Preface
This user manual teaches you about the Video System Converter box and how
to make full use of its features. Information contained in this manual has been
carefully checked for accuracy; however, no guarantee is given to the
correctness of the contents. The information in this document is subject to

Safety information
Do not disassemble the Video System Converter box. Touching the product's
internal parts could result in injury. In the event of a malfunction or if the Video
System Converter box is accidentally broken open, take the product to an
authorized service center for inspection.
1. Introduction
This Video system converter is designed to convert NTSC/PAL/SCAM input
source to NTSC/PAL display. It support output formats switch for NTSC or PAL.
The user can easily to install and use in NTSC/PAL display.
2. Main Features
● Supports digital conversion from NTSC/PAL/SCAM to NTSC/PAL.
● To convert between 525 lines and 625 lines.
● To convert refresh frequency between 60Hz and 50Hz.
● Built in Color bar.
● Output with Macovision signal when input Macrovision signal is detected.
● System with 8 Mb field memory.

3. Hardware Description
The following sections describe the hardware components of this converter
box.
3.1. Front Panel
The indicator will be red when the unit is ON. When Macrovision signal has
been detected the indicator will glittering.
3.2. Rear Panel
1. Video input: Connected video source
2. H. POS. Center: To adjust the display to right/left.
3. DC 5V/1A: Power input.
4. NTSC/PAL: Select the output signal.
N,P stand for output signals of PAL and NTSC 3.58 respectively.
5. Video output: Connected to video output display.
