The items in the fuel system are esigne for operation with this grill. They must not be replace with any other
bran . (See parts list for replacement items.)

inspection for insects/nests insi e the air intake slots.
LP GAS REGULATOR CAUTIO
The gas pressure regulator provi e with this appliance must be use . This regulator is equippe with the
require orifice an is set for the require outlet pressure for this appliance. This combination of orifice size an
pressure regulation specifications provi es the cooking performance inten e by Nexgrill Table Top Grill.
Substitution of regulator by any other evice or any other manufacturer is angerous an coul result in serious
injury.
FUEL SUPPLY HOSE
The hose connecte regulator provi e with this appliance is 3 feets length. Keep the fuel hose away from any
heate surface(s).
PROPA E FUEL: Warning - propane is a flammable gas. Improper han ling may result in an explosion an /or
fire an serious acci ent or injury. Your grill is esigne to operate with propane (LP) gas only an is equippe
with the proper orifice for propane gas.
Caution: Do not connect this grill with any gas supply other than propane. Propane gas is heavier than air an
settles in lower areas. Make certain a equate ventilation is available when using your grill. The gas cylin er may
be store outsi e in a well-ventilate area out of the reach of chil ren when the grill is not in use.

other enclose area. The Nexgrill Table Top Grill may be store in oor if the LP gas cylin er is remove an
store out oor. The LP gas cylin er (not inclu e ) is threa e for connection irectly to the gas regulator
supplie with this appliance. Care shoul be taken when threa ing the cylin er to the regulator to engage
threa s correctly to achieve the proper an inten e connection. When isconnecting or connecting the gas
cylin er, be careful that the regulator oes not strike the grill, the groun , or any other surfaces. Replace the
protective cap over the threa e cylin er connection when remove from grill. If any ifficulty occurs when
connecting or isconnecting the cylin er to the regulator assembly, contact your local gas supplier for assistance.
When re-connecting the LP gas cylin er to the regulator, be sure to han -tighten until snug. This connection
shoul be inspecte for amage an leak teste after each re-connection.
To Leak Test, make a soap solution of one part liqui etergent an one part water. You will nee a spray bottle,
brush, or rag to apply the solution to the fitting. Bubbles in icate leaks.
Check all gas supply fittings for leaks before each use. Do not
use the grill until all connections have been checked and do
not leak.

PREPARATIO
Before beginning assembly, installation or operation of pro uct, make sure all parts are present.
Compare parts with package contents list an iagram above. If any part is missing or amage , o not
attempt to assemble, install or operate the pro uct. Contact customer service for replacement parts.

2. Take out the two fol able legs, insert them into the
bracket A, B,C,D un er firebox as shown in Fig.1.
Note: Expan (using two han s) the legs an they will

Only the pressure regulator an hose assembly supplie with the grill shoul be use . Any replacement
pressure regulator an hose assembly must be specifie by the grill manufacturer. This grill is configure for
Liqui Propane. Do not use a Natural Gas supply.
Total gas consumption (per hour) with all burners set on “HI”:

LIQUID PROPA E CYLI DER REQUIREME TS

use a cylin er with a amage valve. The Liqui Propane cylin er must be constructe an marke in
accor ance with the specifications for Liqui Propane cylin ers by the Unite States Department of
Transportation (DOT) or the National Stan ar of Cana a, CAN/CSA-B339, Cylin ers, Spheres an Tubes
for Transportation of Dangerous Goo s Commission.
The 20-lb cylin er must have a shut off valve terminating in a valve outlet specifie , as applicable, for
connection type QCC1 in the stan ar for compresse gas cylin er valve outlet an inlet connection
ANSI/CGA-V-1.
Storage of an out oor cooking gas appliance in oor is permissible only if the cylin er is isconnecte an
remove from the out oor cooking gas appliance. The cylin er system must be arrange for vapor with rawal.

The Liqui Propane cylin er must be fitte with an Overfill Protection Device (OPD).
Remove the plastic valve cover from the Liqui Propane cylin er. Make sure the grill gas hoses o not contact
the grease pan or grill firebox when the Liqui Propane cylin er is place into the cart.
CO ECTI G THE LIQUID PROPA E CYLI DER
To connect the Liqui Propane gas supply cylin er:
The cylin er valve shoul be in the “OFF” position. If not, turn the valve clockwise until it stops.
Make sure the cylin er valve has the proper type-1 external male threa connections per ANSI Z21.81.
Make sure the burner valves are in the “OFF” position.
Inspect the valve connections, port an regulator assembly. Remove ebris an inspect the hose for amage.
When connecting the regulator assembly to the valve, use your han to tighten the nut clockwise until it stops.
Use of a wrench coul amage the quick coupling nut an result in a hazar ous situation
Open the cylin er valve fully by turning the valve counterclockwise.
Before lighting the grill, use a soap an water solution to check all the connections for leaks.
If a leak is foun , turn the cylin er valve “OFF” an o not use the grill until a local Liqui Propane ealer can
make repairs.

Turn the grill burner valves “OFF” an make sure the grill is cool.
Turn the Liqui Propane cylin er valve “OFF” by turning clockwise until it stops.
Detach the regulator assembly from the cylin er valve by turning the quick coupling nut counterclockwise.
Place ust cap on cylin er valve outlet whenever the cylin er is not in use. Only install the type of ust cap
on the cylin er valve outlet that is provi e with the cylin er valve. Other types of caps or plugs may result
in leakage of propane.
LEAK TESTI G
GE ERAL
Although gas connections on the grill are leak teste prior to shipment, a complete leak test must be
performe at the installation site. Before each use, check all gas connections for leaks using the
proce ures liste below.
If the smell of gas is etecte at any time, you shoul imme iately check the entire system for leaks.

Make a solution of one part liqui etergent an one part water. You will nee a spray bottle, brush, or rag to
apply the solution to the fittings. For the initial leak test, make sure the Liqui Propane cylin er is full.
TO TEST
1. Turn the burner valves off.
2. Turn the Liqui Propane cylin er valve counterclockwise to open the valve.
3. Apply the soap solution to all gas fittings. Soap bubbles will appear where a leak is present.

1. Place the legs in up position.
2. Make sure the propane cylin er is tightly trea e into
the regulator (han tighten only).
3. Open li . Always open li when lighting.
4. Push an turn Main burner knob slowly to IGNITE/HI as show in Fig.8,
burner shoul light imme iately.
5. If ignition oes not occur in 3-5 secon s, turn the control knob “OFF”.
Wait 5 minutes before attempting to re-light the grill. If the grill fails to
ignite after the secon attempt, call customer service at 1-866-984-7455
for assistance. With burner lit, gently close the li an allow the grill to
warm up for 20-30 minuets prior to use.
