Before using the product the rst time, wash the sleeve
and dry. It is mandatory to use the sleeve together with the
thermopad.
Check the temperature of the thermopad through back of
hand test before applying to your breast. Only apply the
thermopad if the temperature has the correct warmness or
coldness level.

1) Soak the thermopad in a basin of warm water until it reaches an
optimum and comfortable temperature.
2) Wipe to dry the thermopad.
3) Put the thermopad inside the sleeve.
4) Place the thermopad to the breast.

5) Place the thermopad in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour
or freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Cleaning and storing
Ensure to clean the thermopad with warm water and washing
liquid prior to using the thermopad the rst time and after
every use. Never attempt to use any materials containing
sharp edges or strong detergent. Place the thermopad in a
cool and dry place away from children’s reach.
Safety guidelines and diagnosis
• Do not use the thermopad with a microwave. Do not overheat.
• For external use only. Use the thermopad only with the sleeve
included.
• Do not place thermopad directly on the skin when frozen.
• The thermopad must not be use while expressing milk or
feeding your child. Do not apply to sensitive skin. Do not use
on infants.
• Dispose the thermopad immediately with any immediate
signs of damage.
• Do not fall asleep using the pack.
• Consult a physician for any inquiries about the use of

The warranty of 24 months does not include damages caused

The legal guarantee of 24 months is void if:
The product has undergone aesthetic damage due to
improper use not in accordance with instructions in the
manual.
This product has been modied and/or tampered with.The
cause of the failure was due to poor maintenance of the

(e.g. oxidation and/or scaling due to the retention of water or
other liquids, sediment blocking the sensor, leak of corrosive

The following is excluded from the legal guarantee of 24
months:
Costs related to replacements and/or repair of parts subject to
wear or costs for ordinary maintenance of the product.
The costs and risks involved in transporting the product to and
from the store where you purchased or otherwise authorized
collection centre to receive the products under warranty.
Damage caused by or resulting from improper installation
or improper use not in accordance with the directions in the
instruction manual.
Damage due to natural disasters, accidental events or adverse
conditions not compatible with the product.
Defects that have a negligible eect on product performance.

the sale do not assume any liability for losses and economic
damage from any malfunction of the product. In accordance
