1INTRODUCTION
This document describes how to install the Indoor Cabinets.
1.1 TARGET GROUP
The target group for this document is the personnel involved in
the installation and maintenance of the site.
1.2 PREREQUISITES
All performance statement in this document relies on the following:
Only approved hardware are used
Proper hardware handling
Installation and maintenance instructions as well as
documentation for external equipment are followed
1.3 TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
The following tools are required for the installation:
Screwdriver Torx T30
U-wrench 13mm
U-wrench 10mm
Torque set, 5-25Nm
Torque set, 20-100Nm

2.1 UNPACKING AND PREPARING
This section describes how to unpack and check the
delivered equipment for damage.
The cabinet is delivered in a flat pack. The following items are included:

* The Indoor Cabinet Medium has crossbars of two different lengths, note that
the longer crossbars should be attached at bottom.

2.2 ASSEMBLING THE INDOOR CABINET SMALL AND INDOOR
CABINET MEDIUM
Note: It is important to initially, not tighten the screws.
1. Put one of the two side walls on the floor, see figure 1 below.

2. Align the edges of the shelves into the holes of the side wall and attach them to
the front side using M6x20 screws, see figure 3 below.
Note: Do not tighten the screws at this moment.
Note: Make sure the shelf’s back side is facing the floor. See figure 2 below.

3. Take the other side wall and align the shelves to the wall and attach them to the
front side of the wall using M6x20 screws, see figure 4 below.
Note: Do not tighten the screws at this moment.

4. Raise the cabinet to a standing position, see figure 5 below.

5. Take out the provided cross bars and assemble them loosely together in pairs
using M6x20 screws and M6 lock nuts, see figure 6 below.
Note: The screw should be threaded through the cross bars with the head
pointing backwards.

6. Attach the first pair of cross bars to the side walls using M6x20, according to
figure 7 below. Start with the top part and fasten the cross loosely using M6x20
screws.
Note: The Indoor Cabinet Medium has crossbars of two different lengths, the longer
crossbars should be attached at bottom.
Note: Do not tighten the screws at this moment.

7. Attach the second pair of cross bars to the first pair, and to the battery shelf
in the middle of the cabinet using M6x20 screws according to figure 8 below.
Note: It is important that you attach the cross bars in the correct positions, see
figure 8 below.
Note: The cross bars and the battery shelf are fasten with the same screws.

8. Attach the cross bars at the bottom of the cabinet, see figure 9 below.

9. Fasten the rest of the battery shelves from the back side using M6x20 screws.

10.Attach the roof to the side walls using M6x20 screws, see figure 10 below.
11.Tighten all the screws to a torque of 6 Nm.

12.Remove any insulation from the rear grounding screws.
13.Put on the contact washers and the nuts on the grounding screws.

3ANCHORING INDOOR CABINET SMALL AND
INDOOR CABINET MEDIUM TO THE FLOOR
The Cabinet must be secured to the floor to prevent it from tipping over and causing
personal injury or damaged equipment. Use the screws and plugs appropriate for
the foundation material.
1. Mark the positions on the floor of the four bolts, see figure 12 below.
Note: The Cabinet can be used as a template.

2. Drill the holes. Make sure the holes are vertical.
3. Place the Cabinet in position.
4. Insert bolts and washers through the feet of the cabinet but do not tighten them.
5. Level the Cabinet if necessary by putting shims under the feet of the cabinet.
6. Use a torque wrench and a socket to tighten the bolts to the appropriate
torque for the chosen bolt size.

The 19inch Brackets is delivered in a flat pack. The following items are included:

M6x20 screws, see figure 13 below:

5.2 ASSEMBLING THE INDOOR CABINET LARGE
Note: It is important to initially, not tighten the screws.
1. Put one of the two side walls on the floor, see figure 14 below.

3. Take the other side wall and align the shelves to the wall and attach them to
the front side of the wall using M6x20 screws, see figure 17 below.

4. Raise the cabinet to a standing position, see figure 18 below.

5. Take out the provided cross bars and assemble them loosely together in pairs
using M6x20 screws and M6 lock nuts, see figure 19 below.
Note: The screw should be threaded through the cross bars with the head
pointing backwards.

6. Attach the first pair of cross bars to the side walls using M6x16 screws,
according to figure 20 below. Start with the top part and fasten the cross loosely
using M6x20 screws.
Note: Do not tighten the screws at this moment.

7. Attach the second pair of cross bars to the first pair using M6x20 screws
according to figure 21 below.
Note: It is important that you attach the cross bars in the correct positions, see
figure 20 below.

8. Attach the cross bars and the bottom shelf to the cabinet, see figure 21 below.

9. Attach the rest of the battery shelves from the back side using M6x20 screws.
10.Attach the roof to the side walls using M6x20 screws, see figure 22 below.
11.Tighten all the screws to a torque of 6 Nm.
