamp it is not necessary and is undesirable to perform
actions and interventions that would lead to exposure to UVC radiation (removing the top cover,
removing the side covers, interfering with the body of the lamp - drilling holes, or changing the
integrity of the lamp’s body).
Any unauthorized interference with the germicidal lamp can lead to undesirable and dangerous
situations for the user during the normal and safe operation of the germicidal lamp. Any
intervention must be consulted with the manufacturer, authorized service, or a person authorized
to do so - certificate, authorization from the manufacturer of this device.

Electrical covering:
Do not expose the germicidal lamp to moisture, steam or splashing water due to the IP20 electrical
enclosure. Do not wipe with a wet cloth, do not touch with wet hands.
Installation of this device has to be completed by professionals, do not attempt to open the case or
repair or install the device by yourself. Otherwise, internal damage may be caused. Warranty
agreement does not cover any damages caused by misuse or negligence.
Impact on the body of the germicidal lamp may cause damage to the internal UV light tube and
leakage of ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, impact on the body should be avoided as much as
possible.
Connection to power grid:
To avoid the risk of electric shock, the germicidal lamp must be connected to the power supply
exclusively by a three-wire movable supply with a protective conductor and a potted electric plug.
Disposal of germicidal lamps after expiration of their lifetime:
After the expiration of the lamp’s lifetime, the lamp can be disposed of only as hazardous electrical
waste in accordance with valid legislation. If the customer is not able to provide such liquidation,
after mutual communication, such disposal shall be provided by the manufacturer of the
equipment that manufactures and markets PROLUX G® products in accordance with ISO 14001.
All PROLUX G®germicidal lamps are RoHS compliant.

Instructions of use for remote controller

Function-run:
Remote controller - transmitter has the basic function to turn on, turn off a paired recipient, which
subsequently turns on-turns off an electronic device- germicidal lamp, connected to an electronic
system.

Battery replacement:
Enter a screwdriver to the opening between the top and bottom cover of the transmitter of the
remote controller to the left counter clockwise. This will result in the release of these covers. Then
gently push out and change the CR2032 battery in a way that the “+” side of the battery will point
upwards.
Connect the top and bottom covers of the controller simultaneously. You will hear a soft click.
