MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Regularly inspect the product for damage or signs of wear.
Ensure all screws, nuts, and bolts are securely fastened.
Regularly clean and lubricate all threaded components
and moving parts. White lithium grease is recommended for
threaded components.
Closed wheel bearings do not require lubrication.
Prior to loading, identify and mark the
material’s center of mass. Center and
balance material on the main support rail.
(see g. 1)
Use clamp to secure the dolly to material
during transportation. Turn the clamp
handle until nger-tight, then tighten by
hand about 1.5 to 2 turns more. Heavier
material may require a little more clamp
pressure if stability is an issue. (see g. 2)
For use in pairs, dollies can be spaced at
any distance apart, as long as the load is
distributed evenly between both dollies.

Entretien

Avant le chargement, identiez et
marquez le centre de masse du matériau.

rail de support principal. (Voir g. 1)
Utilisez une pince pour xer le chariot
sur le matériau pendant le transport.
Tournez la poignée de serrage jusqu'à
ce qu'elle soit bien serrée, puis serrez-la
a la main environ 1.5 à 2 tours de plus.
Un matériau plus lourd peut exiger un peu
plus de pression de serrage si la stabilité est
problématique. (Voir g. 2)
Si vous utilisez une paire, les chariots
peuvent être espacés à n'importe quelle
distance l’un de l’autre, tant que la charge
est répartie uniformément entre les deux
