危 險
警 告
[導致死亡及重傷的原因]
[有導致死亡及重傷的可能]
請勿加速
加速時的急轉彎、急煞車會導致翻倒,極
其危險。
下坡時,需採取向後倒行的方式。如果由
乘用者自行操作移動輪椅,請不要採取向
後倒的下坡方式。
上下車時,請一定煞住左右驅動輪(圖A)。
如果煞不住,車輪滑動會構成危險,即使是短停留也必
須停煞車輪。
請將輪椅車停放在平坦的地方。
如停在像坡路一樣的斜面上,即使已煞車,輪椅也有可
能移動,導致翻倒事故發生。
上下車時,請不要把體重施在肘節式煞車把手上。
煞車把手會破損、變形、導致輪椅翻倒。
請不要把腳放在折起的腳踏板上。
有受傷的可能性。
請不要踩著腳踏板上下車(圖B)。
輪椅會上翹而翻倒。

注 意 [導致輕傷及中度受傷的可能]
請勿使車胎靠近取暖器具。
車胎內的空氣膨漲會導致爆胎,並發出很大
的爆破聲。如發生爆胎請立即停止乘用,並
進行修理。
打開輪椅車時,請不要手握坐墊向下壓。
有夾手的危險
使用者體重不宜超過100Kg。
車架上如標有最大承重(含車上物品),請按規定使
用。
可調式腳踏要調至離地面50mm以上的高度狀態下使
用。
行走時,腿部不要離開護腳墊。
行走時,請不要將身體探出,否則會影響行走的穩定
性。

打開方法
用肘節式煞車煞住左右驅動輪;
雙手輕握推把向上翻合折背墊;
手握推把,將車架向左右稍許拉開;
一側車輪會略微凌空,請維持這狀態;
用手掌壓住折合的坐墊,使其打開。
手握坐墊管打開輪椅車時,有夾手的危險。

用肘節式煞車煞住左右驅動輪;
如下圖所示,折下兩側的推把;
上收合腳踏板;
雙手上拉坐墊,使左右慢慢合攏;
按住兩邊扶手向內折合即可。
折合輪椅時,請不要手握扶手,有夾手的危險!

用肘節式煞車煞住左右驅動輪;
向上收合腳踏板;
穩穩地把住輪椅車,再慢慢起身移坐;
放下腳踏板,把兩腳平穩地放在腳踏板上。
請務必先煞車,再依上述方法逆向操作。
輪椅車滑動起來會非常危險,請一定煞住車輪。
請不要踩著腳踏板上車,這將會很危險。
請不要把腳放在折起的腳踏板上。

保養檢查
乘用前請必須檢查下述事項,使輪椅車時常保持在安全
狀態下使用。
需要修理時,請聯絡經銷商。
檢查萬向輪、驅動輪、肘節式煞車等各部件上的螺
絲,如有鬆動請鎖緊;
車胎充氣的方法與單車相同,長時間不使用空氣會溜
走,請定時充氣 (胎壓在車胎的側面有明顯的標識);
煞車效果不好時,請調整胎壓,胎壓調整後還是有問題
的話,請聯絡經銷商;
如發生爆胎,請聯絡經銷商或最近的單車店救助。在爆
胎狀態下請勿使用輪椅車;
請勿將輪椅車放置在容易被水濺到的地方;
根據個人腿的長短調整腳踏的高度。
(請調整最低距地面50mm以上的高度)

行走時注意事項
輪椅車和行人一樣,應走在行
人路上,請勿在馬路上行走。
行走在有梯級或凹凸不平的路
面時,請注意不要掉進坑溝
裡。
要特別注意因經過坑溝或鐵路
的過道口,而導致陷車、萬向
輪被卡住。
板路上行駛時速度容易變快,
請特別注意。
用腳頂住下方的防傾器,向身前拉推把,使萬向輪提高
到梯級上;
驅動輪碰到梯級後,抬高推把並向前推;
當用家坐在輪椅上時,需要2個人合力把輪椅抬起,以
支撐住使用者的上半身,穩穩地抓住車架兩側下方,並
向上抬起。
由於抓握部位不同,可能會導致輪椅車破損或引
發事故。請注意不要抓握以下部位:「折疊墊」、「護
腿墊」、「可折卸或後掀式的扶手」等

