Chapter 1. Brief Introdution
1.1 Products brief introduction
NCB01 is designed for CNC Amateur. It's a total solution. You only need mechanical
part of CNC machine, connect with NCB01 to constitute a system.
NCB01 is compatible with mach3 by LPT. Using NC200,NCB01 connect with mach3
by USB.
1.2 Specification feature
1) High performance,low prices
2) 4 Axis 4A 1/128 microstep steppermotor driver
3) Spindle driver is 400W BLDC driver without Hall.
4) Maximum Spindle driver motor running speed 12000R/Min
5) LPT controller port.
6) 220VAC power input.

Prohibit staying in the rain, it will cause short-circuit..
Pls use proper voltage power supply and motor.
Note the power supply connection. Prohibit reverse connection of power
supply .

This is BLDC driver control panel. Through this panel, you can set BLDC spindle motor

driver's mode. See as manual of NVBD .
2、Estop Button
This button is Estop button. When in an emergency, you can push this button. Estop
button is connected to PIN15 of LPT. Set of ESTOP see as Figure 2-2.

3、Parallel Control Port
This is Parallel Control Port of BOX. Mach3 can control machine through LPT port or
through USB port by NC200. Definition of this port see as Table 2-2.

of X axis, Dir Low active of DIR Z axis should be set to "√".

This port is 2 relay output. They are 2 switch which can be controlled by mach3. Pin
