Gelenk in entlastender Neutralstellung.

das Anlegen und sorgt für eine gleichmäßige

Zum Anlegen der Orthese öffnen Sie den Klettverschluss des Schnür-
zugs. Ziehen Sie die Orthese so über das Handgelenk, dass Hand- und
Daumen öffnung vom Körper weg zeigen und die geformte Aluminium-
schiene auf der Handgelenkinnenseite liegt.

Verschließen Sie nun die Orthese, indem Sie den Schnürzug um das
Handgelenk führen und auf der Oberseite der Orthese festkletten. Bitte
achten Sie darauf, dass das Produkt fest, aber nicht zu eng anliegt, um
Abschnürungen zu vermeiden.

Zum Schluss passen Sie, wenn nötig, den Klettverschluss zwischen
Daumen und Zeigefinger an.

zeichen wie Rötung, Erwärmung
oder Schwellung

– Lymphabfl ussstörungen sowie
nicht eindeutige Schwellungen

– Reizzustände des Handgelenks
(chronisch, nach Verletzungen

Nebenwirkungen
Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung sind
bisher keine Nebenwirkungen auf
den gesamten Körper bekannt.
Liegt das Produkt jedoch zu fest
an, kann es örtliche Druckerschei-
nungen verursachen oder Blutge-
fäße und Nerven einengen.
– Das Produkt sollte vor dem
ersten Gebrauch gewaschen
werden.
– Entfernen Sie vor dem Waschen
die Aluminiumschienen.
– Waschen Sie das Produkt bei
maximal 30° C von Hand.
Verwenden Sie dazu Feinwasch-
mittel ohne Weichmacher (z.B.
Ofa Clean Spezialwaschmittel)
und spülen Sie das Produkt
gut aus. Drücken Sie das Wasser
vorsichtig aus, ohne das Produkt
zu wringen.
– Bringen Sie das Produkt in
Form und lassen Sie es an der
Luft trocknen. Trocknen Sie das
Produkt nicht im Trockner, auf
der Heizung oder in direktem
Sonnenlicht und bügeln Sie es
niemals.
– Um die Qualität Ihres Produktes
zu erhalten, verwenden Sie bitte
keine chemischen Reinigungs-
mittel, Bleichmittel, Benzin oder
Weichspüler. Tragen Sie im
Anwendungsbereich keine
fett- oder säurehaltigen Mittel,
Salben oder Lotionen auf die
Haut auf. Diese Substanzen
können das Material angreifen.
– Lagern Sie das Produkt trocken
und geschützt vor Sonne und
Hitze möglichst in der Original-
verpackung.

Lace-up wrist brace
without thumb piece
The Dynamics lace-up wrist brace
provides optimum wrist immobilisation. An
anatomically contoured aluminium splint
positions the wrist in a relaxing neutral po-
sition. The practical lace-up system makes
the orthosis easy to put on and distributes
the pressure evenly.

Fitting instructions
The fi tting instructions in pictures can be found on the fold-over
page at the beginning of the brochure.

To put on the orthosis, open the Velcro fastener of the lacing. Pull the
orthosis over the wrist in such a way that the hand and thumb opening
is pointing away from your body and the moulded aluminium splint is on
the inside of your wrist.

Now close the orthosis by guiding the lacing around your wrist and se-
curing it by Velcro fastening it on the top of the orthosis. Please ensure
that the product is secure but not too tight in order to prevent pinching.

Finally, adjust, if necessary, the Velcro fastener between your thumb
and your index finger.

