HUE-DMX System Setup
Inial Setup
• Connect HUE-DMX-CONTROLLER, HUE-DMX-DECODER(s), Power Supplies and LED Ribbon in accordance
with the wiring diagram.

Seng Zones to Control on the HUE-DMX-DECODER (8 Zone Maximum)
• Hold the buon below the address number you desire to change for approximately ve seconds
Number will begin to ash
• While the number is ashing, press the buon to cycle through 0-9
• Once the desired number is reached, do not press any buons on the HUE-DMX-DECODER for approxi-
mately ve seconds
Number will stop ashing

Pairing HUE-RF/DMX-REMOTE
• Turn on the HUE-RF/DMX-REMOTE
The red indicator light on the top right of HUE-RF/DMX-REMOTE will come on
• Press the learn buon on the HUE-DMX-CONTROLLER
• Touch any buon on the HUE-RF/DMX-REMOTE so LEDs change to ensure that the pairing was successful

• Download the Easycolor app
• Go to your device’s wi sengs and connect to the Easycolor network

• Open the Easycolor app and go to the sengs tab
• Enter the following informaon

(Choose any name you would like to give your system or leave this blank)

• Select a zone on the HUE-RF/DMX-REMOTE that has HUE-DMX-DECODER(s) addressed to it

• Select a zone number (1-8) to control a single zone independently or mulple zone numbers to control
zones together
Controlling Zone(s)
• The buon will play or pause one of the ten preset modes
• The buon will speed up a mode
• The buon will slow down a mode
• The buon will return to a previous color or mode
• Touch the R, G, B, or W buons to switch the corresponding color on or o
If you press R then G, these colors will be mixed. To get just one color, make sure to turn other color(s) o

• Touching the color wheel at any me will take over and allow you to select custom colors
Choosing a Custom Color
• To dim R, G, B or increase brightness, use the or buon respecvely
• Long press the to dim the white or increase its brightness

• Each zone can save eight colors or modes using the buon. To do so:
1. Choose a zone number(s) 1-8
2. Turn on the mode or color that you would like to save
3. Hold the buon approximately ve seconds
