Questi multiswitch in cascata si utilizzano per distribuire i segnali ricevuti da
un satellite (la serie DER/M9… per due satelliti) a più utenti indipendenti tra
loro utilizzando una singola parabola.
Per la visione dei segnali satellitari occorre munirsi di un decoder, il quale,
connesso all’uscita derivata del multiswitch, consente di eseguire tutti i co-
mandi di commutazione necessari tramite i toni e le tensioni di telealimenta-
zione. I modelli con 5 o 9 entrate sono idonei alla miscelazione dei segnali TV
(40÷860 MHz). I modelli TEL lasciano passare l’alimentazione fornita dal de-
coder verso il LNB, mentre in tutti gli altri casi per alimentare il LNB è neces-
sario installare un alimentatore ausiliario (art.15-501) ed un inseritore di ten-
sione (art.15-503). Vengono realizzati in un contenitore schermato e possono
avere 4, 5 o 9 ingressi ed altrettante uscite passanti e 4 o 6 uscite derivate.
I connettori di ingresso ed uscita sono di tipo “F”.
These cascadable switches allow to distribute signals received by
a satellite (Set DER/M9… is for two satellites) to many independent
users, using a single satellite dish.
If you want to receive satellite signals, you need a decoder that, con-
nected to the switch output, allows the selection of the inputs through
14/18 V and 22 KHz tone.
Items with 5 or 9 inputs are suitable for the TV signal mixing (40÷860
MHz). Into TEL models the remote power supply passes through them
from decoder to LNB, while usually LNB needs an auxiliary power
supply unit (art.15-501) and one inserting device (art.15-503).
They are realized in a shielded container and they can have 4, 5 or 9
inputs and passing outputs, and 4 or 6 derived outputs.
Input and output connectors are the F type ones.

Questi multiswitch di testa sono completi di alimentatore, avente isolamento
di II classe, il quale fornisce l’alimentazione anche al LNB.
La massima corrente erogabile per la telealimentazione è 600 mA.
Questi prodotti vengono utilizzati per distribuire i segnali ricevuti da un sa-
tellite (la serie M9…DER per due satelliti) a più utenti indipendenti tra loro
utilizzando una singola parabola. Per la visione dei segnali satellitari occorre

These head end switches have a power supply unit with II class insu-
lation, that supplies the power supply also to LNB.
The maximum delivered current for the TV power supply is 600 mA.

ISTRUZIONI E SCHEMA DI MONTAGGIO PER L’INSTALLAZIONE DIRECTIONS AND INSTALLATION ASSEMBLY OUTLINE
• Essendo un prodotto per interno, deve essere installato in un luogo pro-
tetto dall’eventuale esposizione a stillicidio o spruzzi d’acqua; non deve
essere installato sotto a serbatoi d’acqua o altri liquidi;
• collocareilmultiswitchinunluogoidoneo,consufcienteaerazione.Su
richiesta,vengonofornitidegliappositisostegniplasticiperilssaggioa
muro dei multiswitch in cascata;
• dopo avere installato la parabola ed averla puntata correttamente con
l’ausilio di un misuratore di campo per la massima qualità dei segnali
ricevibili, collegare i cavi delle quattro polarizzazioni provenienti dal LNB
H-V-H-V ai rispettivi ingressi del primo multiswitch facendo attenzione a
non commettere errori (si consiglia di siglare i cavi H/L - V/L - H/H - V/H
o di utilizzare cavi colorati);
• collegare le uscite passanti del multiswitch in cascata con gli ingressi di
quello successivo. E’ fondamentale per il funzionamento del prodotto
rispettare i collegamenti come riportato sulle etichette;
• le uscite passanti dell’ultimo multiswitch devono essere chiuse con re-
sistenze di chiusura isolate (tappo F isolato art.17-760). Per chiudere
le uscite passanti dei multiswitch di testa utilizzare il modulo TM5/F
(art.15-559), fornito in dotazione all’interno della confezione;
• collegare le uscite derivate di ogni multiswitch alle prese di utenza tra-
mite il cavo coassiale;
• nel caso di multiswitch di testa, collegare la spina del multiswitch alla
presa delle rete elettrica, la quale deve essere facilmente accessibile in
quanto dispositivo di sezionamento.

• connect the cascadable switch loopthrough outputs to the inputs
of the next one. For the perfect operating of the product, please
respect the connections, as reported on the labels;
• the loopthrough outputs of the last switch have to be closed by
insulated resistances of closing (insulated F cap item 17-760).

• connect the tap outputs to the TV-SAT sockets, using the coax
cable;
• if you have a head end switch, connect the switch plug to the wall
socket, that has to be easily reachable as disconnecting device.