Contraindications
In the following cases you should
consult your doctor before using
this product:
– skin conditions or injuries in the
area of application, particularly
where signs of infl ammation are
present, such as redness, temper-
ature increase or swelling
– feeling of numbness and circulat-
ory problems in the area of applic-
ation
– problems with lymphatic drainage
as well as unexplained swelling
Indications
– wrist irritation (chronic, after
injuries or operations)
– unstable wrist
– tendon sheath inflammation
(tendovaginitis)
– minor carpal tunnel syndrome
(nerve damage in the hand area)
Side effects
There are currently no known side
effects for any part of the body if
this product is used correctly. How-
ever, if the product is too tight, this
can cause local pressure points or
constrict blood vessels and nerves.
– The product should be washed
before being used for the first
time.
– Remove the aluminium splints
before washing.
– Wash the product by hand at a
maximum temperature of 30° C.
Use a mild detergent without
softener (e. g. Ofa Clean special
detergent) and rinse the product
out well. Carefully squeeze the
water out without wringing out
the product.
– Mould the product into the right
shape and air-dry it. Do not dry
the product in the dryer, on a
radiator or in direct sunlight and
do not iron.
– In order to maintain the qual-
ity of your product please do
not use any chemical cleaning
products, bleaches, petrol or
fabric softener. Do not apply any
fatty or acidic creams, ointments
or lotions to the skin in the
usage area. These substances
can irritate the material of the
product.
– Store the product in a cool dry
place away from sunlight and
heat and preferably in the orig-
inal packaging.

telle en aluminium formée anatomiquement
soutient l’articulation en position neutre
de décharge. Le système à lacet pratique
facilite la mise en place et garantit une ré-
partition uniforme de la pression.

Pour placer l’orthèse, ouvrez le velcro du cordon de serrage. Tirez
l’orthèse sur le poignet de manière à ce que l’ouverture pour la main
et le pouce se trouve à l’opposé du corps et que l’attelle en aluminium
moulé se trouve sur l’intérieur de votre poignet.

Maintenant, fermez l’orthèse, en plaçant le cordon de serrage autour du
poignet et crochet et en le fixant sur la partie supérieure de l’orthèse.
Veillez à ce que le produit soit bien fixé, mais pas trop serré, afin d’éviter
de couper la circulation sanguine.

Enfin, si nécessaire, ajustez le velcro entre le pouce et l’index.

– instabilité de l’articulation de la

– inflammation de la gaine du ten-
don (ténosynovite)
– léger syndrome du canal carpien
(lésions nerveuses dans la main)
Effets secondaires
Aucun effet secondaire sur l’inté-
gralité du corps n’est connu à ce
jour avec une utilisation correcte.
Toutefois, si le produit est trop
serré, il peut provoquer des points
de pression locaux ou le rétrécis-
sement de vaisseaux sanguins ou
de nerfs.
– Il faut laver le produit avant de
l’utiliser pour la première fois.
– Avant de laver le produit, veuil-
lez retirer les attelles en alumi-
nium.
– Lavez le produit à la main à
30° C au maximum. Utilisez,
pour cela, une lessive pour linge
délicat sans adoucissant (p. ex.
Lessive spéciale Ofa Clean) et
rincez bien le produit. Exprimez
l’eau avec précaution sans tordre
le produit.
– Mettez le produit en forme et
laissez-le sécher à l’air. Ne faites
pas sécher le produit dans un
sèche-linge, sur un radiateur ou
exposé directement aux rayons
du soleil et ne jamais repasser.
– Pour conserver la qualité de
votre produit, n’employez jamais
de détersifs chimiques, d’agents
blanchissants, de white spirit ou
d’adoucissants. N’enduisez pas
la peau de produits gras ou aci-
des, de pommades ou de lotions
dans la zone d’application du
produit. Ces substances pour-
raient attaquer le matériau.
– Conservez le produit à l’abri
de l’humidité, du soleil et de la
chaleur, si possible dans son em-
ballage d’origine.

De Dynamics polsveterorthese
zorgt
voor een optimale stabilisatie van uw pols.
Een anatomisch gevormde aluminiumspalk
laat het gewricht in een ontlastende, neu-
trale stand rusten. Het praktische vetertrek-
systeem vergemakkelij kt het aandoen en
zorgt voor een gelij kmatige drukverdeling.

