Description
The CART-32 PORTABLE MIG
CART is designed to hold all
portable MIG welders; it can also
be used for stick welders and
plasma cutters, accessories,
consumables and gas cylinder.
Rear wheels and casters make it
easy to move around. Slanted
Top shelf makes the weld
controls accessible. Holds up to 7
½″diameter，80 lb cylinder.

Removing from carton
1.1 .Remove cart pieces from carton, bags or Styrofoam.
1.2. Check the contents with parts list on page 3.
Assembly
See parts list for descriptions, pages 3.
1.1 .Assemble bottom shelf to frame using four self tapping screws.
1.2. Insert gas cylinder support into bottom shelf.
1.3 Assemble top shelf to frame with four shelf tapping screws
1.4 Assemble top shelf to gas cylinder support with bolts, lock washer and nuts.
1.5 Put axle through holes in frame and assemble wheels, washers and cotter pins.
1.6 Assemble front casters using flat washers, lock washers and hex nut.
1.7 Insert chain into slots in the gas cylinder support. When cylinder is installed tighten chain
snug around the cylinder
1.8 Assemble the connector (No.27 in the part list) to the right and left pull rod by cylindrical pin,
washer, pin.

1.9 Assemble the handle (No.24 in the part list) to the right and left pull rod by cylindrical pin,
washer, pin.
2.0 When using the handle, please hang the connector to the two cylindrical head nails, see the
following pic,
2.1 When not using the handle, swing up the handle, and take down the connector. See the
following pic
