B. SAFETY CAUTIONS
Must comply with following safety precaution before to use this appliance:
1. Please read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance.
2. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage
before you connect the appliance. Don’t use the appliance with the other high power
electric appliance together on the same power supply, to avoid overload current cause other
hazard.
3. Don’t use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or appliance itself is damaged.
4. If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced in order to avoid a hazard.
5. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
7. Keep the mains cord out of the reach of children. Do not let the mains cord hang over
the edge of the table or worktop on which the appliance stands.
8. During frying, hot steam is released. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from

1. Take the guard plate over the heating element.
2. Fill the fryer with oil or fat to a level about half of the oil basin and close the lid.
3. Put the plug in the wall socket, Then the green power indicator light is lit.
4. Clockwise rotation the temperature controller knob to setting fryer work temperature.
Lead the white line on knob align to require temperature value, this time the red work
indicator light is lit.
5. Wait the red indicator light goes out(this take about 10 minutes).
6. Open the lid carefully, to avoid hot steam scale your hands and face.
7. Take the food to be fried in the basket and carefully put the basket in fryer (only for small
type of food). If big type of food directly put in oil basin. Do not overfill the basket or oil
basin and the food must fully dry, avoid oils splash.
8. Close the lid.
9. During frying, the red indicator light comes and goes out from time to time to indicate
that the heating element is switched on and off to maintain the correct temperature.
10. After frying, open the lid. Beware of hot steam and possible spattering of the oil.
11. Remove the basket from the fryer and shake off excess oil or fat.
12. Put the fried food in a bowl or colander.
13. If you want to fry another batch, wait until the red indicator light has goes out.
14. Switch off the temperature controller and unplug the appliance after use.
15. Wait the oil or fat full cool then remove them from fryer if need change appliance or
change oil or fat. You have to change the oil or fat regularly (10-15times). Always change the
oil or fat if it starts foaming when it is heated, if it has a strong smell or taste or if it turns
dark or syrupy.
16. You should clean residue in oil or fat and adhere on heating element regularly to keep
clean.
E. CLEANING
1. Before cleaning, you must unplug appliance and wait the oil or fat fully cool and remove
out them from fryer.
2. Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or
acetone to clean the appliance and all parts. Never immerse the fryer housing in water.
3. Clean the housing of the fryer with a moist cloth (with some washing-up liquid) or
kitchen paper.
4. Clean the bowl, the lid, the guard plate and the frying basket with hot water and some
washing-up liquid rinse them with fresh water and dry them thoroughly.
5. Put all parts back into the fryer and close the lid.
6. Put well the mains cord and store it.

4. If the product without in free warranty scope of the product, the company's customer
center is still can serve for you. If the products need to replace parts, The company only take
parts cost but not responsible for the shipping cost.
5. There is no record on the warranty card. It’s invalid.

circuit breaker to ensure safety.
15. Please unplug the mains cord before remove, check or clean the appliance.
16. Do not plug or unplug the power cord with a wet hand, Lest electric shock.
17. Fry food golden-yellow instead of dark or brown and remove burnt remnants. Do not fry
starchy foods, especially potato and cereal products, at a temperature above 175 ℃(to
minimize the production of acrylamide)
18. Prevent water or ice from coming into contact with oil or fat, as this cause heavy
spattering or violent bubbling of the oil of fat. Remove all excess ice from frozen ingredients
before you fry them and dry ingredients thoroughly before you fry them. Do not overfill the
basket.
19. Must dry oil basin, basket, guard plate, heating element and lid etc before you have
filled it with oil or fat.
20. Make sure the fryer is always filled with oil or fat to a level about half of the oil basin.
21. Do not switch on the temperature controller before you have filled it with oil or fat.
C.PREPARING FOR FIRST TIME USING
1. Please read this manual carefully before first use.
2. Clean the appliance before first use (see chapter G ‘cleaning’).
3. Make sure that all parts are dry and the temperature controller knob setting at “0”
before you fill the fryer with oil or fat.
4. Please remove protective films on appliance or guard plate if have.
