Your NightRider™ Smart Solar LED Light is a complete fusion of four amazing technologies:"

Solar panels charge lithium batteries through the day when light is not needed. "

Installation & Use
Make sure to turn on
Master Switch inside
mounting sleeve
before install.
Prepare location for installation.
1. Ensure good light exposure from sun for
solar panel to charge."
2. Mount away from areas that would
shadow the solar panels
3. Inadequate sun light exposure will not
allow proper charging to allow light to
run.
4. 1-1/2” up to 2” Pipe required to mount
light"
5. Recommended installation height is
anywhere from 3m to 4m heigh."
Use"
1. Please refer to Remote Control
instructions for applying different
lighting settings.
2. Keep solar panels clean. Clean offexcessive dust, leaves, snow or other grit with soft cloth to
maximize sunlight absorption.
3. Optimum charging conditions occur during direct sunlight at temperatures between 0 and 60ºC.
Temperatures below and above this range start to greatly reduce the efficiency of the solar panel to
charge the lithium batteries.
Storage
1. Store smart solar light fully charged at temperatures between 0-60ºC up to a maximum of six months.
2. Store smart solar light in a dry/clean location to prevent damage over time.

1. ON/OFF - Master Switch; press this button to turn On or Offlight in dark or light environment"
2. ON (Photocell Switch) - Pressing this button will activate the Photocell Sensor Mode."
3. FULL POWER - Pressing this button will activate Full Power Mode."
4. HALF POWER - Pressing this button will activate Half Power Mode."
5. 3 HOUR - Pressing this button will activate 3 Hour Mode."
6. 5 HOUR - Pressing this button will activate 5 Hour Mode."
7. 8 HOUR - Pressing this button will activate 8 Hour
Mode."
Modes
A. Photocell Sensor Mode - When this mode is
activated the light will shine for 20-35 seconds before
the photocell sensor detects a light or dark
environment. In a light environment, the LEDs will
turn off. In a dark environment, the LEDs will turn on."
B. Full Power Mode - In this mode the LEDs will use
100% available power when the battery is fully
charged."
C. Half Power Mode - In this mode the LEDs will use
50% available power when the battery is fully
charged."
D. 3 Hour Mode* - When light is in Photocell Sensor
Mode, the 3 hour mode will automatically turn light
offafter 3 hours of use in darkness."
E. 5 Hour Mode* - When light is in Photocell Sensor Mode, the 5 hour mode will automatically
turn light offafter 5 hours of use in darkness."
F. 8 Hour Mode* - When light is in Photocell Sensor Mode, the 8 hour mode will automatically
turn light offafter 8 hours of use in darkness."
*NOTE: Before Choosing 3, 5, or 8 hour mode, select either Full Power Mode or Half Power Mode.
