A person who has not read and understood all operating and safety instructions
is not qualied to operate this appliance. All users of this appliance must read and
understand this Instruction Manual before operating or cleaning this appliance.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including:
1. Read all instructions before operating this appliance.
2. DO NOT TOUCH the hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. This appliance is NOT A TOY.
4. Unsupervised young children and cognitively challenged
individuals should never operate this appliance.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
6. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug
or any part of this unit in water or other liquids.
7. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing parts and before cleaning.
Allow to cool before putting on or taking o any parts, and before cleaning.
8. DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
malfunctions, or if the appliance has been damaged in any manner. Return the
appliance to the nearest repair shop for examination, repair or adjustment.
9. The manufacturer does not recommend the use of accessory attachments other than

Operating Safety Precautions
1. Do not place the unit close to ammable materials, heating units, or wet environments.
2. Height of ingredients placed in the Base Tray should comply
with the directions - Do not ll more than 4 ⁄ 5 full.
3. Do not replace with other parts that are not designed specically for the Air Fryer.
4. Do not put any other cooking pans in the Base Tray. Do
not replace any parts with other containers.
5. If a lot of smoke is escaping from the air vent during operation, unplug the unit immediately.
6. Do not move the unit while in operation. Only after the Air Fryer
has completely cooled down should you attempt to move it. Always
wait for the Air Fryer to cool down prior to handling it.

7. Never use a towel to block the vent.
8. If any troubles arise during operation, any necessary service
must be done by the authorized for repairs.
9. Do not disassemble the unit on your own or replace any parts.
10. Do not use metal utensils with the coated Base Tray as this can damage the surface.
11. If the power cord is damaged, do not attempt to operate the unit.
12. Keep the unit out of reach of children when the unit is operating or cooling down.
13. Keep hands and face away from the venting outlet or where heat or steam is being released.
14. Make sure the Air Fryer is always clean prior to cooking.
15. It is normal for some smoke to escape the unit when heating for the rst time.
Instructions for the Electrical Cord and Plug
1. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t,
contact a qualied electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
2. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled or tripping over a long cord.
3. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
• Extension cords can be used if care is exercised in their use.
• The marked electrical rating of the cord or extension cord should
be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
• When using a longer cord or extension cord, make sure that
the cord does not drape over a countertop or tabletop where
it can be pulled on or tripped over unintentionally.
4. The manufacturer does not recommend using this machine in countries that do not
support 120V AC even if a voltage adapter, transformer, or converter is in use.

INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of the Nostalgia™ 7 QUART AIR FRYER! This air fryer is a
healthy alternative to cook delicious fried foods while reducing fat up to 80% compared
to a traditional deep fryer. The 7-qt. capacity allows you to cook food for the entire
family! Temperature ranges from 140°F - 400°F and the timer goes up to 60 minutes.
Inside pot and food rack are dishwasher safe, allowing for a quick and easy clean up!

HOW TO OPERATE
1. Before rst use, wipe down all surfaces with a damp, non-abrasive
cloth. Remove all protective paper and wrapping. WARNING: This
air fryer cooks using hot air - DO NOT ll base tray with oil.
2. Find a dry, level surface near an electrical outlet.
3. Plugg into an electrical outlet. The indicator light will
illuminate, signaling that the unit is powered on.
4. Turn the Timer Knob to start cooking. Maximum time to cook is 60 minutes.
5. Slide the thermostat to adjust the temperature (ranges from 140°F - 400°F). Blue indicator
light will light up when working. When air fryer reaches set temperature, light will turn o.
6. Place food onto the center of the lower cooking surface. Push in the base using the
handle and allow to cook. NOTE: Cooking time will vary based on the recipe and
ingredients used. Do not cover or block the vent located on the back of the Air Fryer.
Doing so can prevent proper ventilation and will adversely aect the cooking results.
CAUTION: For your safety, avoid contact with
steam as it is very hot and can cause burns.
7. Once food is cooked to your preference, pull
out the base using the handle. Remove food
using a heat-resistant cooking utensil.
8. If cooking more than one food item in a session,
be sure to lower the lid in between batches to
maintain the proper cooking temperature.
NOTE: Some foods require shaking halfway through cooking.
To properly shake the food, hold the handle, remove the Base Tray from the appliance, and
shake. Once the food has been adequately shaken, slide the Base Tray into the Air Fryer.
9. As soon as you are nished cooking, unplug appliance and allow to cool.

