Your Nutrilovers NUTRI-FRYER XXL uses the power of hot air to prepare your
favourite dishes with very little oil. With minimal added fat, you can achieve frying
results similar to those in a deep fryer.
The oil used is only melted onto the food by the combination of the powerful heating
element with the Hot-Air-Twist technology and excess fat is "blown off" into the drip
pan. This is not only calorie-conscious, but also allows for easy disposal and cleaning.
Crispy fried on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside.
Now enjoy your food in a healthy, quick and easy way.

The following table will help you select the basic settings for the food you want to prepare.
Note: Keep in mind that these settings are only recommendations. As ingredients vary in size,
origin, shape and brand, an optimal setting for your ingredients cannot be guaranteed.
Tips:
❑Smaller food usually requires less cooking time than larger ingredients.
❑Consequently, a larger quantity of food requires a longer cooking time compared to a smaller
quantity of food.
❑Some ingredients need to be shaken or turned halfway through cooking. To shake the food,
remove the cooking container with pan and separate it from the pan using the release button.
Now shake the cooking container over the sink and then insert it back into the pan. Then push
the two parts together back into the appliance.
❑For a crispy cooking result, e.g. for homemade French fries, we recommend using cooking oil.
To do this, put a tablespoon of cooking oil in a bowl with the potato sticks that have been pre-
cooked briefly in the the Hot-Air Fryer and mix them thoroughly.
❑Very fatty foods such as sausages, hamburgers, etc. lose large amounts of fat during
preparation. This accumulates in the fat pan provided. Remove the excess fat after each
operation so that it does not burn into the pan.
❑All foods that you prepare in an oven can also be prepared in the Hot-Air Fryer.
❑The optimum cooking quantity for crispy fries is 500 grams.
HINTS / TIPS
10
NOTE: A larger quantity requires more frequent shaking!
❑Use a baking dish if you want to prepare a cake or quiche.
❑The AirFryer can also be used to heat food. To do this, set the temperature to 150°C for up to
10 min.
❑If the ingredients are not yet ready, simply slide the pan back into the appliance and set the
timer for a few extra minutes.
After cooking with hot air, the pan, basket, accessories, housing and ingredients are hot.
Depending on the type of ingredients in the basket, steam may escape from the pan.

•Clean the appliance after each use and remove all oil and fat from the pan.
•To avoid burns, allow the cooking container with pan to cool down completely in the appliance
before you start cleaning.
•The cooking container and the pan have a non-stick coating. Therefore, do not use metal
kitchen utensils, abrasive cleaners or sponges for cleaning.
Cleaning
1. Press and hold the "Control button 1 - ON/OFF/PAUSE" for 3 sec. to deactivate the unit.
Then unplug the appliance and leave it to cool down for min. 10 minutes.
You can leave the cooking container with pan slightly open for faster cooling.
2. The steamer basket and pan with cover are dishwasher safe. You can also clean them with a
wet sponge, warm water and a little washing-up liquid.
The cooking container, the pan and as well as the accessories (baking dish, pizza tray) are non-
stick. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning agents, as these will damage the
non-stick coating.
To remove burnt-on food residues, place the parts in warm rinsing water for 10-15 minutes
and then remove them with a soft sponge or brush.
If it is necessary to clean the heating elements, use a soft sponge or brush here too. Steel wire
brushes or hard brushes can damage the coating of the heating elements and thus destroy
them.
3. The inside and outside of the hot air fryer can be cleaned with a cloth / sponge or similar soft
utensils. Again, warm rinsing water is suitable for removing dirt.
4. If necessary, the heating elements should be cleaned with a soft sponge or brush. Steel wire
