18
1
- Pot Body: It is the container where the food to be cooked is put. It is made of 304 quality
18/10 CrNi stainless steel. It has a thermal base that stores heat.
2
- Pressure Safety Lock: It is a safety system that allows the lid to be locked and prevents the
lid from being opened by mistake, thanks to the steam pressure created inside with the heang of
your pressure cooker. As long as there is steam in the pot, the lid cannot be opened.
3
- Gradual Pressure Adjustment Valve: It is a pressure control element that is used to adjust and fix
the pressure that will occur in the pot. It is the part where the increased pressure is released when
your pot reaches the set cooking pressure. If dense steam is coming out of the steam outlet valve,
lower the temperature of your heater. Thus, there would be no unnecessary loss of fluid and
energy.
Gradual Pressure Adjustment Valve is designed to;
A)
Obtain the correct cooking pressure by adjusng the cooking pressure to 1 and 2.
B)
Release the pressure at posion 0.
Level 0 = no pressure
Level 1 = 0.65 bars (Green-leaved vegetables, etc.)
Level 2 = 0.85 bars (Legumes, potatoes, chicken and meat variees, etc.)
4
- On/Off Handle: It is the part of your pressure cooker that opens the lid clamps when turned
clockwise and closes them when turned counterclockwise.
5
- Lid: It is the part that can be fixed by aaching to the pot and that collects the
necessary elements for the pressure cooker to work.
6
- Lid Clamps: They are stainless steel parts designed to fix the pressure cooker body and lid
together.
7
- Carrying Handles: They make the pot easy to hold and carry.
8
- Safety Valve: It is a pressure control element that evacuates the pressure inside in case the
adjustment valve is blocked for any reason, thus prevenng the internal pressure from reaching a
dangerous level.
The maximum acceptable working pressure for this pressure cooker is determined as 1.1 bars.
9
- Silicone Main Gasket: It is a sealing element made of silicone, which is located between the
pot and the lid and prevents the pressure inside the pot from coming out.

19
10
- Gradual Pressure Adjustment Valve Cleaning Nut: It allows the Gradual Pressure
Adjustment Valve to be mounted on the lid. This nut can be cleaned easily by unscrewing and
keeping under water.
11
- Capsule Base: It ensures that your meals are cooked with even heat distribuon. It has a
thermal base that stores heat.
CONSIDERATIONS AND SAFETY WARNINGS
Pressure cooker is a kitchen appliance that operates with pressure. Misuse can cause serious
damages or injuries; therefore, the safety rules we stated below must be strictly followed.
Read this user manual for your pressure cooker carefully and keep it for future reference. Do not
allow people who have not read the user manual and who have no experience with the pressure
cooker before use it.
When you first receive your pressure cooker, take it out of its packaging and check whether the parts
are complete. These parts are: Pot, lid, silicone main gasket and user manual.
Do not leave your pressure cooker unaended while using it. Be very careful, especially if there are
children nearby.
Do not put solid and liquid food more than 2/3 of the pot (For example, if your pressure cooker is
6 liters, you can put 4 liters of food in it at most.) Especially if you are cooking foods that form
foam (beans, lenls, etc.), we recommend filling it up to 1/2 of it.
The flame diameter of the heater where you put your pot must not be larger than the diameter
of the pot base. If you are using a ceramic, glass or inducon heater, make sure that the
boom of the pot is clean and dry.
Do not cook in the oven with your pressure cooker.
Do not use your pressure cooker for purposes other than its intended purpose.
Maximum 2/3

20
Silicone Main Gasket: In case all evacuaon systems are clogged, it evacuates the excess
pressure accumulated in the main gasket of your pot and eliminates the danger that may occur
due to high pressure.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Read this user manual carefully before using your OMS pressure cooker.
Before first use, wash your pot and lid thoroughly with hot water and suitable dishwashing
liquid and dry them.
Do not boil the Main Gasket in water with detergent and do not wash it in the dishwasher. It will be
sufficient to rinse thoroughly by washing with normal warm soapy water.
If white stains have formed on the boom of the pot aer the first boiling, this is due to the
hardness of the water you use and the lime in it. These stains are easily removed with a lile vinegar
or descaling agent. Prefer not to use rubbing pads or harsh cleaners. This also applies to the outer
surface of your pot.
COOKING WITH THE PRESSURE COOKER
Put your food in the pot. Add water or liquid up to the maximum level. Check if there is any food
residue on the inlet of the pot, on the lid and on the main gasket surface, if there is, clean it. Place the
main gasket inside the lid. Be careful when placing the silicone main gasket in the lid. Turn on the
heater and place your pot on a heater where the flame will not overflow.
Steam will come out for a while from the pressure lock system of your pressure cooker. Then the
locking system will be locked, and it will take a few minutes to reach the desired cooking pressure.
The indicaon of reaching the correct pressure is the start of constant steam output from the
gradual pressure adjustment valve.
At the end of the cooking me, turn offthe heater and wait for 5-8 minutes. In thermic-based
stainless steel pressure cookers, boiling connues for a while even if the heater is turned off. Because
the heat stored in the aluminum thermal base will connue to cook your food for a while. If you
bring the Gradual Pressure Valve to the "0" posion before the boiling process in the pot stops, the
liquid part of your food will come out with pressure along with the steam, which can cause burns or
contaminaon of your kitchen. It is beer to wait for the boiling to stop and discharge the steam.
At the end of this period, bring the pressure adjustment valve to the "0" posion and let the steam
completely discharge. Before opening the lid of the pot, lightly shake your pot for a few mes. If you
are in a hurry, you can keep the pot under running cold water so that the pressure drops earlier and
the lid is opened. Another way to open the lid quickly is to leave your pot in a larger bowl containing
cold water for 3-5 minutes.
CLEANING AND CARE OF YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
You can empty your cooker aer use and wash it in the dishwasher. You can wash the lid by
hand with detergent and water. Remove the main gasket and wash it carefully and dry it.
Do not rub with hard objects or steel wool while washing your pot, its lid and gasket.

21
To clean your pot, you can use hot soapy water with normal dish soap, a pot sponge or a so dish
brush. Avoid cleaning especially theouter surfaces with abrasive substances. If there is heavy soiling,
you can use the rough side of the sponge for the inside and the boom of the pot.
There may be discoloraon inside or on the boom of the pot aer use. The reason for this is that
thesubstances such as sulphur etc. in the food are released and come into contact with the metal
surface, and the water used is heavily chalky and hard. Wipe your cooker with a cloth containing a
lile vinegar and these stains will be removed.
Prevent food residues from drying out and scking to your pot. Do not let such residues stay on
the pot for a long me, as they may cause stains and surface changes on stainless steel surfaces.
To wash and clean in the dishwasher, use only household cleaning materials , pay aenon to
the dosage recommended by the manufacturer of the cleaning material, and do not use
industrial dishwashing detergents or highly concentrated cleaners. In order to protect the
silicone main gasket, if you place it in the pot by turning the lid upside down aer cleaning, the
gasket will not be crushed.

Your pressure cooker has parts that can be worn in me and can be replaced in order to use it with the
efficiency of the first day. For replacement of these parts, apply to authorized services.
Use only ORIGINAL spare parts when parts need to be replaced. If you need any repair on
