no!no! GLOW is a beauty tool that
improves the skin’s smoothness,
for a fresher looking appearance.
It is based on the same LHE®
Phototherapy technology used
by dermatologists and skincare
professionals around the world. All
you need to do is push a button and
no!no! GLOW will do the rest.
Use no!no! GLOW anywhere you
want on your face: around the eyes,

Contraindications
Do not use no!no! GLOW:
•If you are under the age of 18.
•If you have epilepsy.
•If you are pregnant or nursing.
•If your skin is sensitive to heat or
light.
•On lesions such as moles, warts,
infected areas, open sores or
wounds.
Warnings
•Use no!no! GLOW for its intended
use as described in this manual.
•Keep out of reach of small children:
•Strangulation may result from
baby or child entanglement in
the power cord.
•Choking may result from a child
swallowing a small part that has
become detached from the unit.
•Do not use no!no! GLOW if you
are taking prescription medication
for acne treatment. Please consult
a medical professional if you are on
prescription medication.
•If you have an unexpected reaction,
please stop using no!no! GLOW
and contact your medical
professional.

•Do not use no!no! GLOW if it has
fallen into water.
•Do not use no!no! GLOW if bathing
or standing in water.
•Always unplug no!no! GLOW from
its charger before use and during
cleaning or maintenance.
•Do not use no!no! GLOW or the
charger if their cases are damaged
in any way.
•Use no!no! GLOW only with its
original charger.
•Keep away from flammable
environments and hot surfaces
such as stoves and radiators.
•Do not open the outer casing of
no!no! GLOW. This will void your
warranty and may damage the unit.
•Do not drop or bump no!no! GLOW
as this may cause internal damage
to the unit.
Precautions
•If at any time during the treatment
the treatment head feels too hot,
remove the device from the skin
and press the On/Off button to end
the treatment.
•Keep no!no! GLOW and the
charging unit away from water.

Side-effects
Clinical studies have shown that
in rare cases users may feel skin
irritation or an excessive heat
sensation. If you feel either of these,
remove the unit from your face and
stop treatment.
How to use no!no! GLOW
Get ready to use no!no! GLOW
Before using no!no! GLOW, there
are a few things that will help make
the treatment more comfortable
and effective. We advise you to test
no!no! GLOW on your inner arm first
to become familiar with the cool and
heat sensations. Make sure your
skin is clean and dry before using
no!no! GLOW. Use a mirror to make
sure you accurately treat the desired
area.

Treatment protocol
Use no!no! GLOW once a day on
the areas you want to improve
(2 sessions on each area).

Set up
Charging no!no! GLOW
•Charge no!no! GLOW for 5 hours
before using it for the first time.
•Recharge no!no! GLOW after each
use until the red light on the On/Off
button stops blinking and the green
light appears.
•While charging, the On/Off button
will be red and blinking. When the
device is fully charged - the On/Off
button will be steady green.
•For safety reasons, your
no!no! GLOW will not operate while
plugged into the charger. Before
beginning treatment, unplug the
charger from the electrical outlet
and disconnect no!no! GLOW.
Before you start
•Because no!no! GLOW uses
advanced Light & Heat Energy
technology, you should feel a heat
sensation during treatment. On
rare occasions, it may become
too uncomfortable. In that case,
stop treatment and allow your skin
to cool for several minutes before
continuing.
•Use a mirror to make sure you
accurately treat the desired area.

Operation
Step 1
Remove the cover.
Step 2
Place on the area you would like to
treat and make sure the device is in
full contact with your skin.
Step 3
Push the button until you hear a beep
and the green light on the On/Off
button appears.

Step 4
Hold the device in place while it
pulses. Keep no!no! GLOW in full
contact with the skin for the entire
treatment. During the 14 seconds
pulse session, you will feel a warming
and cooling sensation. If at any time
your skin is uncomfortable, turn the
device off, remove it from the skin and
wait for several minutes before you
continue the treatment.
Step 5
Remove the device after you hear 2
beeps and the green light changes
to red.

Step 6
There is an automatic
14-second pause after
each pulse session.
no!no! GLOW is ready
to perform another
treatment when the red light goes off
and you hear one beep.
Step 7
Place no!no! GLOW on the next area
you would like to treat. Continue
until you have completed treating all
desired areas of the face.
Step 8
When you finish treating
all desired areas of
the face for the first time,
repeat the treatments in
the same areas.

Treatment summary
•A single beep will sound & a green
light will appear to signal the
beginning of the treatment.
•A double beep will sound and the
green light will turn red to signal the
end of treatment.
•There is an automatic 14-second
pause after each pulse session.
During that time, the red light will
stay on and the On/Off button will
be disabled.
•When you have finished your
treatment, it’s recommended to
use a moisturizer or serum, such as
NEOVA®DNA Total Repair™.
Remember
Sometimes, a slight redness appears
on the treatment area. This is an
indication that the no!no! GLOW
treatment is working and will fade
completely after a short while.
Keep these operating instructions for
future reference.
Cleaning instructions
In order to prevent infection,
thoroughly clean the no!no! GLOW
treatment head before and after each
use. Dip a clean piece of gauze or
cloth into rubbing alcohol and gently

wipe the treatment head. Be sure
the treatment head is completely dry
before the next use.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
What do I do if…
My no!no! GLOW does not emit
a pulse?
Check the power indicator to make
sure your no!no! GLOW has been fully
charged. Recharge the unit.
I’ve charged my no!no! GLOW, but
it won’t emit a pulse?
Check the charger’s power cord and
plugs for damage. Try another outlet,
the one you were using may not be
working properly. Remember there is
a 14-second pause after each pulse
session. If a problems persists, or one
that is not mentioned occurs, contact
no!no! GLOW service center.
I feel a heat sensation during
treatment?
no!no! GLOW uses advanced
Light & Heat Energy technology,
therefore feeling heat sensation
during treatment is normal. If
the heat sensation becomes too
uncomfortable, stop the treatment,
remove the device from the skin and
allow your skin to cool for several
minutes before continuing.

The treated area is red after
treatment?
This is an indication that the
no!no! GLOW treatment is working.
The redness will fade completely after
a short while.
My no!no! GLOW unit feels warm
after a few uses, why?
Because no!no! GLOW uses heat, it
may become warm to the touch after
a few treatments. If this happens, let
it rest until it cools off and then begin
again.
Will the light pulses hurt my eyes?
No, the light pulses will not hurt your
eyes. However, do not flash directly
into your eyes. It may cause a brief,
uncomfortable sensation.