1. 請按照使用者腿的長短,調節腳踏板的高度。
2. 注意:請保持腳踏板離地面的高度約50mm以上。

[The cause of death and serious injury]

Do not accelerate
Sharp turns and sudden braking during acceleration can
cause overturning and are extremely dangerous. When
going downhill, you need to take the way backwards. If the
wheelchair is operated by the user himself, please do not
use the method of backwards.
When you getting on or off, please brake the left and right drive
wheels. (Figure A)
Otherwise, wheel slipping can be dangerous, so you must brake the wheel
even for a short stay.
Please park the wheelchair on a at site.
If parked on a sloping road, even if the wheel is braked, the wheelchair may
move, causing a tipping accident.
Please do not lay your weight on the handle of toggle brake.
Brake handle will be damaged and deformed, which will lead to the over turn
of the wheelchair.
Please don't put your feet on the folded foot pedals
It may cause injury.
When you getting on or off, please don’t step on the pedals. (Figure B)

Keep your wheel away from heating appliances.
The air in the wheel will cause a puncture and a loud blast.
If a puncture occurs, stop using it and repair it immediately.
When unfolding the wheelchair, please do not hold the
cushion and press it down.
Your hand may get a clip.
User weight should not exceed 100Kg.
If the frame is marked with the maximum load bearing (including items
on the car), please use as required.
Adjustable pedals should be adjusted to a height of 50mm or more from
the ground.
Keep your legs on foot pad when walking.
When walking, please do not stretch any part of the body outside the
wheelchair. Otherwise it will affect the stability of walking.

Unfolding the wheelchair
Brake the left and right drive wheels with a toggle brake.
Lightly hold the push handle with both hands and fold up the backpad.
Hold the push handle and pull the frame slightly to the left and right.
Let a wheel float slightly and maintain this state.
Press the folded cushion with your palm to open it.
There is a danger of pinching your hand when you
hold the seat tube to open the wheelchair.

Brake the left and right drive wheels with a toggle brake;
Fold down the pushing handles on both sides as shown below;
Fold the foot pedal upwards;
Pull the cushion up with both hands to make the left and right slowly close;
Press and hold both sides of the armrest to fold inward.
When folding a wheelchair, please do not hold the handrail and
there is a danger of pinching your hand!

Brake the left and right drive wheels with a toggle brake;
Fold the foot pedal upwards;
Steadily hold the wheelchair and slowly sit down.
Put down the pedals and place your feet on the pedals smoothly.
Be sure to brake the wheelchair first and then reverse the operation as
described above.
It is very dangerous to slide the wheelchair. Please brake
the wheels.
Please don’t step on the pedal, it will be very dangerous.
Please do not put your feet on the folded foot pedals.

Maintenance
Please be sure to perform the following check before using the
wheelchair and keep the wheelchair in a safe condition for use.
Please contact dealer if the wheelchair need to be repaired.
Check the screws on each part such as driving wheels, all
direction wheels and toggle brake, screw the loose screws tightly.
The method of inflating the tire is as same as bicycle. The air will be slipped
away if it is not used for a long time. Pay attention to the timely inflation (the
tire pressure has obvious marks on the side of the tire); Please inflate
regularly (the tire pressure has obvious marking on the side of the tire).
If the brake is not good, please adjust the tire pressure. If there is still a
problem after adjustment, please contact the dealer.
In the event of a puncture, please contact your dealer or nearest bicycle shop
for assistance. Do not use a wheelchair in a flat tire condition.
Do not place the wheelchair in a place where it is easily splashed by water.
Adjust the height of pedals according to the length of you leg.
(Please adjust the height from the ground with minimum 50mm above.)
