FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
WATER IS DRIPPING
FROM THE LID AND
STEAM IS COMING
OUT

The lid was not closed properly,

Silicone main gasket was not
installed correctly, it is dirty or
damaged

Gradual pressure adjustment
valve and safety valve do not work,

There may be damage to the inlet of
the pot.

Lower the pressure and open the pot by holding it under
cold water. Check the Gradual Pressure Adjustment
Valve, safety valve and main gasket by removing the lid.
-Clean the main gasket and replace it in the correct
position. If it is damaged, replace it with the original
spare gasket.
-Do the cleaning and maintenance of the adjustment
and safety valves after 2-3 meals.
-
Check that the inlet of the pot is clean and undamaged.
-
Carefully close the lid by moving it to the correct position.
SO MUCH STEAM IS
COMING OUT OF
PRESSURE
- The heater is turned on more than
necessary or the pressure setting is
incorrect.

Check the pressure adjustment position. Is it at the
appropriate level?
-
Reduce the temperature of the heater (reduce the heat).
THE LID CANNOT BE
CLOSED
- The lid will not close if the
pressure cooker started to boil with
the lid open and due to the intense
- Turn off the heater, and wait for the boiling in the
pot to stop. When the boiling stops, you can close
the lid.
THE LID DOES NOT
OPEN

Pressure remained in the pot.

Pressure safety pin may be stuck.

The mechanical system of the lid has
failed.

Check if the pressure in the pot is completely discharged.

Push the pressure safety lock (no. 2) indicated in figure 1
with the help of a thin tool and bring it to the normal
position.

Clean the pressure relief valve.

If the lid does not open even after these procedures,
contact your dealer or authorized service.

down. After it cools down completely, open the lid and
check if the pressure adjustment valve is clogged.

Put a teaspoon of baking soda and a cup of vinegar in the pot
and boil them. Then wash as normal.

vinegar.