HELPFUL TIPS
NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
No power
• Check if the Air Fryer is plugged in. If it is, check to see if the thermostat is open. If the
thermostat is open, it will be in restoration after cooling down. If the thermostat did not
open, please kindly check if the fuse is burnt. If the fuse is burnt, please change the fuse.
Fan is working, heating element is not
• Check if the thermostat is adjusted to the specied temperature.
• The heating element is broken, call a certied technician to repair.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your AIR FRYER by following these simple cleaning directions.
• Clean the appliance after every use or in between a number of large batches.
• The Grid and the Base Tray have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal utensils
or harsh abrasives when cleaning as this can damage the coating.
• Unplug the appliance and make sure it cools completely.
• Use a damp cloth to wipe the outside of the appliance.
• Clean the Grid and inside components with a nonabrasive
sponge, hot water, and mild detergent.
• Note: If using the dishwasher for the Base Tray, and Grid,
it is recommended to use top rack only.
• Tip: If there is residual food in the Base Tray and Grid, add some hot water
and let it soak separately for about 10 minutes for easier cleaning.
• Clean the inside of the appliance with a nonabrasive sponge and hot water.
• Once cooled completely, clean the Grid, and Base Tray with a
soft cleaning brush to remove any lingering food.
STORAGE
• Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
• Make sure that all the parts are cleaned and dry.
• Push the power cord into the storing capsule. Ax the
cord by inserting it into the back of the unit.
IMPORTANT: Do not immerse unit in water or attempt to cycle through dishwasher.

at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the
product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of

proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benets. All warranty claims must be brought

freidora es una alternativa saludable para cocinar deliciosos alimentos fritos y reducir
la grasa hasta un 80% en comparación con una freidora tradicional. La capacidad de 7
cuartos le permite cocinar alimentos para toda la familia! La temperatura oscila entre

CÓMO FUNCIONA
1. Antes del primer uso, limpie todas las supercies con un paño húmedo y no abrasivo.
Retire todo el papel protector y la envoltura. ADVERTENCIA: Esta Air Fryer (freidora
de aire) cocina con aire caliente - NO llene la bandeja de la base con aceite.
2. Encuentre una supercie seca y nivelada cerca de una toma de corriente.
3. Enchufe en una toma de corriente eléctrico. La luz indicadora se
iluminará, indicando que la unidad está encendida.
4. Gire la perilla del temporizador para comenzar a cocinar. El
tiempo máximo para cocinar es de 60 minutos.
5. Deslice el termostato para ajustar la temperatura (rango entre 140°F y 400°F).

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Por favor, cuide su Air Fryer (freidora de aire) siguiendo
estas sencillas instrucciones de limpieza.
• Limpie el aparato después de cada uso o entre lotes grandes.
• La parrilla y la bandeja de la base tienen un recubrimiento antiadherente. No utilice
utensilios metálicos ni abrasivos al limpiar, ya que esto puede dañar el recubrimiento.
• Desenchufe el aparato y asegúrese de que se encuentre frío por completo.
• Utilice un paño húmedo para limpiar el exterior del aparato.
• Limpie la parrilla y los componentes interiores con una esponja
no abrasiva, agua caliente y detergente suave.
• Nota: Si utiliza el lavavajillas para la bandeja de la base y la parrilla,
se recomienda utilizar solamente el estante superior.
• Consejo: Si hay alimentos residuales en la bandeja de la base y la
