STEP 1 –Screw the steel brackets
to the back of the wooden back
panels using the 10mm bolts.
NOTE : there should be three right
angle and three 80 degree bent
on each panel.
STEP 2 –Using the 10mm bolts
screw the two wooden back
panels to the centre leg, making
sure you screw the right angle
brackets to the centre leg.
STEP 3 –Using 13mm bolts
attach the left and right steel
frame to either side of the back
panels.
STEP 4 –Using the remaining
13mm bolts, screw the three
curved wooden facings to the
ends of the steel frames from
inside the cabinet. NOTE : the
largest piece goes on the bottom
STEP 5 –place the gel pads on
the middle and bottom curved
wooden facings, one at each end
and one in the middle. Using a
philips screwdriver fasten the
glass clips to the backboards.
STEP 6 –Place the top piece of
glass on the near complete unit,
from the underside of the steel
frame secure the glass in place
with the 42mm bolts.
STEP 7 –Insert the middle and
bottom glass, the larger of the
two goes on the bottom, once in
place use a philips screw driver to
tighten the locking nut in the
centre of the glass clip.
