Produktbeschreibung
Vormontierte PV-Systemlösung mit Varistor-Ableiter
zum Potentialausgleich bei PV-DC-Systemen, steckbar
mit Abtrennvorrichtung in fehlerresistenter Y-Schaltung
nach VDE 0100-712 (50539-12). Mit Trennschalter zur
sicheren Abschaltung der DC-String-Leitung, ein PV-
String-Eingang (MC4-Steckverbinder) auf einen
MPP-Eingang.
– Für isolierte oder geerdete PV-Systeme mit oder
ohne getrennter Blitzschutzanlage
– Thermodynamische Abtrennvorrichtung
– Statusanzeige

Zielgruppe
Das Gerät darf nur durch eine Elektrofachkraft montiert
und angeschlossen werden.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
– Vor dem Arbeiten an Stromleitungen die Spannungsfrei-
heit herstellen und gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern.
– Gerät nicht bei Gewitter montieren.
Systemlösung montieren
ACHTUNG
Kondenswasserbildung!
Bei Gefahr von erhöhter Kondenswasserbildung durch
Wind, Eis, Temperatur oder Sonne sind gegebenen-
falls zusätzliche Maßnahmen erforderlich. Ein
Druckausgleichselement ist bereits verbaut.
1. Beiliegende Außenbefestigungen in die Halterungen
auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses stecken

2. Montagepunkte für die Außenbefestigung anzeich-
nen und vorbohren.
3. Gehäuse mit entsprechendem Befestigungsmaterial
montieren

4. PV-Systemlösung über MC4-Steckverbinder ge-
mäß Bild anschließen.
Systemlösung warten
Schutzgerät alle 2-4 Jahre und nach einem Blitzein-
schlag überprüfen:
– Ist die optische Statusanzeige rot, muss das Über-
spannungsschutzgerät ersetzt werden .
Systemlösung demontieren
Die Demontage der Systemlösung erfolgt in umgekehr-
ter Reihenfolge wie die Montage.
Systemlösung entsorgen
– Verpackung wie Hausmüll
– Kunststoffteile wie Kunststoff
– Elektronikteile wie Elektronikabfall
Die örtlichen Müllentsorgungsvorschriften beachten.

Product description
Pre-mounted PV system solution with varistor arrester
for equipotential bonding in PV-DC systems, plug-in
with cut-off unit in error-resistant Y circuit according to
VDE 0100-712 (50539-12). With switch-disconnector
for safe disconnection of the DC string cable, one PV
string input (MC4 plug connector) to one MPP input.

Target group
The device may only be mounted and connected by an
electrical engineer.
General safety information
– Before working on power cables, ensure that they are
de-energised and secure them against unintentional
switch-on.
– Do not mount the device during a thunderstorm.
Mounting a system solution
ATTENTION Condensation!
If there is a danger of increased condensation
forming through wind, ice, temperature or sunlight,
further measures may be necessary. A pressure com-
pensation element is already installed.
1. Insert the provided external fastenings into the bra-
ckets on the rear of the housing

2. Draw and pre-drill the mounting points for the exter-
nal fastening.
3. Mount the housing with appropriate fastening mate-
rial

4. Connect the PV system solution using the MC4
connector as shown in Figure .
Maintaining a system solution
Check the protection device every 2–4 years and after
lightning strikes:
– If the visual status display is red, the surge protecti-
on device must be replaced .
Dismantling a system solution
Dismantling the system solution takes place in the re-
verse order to mounting.
Disposing of a system solution
– Packaging as household waste
– Plastic parts as plastic
– Electronic parts as electronic waste
Comply with the local waste disposal regulations.

Vid risk för kondens från vind, is, temperatur eller sol
krävs eventuellt ytterligare åtgärder! Kapslingen är
försedd med dräneringsplugg.
1. Sätt i de medföljande externa fästena i konsolerna
på kapslingens baksida

2. Markera och förborra monteringspunkterna för fast-
sättning.
3. Montera kapslingen med lämpligt fastsättningsma-
terial

4. PV-kapslingen ansluts med MC4-kontakt enligt
bild .
Systemlösning revisionskontroll
Kontrollera skyddet var 2-4 år, eller efter ett blixtneds-
lag:
– Om den optiska indikeringen är röd måste överspän-
ningsskyddet bytas ut .
Systemlösning - demontering
Systemlösningen demonteras i omvänd monterings-
ordning.
Systemlösning kassering
– Förpackning: hushållsavfall
– Plast sorteras som plast
– Elektronik som elektronikavfall
