other than those indicated.
Description
Easybike is a unicycle which can be fitted
to any wheelchair with not detachable

The frame is available in different colours.
Thanks to the adjustable arms, is possible to adapt the device to be connected to
every wheelchair seat width and is possible to reach the most convenient distance
and inclination of the device for the best driving position (See pictures below).
For very narrow wheelchairs, adjustable arms are available with shorter
attachments than normal models.

ensure the most convenient setup to match the customer needs. In order to be
properly connected to a specific wheelchair, therefore, some additional adjustments
may be required.
Please follow this manual instructions perform the final set-up of the device to
match your wheelchair.
Matching the EASYBIKE with the wheelchair
Before matching the Easybike with the wheelchair consider that you can modify the
position of the fastening pipe and adjust the position of the fastening clamp.
If necessary, loosen the clamp by opening the cam lever to adjust the fixing tube.
Pull out the tube and place it on the chosen spot. Once placed it lock the clamp by
closing the cam lever.

7
If necessary adjust the clamp rotation in the following way:
oLoosen the highlighted nuts (as in the picture)
oRotate the clamp in the chosen position
oFa sten the nuts

Stand the Easybike on the proper stands in front of the wheelchair.
oPlace the wheelchair front tubes very close to the Easybike fastening
clamps.

17
oOpen the fastening clamps and then move away the wheelchair to end the
unfastening.

18
Eventually adjust the fastening clamps if necessary, as follows:
1. The fastening clamps have to be open.
2. The latch has to be off.
3. Loosen the locking collars which fix the arms on the central body to
adjust the width of the fastening arch.
4. Adjust eventually the rotation of the clamps by loosening the locking
nuts of the tie-beams. Modify the clamps inclination by turning
clockwise or counter-clockwise the tie-beams body, until the clamps are
fully leaned on the front frame tubes of the wheelchair.

19
oBefore fastening the clamps on the front frame tubes, secure the locking
collars making visually sure
that the arms are
symmetrically inserted in the
body of the Easybike.
oFasten the clamps on the
wheelchair front frame, fix
properly each handle of the
clamps.
oFasten properly the screws
which lock the rotation of the
clamps.
oFasten properly the locknuts which fasten the tie-beams which adjust the
clamps.
oTurn the latch in ON position.
oPush forward the Easybike until the latch securing splines are properly
hooked.
oBlock the security wing nuts.
oEasybike is now ready for use, unless further
adjustments are needed (e.g. tilt and front castors height).

20
Further tilt adjustments
Please consider that the user arms have to be almost completely straight in the
maximum pedal extension position. Therefore, if the Easy-bike handle cranks are
too low and close to the body, or too high and therefore distant, it means that the
user cannot perform a complete, correct and smooth rotation.
If this is the situation, the tilt of the Easybike has to be adjusted in the following
way:
oFirst of all, unhook the Easybike from the wheelchair.
oLoosen the fixing locking collars.
oSlide completely away the Easybike arms
along the respective grooved guides.
oRotate the Easybike arms to reach the
most convenient position of the cranks for
the user.
oSlide-in the Easybike arms along the
relevant grooved guides.
oMake sure the arms (left and right) are equally inclined & symmetrically
assembled and the width is perfectly matching the wheelchair front frame.
If something is uneven please refer to the “Matching the Easybike with the
wheelchair” section to recover the set-up.
oFirmly tighten the locking collars.
oRe-hook the Easybike to the wheelchair. May
be the new set-up requires some more
adjustments of the fixing clamps. Please refer
to the “Matching the Easybike with the
wheelchair” section to recover some
adjustments.