Om de orthese aan te doen, opent u de klittenbandsluiting van de veter.
Trek de orthese zodanig over de pols, dat hand- en duimopening van het
lichaam af wijzen en de gevormde aluminiumspalk aan de binnenzijde
van de pols ligt.

Sluit nu de orthese door de veter rond de pols te wikkelen en aan de bo-
venzijde van de orthese te sluiten. Gelieve erop te letten dat het product
vast, maar niet te nauw aansluit om afknelling te vermijden.

Tot slot past u, indien nodig, de klittenbandsluiting tussen duim en
wijsvinger aan.

door geschoold vakpersoneel
aangepast en aangedaan worden.
De aluminiumspalken kunnen
koud in vorm gebracht worden.
– Draag het product direct op de
huid. Indien het in combinatie
met andere producten gedragen
dient te worden, verzoeken wij u,
dit vooraf met uw arts te bespre-
ken.
– Indien er zich tij dens het dragen
een onaangenaam gevoel, fellere
pij nen of andere klachten voor-
doen, dient u het product niet te
gebruiken en dient u contact op
te nemen met uw arts of dealer.
– Wij controleren onze producten in
het kader van een algeheel kwa-
liteitsmanagement. Gelieve u tot
uw dealer te richten indien u des-
ondanks klachten hebt.

Contra-indicaties
In volgende gevallen dient u vóór
toepassing van het product uw arts
te raadplegen:
– huidaandoeningen of -verwon-
dingen in het toepassingsgebied,
in het bij zonder bij ontstekings-
verschij nselen zoals roodkleuring,
verwarming of zwelling
– gevoels- en doorbloedingsstoor-
nissen in het toepassingsgebied
– lymfeafvoerstoornissen evenals
niet volkomen duidelij ke zwellin-
gen
Toepassingsgebieden
– irritatie aan de pols (chronisch,
na letsels of heelkundige ingre-
pen)
– instabiele pols
– peesschedeontsteking (tendova-
ginitis)
– licht carpaaltunnelsyndroom
(aantasting van de zenuwen in
het bereik van de hand)
Bij werkingen
Bij een oordeelkundige toepassing
zijn tot nu toe geen bijwerkingen
op het hele lichaam bekend. Indien
het product echter te nauw aan-
sluit, kan het plaatselijke drukver-
schijnselen veroorzaken of bloed-
vaten en zenuwen beknellen.
– Het product dient voor gebruik
gewassen te worden.
– Verwijder vóór het wassen de
aluminiumspalken.
– Was het product bij maximaal
30° C handwas. Gebruik daar-
voor fijnwasmiddel zonder
wasverzachter (bijvoorbeeld Ofa
Clean speciaal wasmiddel) en
spoel het product goed uit. Druk
het water voorzichtig uit, zonder
het product te wringen.
– Breng het product in de juiste
vorm en laat het aan de lucht
drogen. Droog het product niet
in de droogautomaat, op de ver-
warming of in direct zonlicht en
strijk het nooit.
– Gelieve geen chemische reini-
gingsmiddelen, bleekmiddelen,
benzine of wasverzachter te
gebruiken om de kwaliteit van
uw product te handhaven. Breng
in het toepassingsgebied geen
vet- of zuurhoudende middelen,
zalven of lotions op de huid aan.
Deze substanties kunnen het
materiaal aantasten.
– Bewaar het product droog en
beschermd tegen zon en hitte
zoveel mogelijk in de originele
verpakking.

Per applicare l’ortesi aprire il velcro del sistema di lacci. Far passare l’or-
tesi sopra il polso in modo che l’apertura della mano e del pollice non
guardino verso il corpo e il binario in alluminio sagomato poggi sul lato
interno del polso.

Chiudere ora l’ortesi facendo passare il sistema di lacci intorno al polso
e fissando con il velcro sul lato superiore dell’ortesi. Assicurarsi che il
prodotto aderisca bene ma non troppo stretto per evitare difficoltà di
circolazione.

Infine adattare se necessario la chiusura in velcro tra il pollice e l’in-
dice.

