• la corretta sensibilizzazione degli installatori alle problematiche della sicurezza;

• la conoscenza approfondita del suo funzionamento e dei suoi limiti;
• il corretto uso in condizioni di sicurezza;

autorizzate e non lasciare incustodita la zona di lavoro. Installazione, collegamenti elettrici e regolazioni devono essere eettuati
nell’osservanza della buona tecnica e in ottemperanza alle norme vigenti nel paese di installazione.

Il costruttore della motorizzazione non è responsabile dell’inosservanza della buona tecnica nella costruzione della struttura da mo-
torizzare, né delle deformazioni che dovessero intervenire nell’utilizzo. Un’ errata installazione può essere fonte di pericolo. Eseguire
gli interventi come specicato dal costruttore. Prima di iniziare l’installazione, vericare l’integrità del prodotto. Se il cavo di alimen-
tazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio assistenza
tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio. Vericare che la struttura esistente
abbia i necessari requisiti di robustezza e stabilità e che risponda alle normative di settore vigenti. L’installazione, il collaudo e la
messa in funzione della chiusura pedonale, così come le veriche periodiche e gli interventi di manutenzione, possono essere eseguiti
soltanto da tecnici specializzati e formati sul prodotto.
WARNINGS: read the instructions with care before installing the product.
Do not dispose of the packaging (plastic, polystyrene, etc.) in the environment and do not leave it within reach of children because it
can be a source of danger. Incorrect installation of the device can also pose serious danger: follow all the instructions on installation
with care. It is recommended to observe all the safety standards in force; to work in a well lit environment where there are no health
risks; and to wear compliant protective equipment (safety footwear, protective glasses, gloves and hard hat) and close-tting clothing.
Adopt measures to protect against ying parts and the potential risks of crushing, impact and cutting. It is recommended to observe
all domestic standards in force on safety on construction sites (in Italy, Legislative Decree 528/99 coordinated with Legislative Decree
494/96 “implementation of European directive 92/57/EEC concerning the minimum health and safety requirements to be adopted at
temporary or mobile construction sites”). Cordon o the site to prevent unauthorised access and do not leave the work area unat-
tended. Installation, electrical connections and adjustments must be carried out in accordance with the code of good practice and
the domestic laws in force. The manufacturer of the motor unit cannot be held liable for poor construction of the structure to be
motorised, or for damage caused during use. Incorrect installation can be a source of danger. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Before starting installation, check the condition of the product. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufactur-
er or its technical support service or, in any case, by a person with similar qualications in order to prevent any risks.Check that the
structure on which it is to be installed is adequately sturdy and stable and complies with the applicable regulations in force. Installa-
tion, testing and commissioning of the unit, and all periodic checks and maintenance work must be entrusted to specialist technicians
trained in use of the product.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: BRA400.24 è una barriera elettromeccanica a uso intensivo,per aste di lunghez-
za massima 4m è dotata di rallentamenti e antischiacciamento sia in apertura che in chiusura.Inserendo le
batterie è possibile usare la barriera in assenza di alimentazione per circa 40-50 cicli.
BRA400.24 is an electromechanical barrier for boom up to 4m. It is provided of slowing down an adjustable
anti-crashing safety system. e back up batteries (optional) grant at least 40/50 cycles in case of power failu-
re and by a manual releasing system.

6.7- MONTAGGIO DELL’ASTA- BOOM INSTALLATION:

Azzionare lo sblocco manuale accompagnando il movimen-
to dell’asta con una mano.
Ruotare il registro prensente nella molla no a quando l’asta
resta inclinata a 45°
- Operate the manual releasing paying attention to hold
the boom by the hand in order to prevent quick movement
toward up that can cause serius damages or accident.

Con sblocco manuale attivato portare l’asta nella posizio-
ne di massima apertura
-Regolare la vite in modo tale che l’asta si fermi in posi-
zione verticale e ssare il dado per ssare la posizione
Eseguire la stessa operazione per la regolazione del fermo
meccanico in chiusura
-Activate the manual release
-Adjust the screws in order to get the boom in an
vertical

-inserire la chiave e girare per 180° in senso antiorario
-inserire la chiave esagonale e girare la chiave in senso antiorario, accompagnare il movimento l’asta con una
mano.
- Open the plastic cap.
-Insert the key and turn it clockwise for 180° and revove the block key
- Insert the key and turn it clockwise for 180° always holding the boom by the hand till the total opening in
order to prevent quick movement toward up that can cause serius damages or accident.

MANUALE UTENTE- USER MANUAL :
-Aprire la copertura
-inserire la chiave e girare per 180° in senso antiorario
-inserire la chiave esagonale e girare la chiave in senso antiorario, accompagnare il movimento l’asta con una

N.B.: a asta in posizione di chiusura, azzionare lo sblocco prestando attenzione al movimento dell’asta,
girando la chiave di 180° , l’asta si porterà automaticamente in posizione di apertura , è necessario accompa-
gnare il movimento dell’asta con una mano.
Con asta in posizione di completa apertura, riarmare lo sblocco per evitare caduta o movimenti pericolosi
delll’asta.
WARNING: if you have to do a manual releasing in case of emergency with the boom in horizontal position
(closed), be very careful as once you turn the key 180° clockwise for unlocking the system, the boom moves
towards up quickly and can cause damages or accident. It is absolutely necessary to hold the boom with an
hand and gently take it to the maximum opening position. To put the barrier again on automatic working,
turn the key 180° anti-clockwise with the boom up right and move it a little bit until you hear a click. Give a
start with the remote or with the button to check if it works porperly.
