•Batteries
• The large amounts of current used by the flash may result in rechargeable
batter
ie s becoming unusable before reaching the manufacturer's stated re-
charge/di
sc harge limit
• When rep la cing the batt e ries, turn the product off and insert the replacement
batteries in
the correct orientation.
• Dirt on the batteryterminals can
interrupt the flow of current Clean dirt from
the terminals before inserting the batteries.
• After being fired
mu ltiple times in qu ick succession, the flash may stop firing
to allow the batteries to cool. Normal operation can be resumed once the
batteries have cooled sufficiently.
• Batteries
tend to lose capaci ty at low temperat ures, recover lost voltage when
allowed to rest, and sl owly discharge when not in use. Be sure to check the bat-
tery level before use and replace the batteries before they
are fully discharged.
• Do not store batteries in locat io ns subject to hightemperaturesor high humid ity.-

documentation provi ded by the manufacturers of the batteries and the bat-
tery charger.
• Do not attempt to recharge non -rechargeable batteries. Fail u re to observe

In order to obtain international service, the original consumer purchaser should return the Nikon product, either in person or addressed to the Warranty Department
of any authorized repair facility listed on the above website, together with proof of purchase and proof of purchase date (bill of sale) and this warranty. The original
consumer purchaser
in returning this product must prepay all postage, shipping, transportation, insurance and delivery costs to the repair facility.