Controindicazioni

– disfunzioni del drenaggio linfati-
co così come gonfi ori dalle cause
non accertate
Indicazioni
– irritazioni dell’articolazione del
polso (croniche, post-operatorie
o successive a traumi)
– polso instabile
– infiammazione della guaina ten-
dinea (tendovaginite)
– modesta sindrome del tunnel
carpale (neuropatia nella zona
della mano)
Effetti collaterali
Se l’utilizzo del prodotto è corretto
finora non sono stati riscontrati ef-
fetti collaterali sull’intero corpo. Se
il prodotto dovesse tuttavia aderire
troppo fermamente, potrebbe pro-
vocare pressioni locali o restringere
i vasi sanguigni e i nervi.
– Lavare il prodotto prima del pri-
mo utilizzo.
– Prima di procedere al lavaggio
estrarre i binari in alluminio.
– Lavare il prodotto a mano ad
una temperatura non superiore
a 30° C. Per il lavaggio utilizza-
re un detersivo delicato senza
ammorbidenti (es.: Detergente
speciale Ofa Clean) e sciacqua-
re il prodotto accuratamente.
Eliminare l’acqua in eccesso
delicatamente, senza strizzare il
prodotto.
– Dare forma al prodotto e farlo
asciugare all’aria. Non asciugare
il prodotto in asciugatrice, sul
termosifone o alla luce diretta
del sole. Non stirare mai il pro-
dotto.
– Al fine di mantenere intatta la
qualità del prodotto, non utiliz-
zare detergenti chimici, candeg-
gina, benzina o ammorbidente.
Non usare lozioni, unguenti o
prodotti grassi o acidi nell’area
di applicazione del prodotto.Tali
sostanze possono danneggiare il
materiale.
– Riporre il prodotto, possibilmente
nella confezione originale, in un
luogo asciutto e al riparo dalla
luce del sole e dal calore.

La órtesis muñequera Dynamics con
cierre de cordones
proporciona una ópti-
ma inmovilización de la muñeca. Una férula
de aluminio de diseño anatómico mantiene
la articulación en una posición neutra de
reposo. El práctico sistema de cierre de
cordones facilita la colocación de la órtesis
y permite una distribución homogénea de
la presión.

Instrucciones de aplicación

Para colocar la órtesis, abra el cierre de velcro del sistema de cordones.
Introduzca la muñeca en la órtesis, de manera que las aberturas para la
mano y el pulgar señalen en dirección opuesta al cuerpo y que la férula
de aluminio moldeada quede en la cara interior de la muñeca.

A continuación, cierre la órtesis pasando los cordones alrededor de la
muñeca y fijándolos mediante el sistema de velcro en la parte superior
de la órtesis. Procure que el producto quede bien ajustado a la muñeca,
pero sin apretar en exceso, para evitar el efecto de torniquete.

Finalmente, si fuera necesario, ajuste el cierre de velcro entre el pulgar
y el dedo índice.

Contraindicaciones

Efectos secundarios
Durante el uso correcto, no se han
observado hasta ahora efectos
secundarios en ninguna parte del
cuerpo. No obstante, si el producto
queda excesivamente ajustado,
puede causar síntomas de presión
locales o puede oprimir los vasos
sanguíneos y los nervios.
– El producto debe lavarse antes
de su primer uso.
– Antes del lavado, retire las ba-

– Lave el producto a mano a una
temperatura máxima de 30° C.
Utilice para ello un detergente
para ropa delicada sin suavizan-

para escurrir el agua, pero sin

– Moldee el producto para que
recupere su forma original, y
déjelo secar al aire. No seque
el producto en la secadora, ni
encima de la calefacción o al sol
directo, y no lo planche nunca.
– Para conservar la calidad de su
producto, no utilice detergentes
químicos, blanqueantes, bencina
de uso doméstico ni suavizantes.

sustancias, pomadas o lociones
grasas o ácidas, ya que podrían

– Guarde el producto en un lugar
