Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury we urge that our clients
take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instruc-
tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.
Keep these operation instructions safe.
CAUTION:
•Perform a visual inspection of the device before each use. Do not use the unit if safety devices
are damaged or worn out. Never disable safety devices.
•Only use the device for the purpose specified in these instructions.
•You are responsible for the safety in your work area.
•Never repair the cable in case it and/or its plug are damaged and do not use the device. The
cable has to be replaced with a new one.
•The voltage of 230 V AC specified on the type plate of the device must correspond to the exist-
ing mains voltage.
•Never lift, transport or attach the device to the mains cable.
•Make sure that the electrical plug connections are protected from flood and moisture.
•Always disconnect the power plug before performing maintenance or any other work on the unit.
•Avoid exposing the device to a direct jet of water.
•The operator is responsible for compliance with local safety and installation regulations. Ask a
qualified electrician if necessary.
•If the device should fail, repair work may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
•Make sure that there is no one inside the room while the device is in operation. Ventilate the
room after the set time has elapsed.
WARNING:
•This air unit is not a medical device. Do not terminate or change any medical therapy or medi-
cation without the advice of your physician. Excessive ozone concentrations can cause mucous
membrane or respiratory irritation.
•Read all safety instructions. Failure to follow the safety precautions and instructions may result
in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
•Ensure that there are no individuals in the room while the unit is in operation. Ventilate the room
after the set time has elapsed.
•Keep all safety this manual and instructions for future reference.
Electrical Connection
The electrical connection is made via a 230 V ~ 50 Hz socket outlet with earthing contact. Fuse protec-
tion at least 10 A.

Operation
1. Plug the unit in.
2. Turn the timer and select the time you need the unit to work.
3. When the unit starts working, the indicator light will be lit.
4. The unit and its indicator light will turn off automatically after the set time runs out.
Maintenance
When the unit produces less and less ozone or no longer produces any ozone, the old ozone plate
needs to be replaced. Normally, the ozone plate needs to be replaced after working for 8,000 hours.
Replacing the ozone plate
1. Unplug the unit.
2. Lift the plate holder top until it no longer
clutches the plate.
3. Push the holder top backward until you can
take out the plate.
4. Slowly and gently take the old plate out.
5. Install the new plate in the same slow and
gentle manner and clutch it with the plate
holder top.

Frequently asked questions
•Question: What is an ozone alert?
•Answer: Ozone alerts in cities are a result of the high pollution levels of hydrocarbons produced
by burning of fossil fuels, when ultraviolet rays from the sun strike hydrocarbons. O3(ozone) is
one of the by-products of this reaction. Ozone or activated oxygen is nature’s disinfectant and
is produced by it in order to combat air pollution. The more polluted the city is, the more ozone
will be found in the air.
•Question: Is ozone safe?
•Answer: Yes, but moderation is the key. Very high concentrations of ozone are not necessary
and can even cause irritations.
•Question: Where should I place the ozone generator in my home or office?
•Answer: The ozone generator should be placed in a central location of your home, preferably a
big open area, such as a living or dining room. Be aware that it was not designed for single room
use. We recommend placing the device at least 120 cm off the ground or higher in order to
improve its performance.
•Question: How long will the ozone generator last?
•Answer: This ozone generator is made of high-quality materials and was designed after the
latest scientific standards. Because of the high-quality materials and superior craftsmanship you
are sure to enjoy it for many years if it is properly maintained.
•Question: Is the device difficult to install?
•Answer: No, just plug it in and set the timer to the time you want the generator to work. For even
quicker results, you can also consider placing the unit high up facing an air intake if your home
features an air conditioning/heating system. This will lead to O3being evenly distributed.
•Question: What does the ozone generator do?
•Answer: It purifies the air in your home or office by breaking down odour causing pollutants,
killing viruses, bacteria, mould, and mildew as well as removing airborne contaminants (smoke,
dust, pet dander, pollen) from your breathing space.
•Question: How does the ozone generator work?
•Answer:
1. Before using the unit, please make sure there is no person or animal in the room.
2. Plug the unit in, the indicator light will automatically turn on.
3. Turn the timer clockwise to set the working duration in accordance with your needs. The
time range can thereby be set anywhere between 5 and 120 min.
•Question: How does nature produce ozone?
•Answer: Ozone is found everywhere outdoors. It is naturally created every day by sunshine,
thunderstorms, lightning, and other natural events. The fresh, sweet smell after a thunderstorm
is abundance of ozone in the air, equalling the freshness of rain, waterfalls, and the ocean
waves.

Disposal regulations
EU guidelines regarding the disposal of scrap electric appliances (WEEE, 2012/19/EU) were imple-
mented in the law related to electrical and electronic equipment and appliances.
All WilTec electric devices that fall under the WEEE regulations are labelled with the crossed-out
wheeled waste bin logo. This logo indicates that this electric equipment must not be disposed with the
domestic waste.

Disposal of used electrical and electronic appliances
(intended for use in the countries of the European Un-
ion and other European countries with a separate col-
lection system for these appliances).
