oWhat’s different about Shots Rush?
Shots Rush has been designed for athletes and gamers. The earbuds have a
dedicated gaming mode with low latency, silicone sports ear hooks for secure fit
and 3 pre-set EQ sound modes.
oDoes Shots Rush have a touch feature to change tracks?
Yes, you can change tracks by tapping the earbuds. Long press the right earbud
for 2 seconds to go to the next track. Long press the left earbud for 2 seconds to
go back to the previous track.
oWhat are the preset EQ sound modes in Shots Rush?
Shots Rush comes with 3 preset EQ sound modes –Classic, Pop, and Rock.
oWhat is the latency rate in Shots Rush?
The latency is up to 85 milliseconds.
oIs the audio available in both ears during calls?
Yes, Noise Shots Rush supports both ear audio during calls.
oDoes it announce caller name or number on incoming calls?
No, it doesn’t.
oWhat is the internal memory?
Shots Rush does not have any internal memory.
oWhat is the exact use of the case?
The case works as a charging station and storage case for the Shots Rush earbuds.
oIs Shots Rush waterproof?
The earbuds have an IPX5 rating and are sweat-proof and rain-proof. However,
the case isn’t waterproof. Please make sure that the earbuds are fully dry before
placing them inside the case.

oHow would I get to know what size would be the perfect fit?
You can try the three different sized ear tips (Small/Medium/Large) and check for
the perfect fit and comfort.
oWhat are the colour options?
Shots Rush is available in 3 colours, Wine Red, Silver Grey and Charcoal Black.
Compatibility
oIs Shots Rush compatible with iPhones?
Yes, the earbuds are compatible with iPhones.
oIs Shots Rush compatible with Android smartphones?
Yes, the earbuds are compatible with Android smartphones.
oCan I use Siri/Google Assistant?
Yes, you can use Siri & Google Assistant.
oCan Shots Rush be connected to a laptop/computer?
Yes, Shots Rush can be connected to any laptop or computer as long as the device
is equipped with Bluetooth.
oDo they support Bluetooth 4.2?
Shots Rush is best with Bluetooth v5.0 devices. However, it supports smartphones
with Bluetooth v4.2. Noise Shots Rush does not support devices with Bluetooth
below version 4.2.
oWhat is the Bluetooth range from the phone?
The Bluetooth range is 10 meters without any obstacle.
Battery & Charging
oWhat is the battery backup?
The battery life of the earbuds is up to 6 hours on a single charge. With the
charging case Rush provides a total playtime of up to 24 hours.
oHow much time does it take to charge?
Shots Rush takes about 2 hours to charge fully.

oCan Shots Rush be charged without putting them into the case?
No, they cannot be charged without the case.
oWhat to do in case of my charging case not charging the earbuds?
Make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds & case are clean & dry & that the
earbuds are seated securely inside the case. If charging still does not work, reach

oCan I charge Shots Rush with my PC/laptop?
Yes, you can charge Rush with your PC/laptop USB port.
oDoes Shots RUSH have a fast charging provision?
No, it does not have fast charging.
Getting started
oHow to turn on and off the Shots Rush?
Take out the earbuds from the charging case to turn them on. Place the earbuds
inside the charging case to turn them off.
oHow to pair Shots Rush with your smartphone?
Make sure that the earbuds are charged. Take out both earbuds from the charging
case. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth. Select Shots Rush to connect either earbud.
Select a pair to complete the process.
oHow do I check the Shots Rush earbuds battery level?
You can check the battery level of the Shots Rush earbuds on your smartphone.
Go to the notification bar and look at the Bluetooth icon. The battery level is
mentioned under it.
oHow do I check the battery level of the charging case?
The case LED indicates the battery level when you remove or place the earbuds or
when the case is charging. Below 30% - Red Between 30-80% - Green Above
80% - Blue
oHow to activate the gaming mode?
Tap the right earbud three times to activate the gaming mode for low latency.

oHow do I shuffle between EQ modes?
Tap either earbud four times to change the EQ (Equalizer) sound modes.
Troubleshooting
oOnly one bud is working, what do I do?
Check if the non-working earbud is charged and connected to your device. Try to
reset the earbuds and connect them, if it still doesn’t work please raise a support
ticket at support.gonoise.in
oHow to reset Shots Rush?
Before resetting, ensure that the earbuds and the case are charged fully.
Delete/forget Shots Rush from the list of saved devices on your smartphone
Bluetooth list. Pick up the earbuds, long press the bars until LEDs glow red for 2s
to power off. Long press the bars until LEDs blink red and green 3 times then
blink red to indicating they have been reset. Now pair again.
oIs single earbud available if one of them goes missing?
No, single earbuds are not available.
