Locate the studs on the wall that you plan on
mounting the system. Hold bracket against wall
so that the top of plate to the oor measures at
54" (35 gallon drum) or 68" (55 gallon drum). It
may mount higher, but you will need additional
ex hose for the cyclone to the drum. Mark
where mounting holes land.
Note: For wall mounting, the bolt centers on the
brackets are at 16" to accommodate most wall
stud spacing. See [FIG. 1] for full dimensions.

3When installing the system where the lter or
the inlet will be parallel with the wall [FIG 3a],
or mounting to a concrete wall, you must mount
additional spacing between the wall and the
bracket [FIG 3b]
Note: e additional spacing (i.e. multiple 2x4’s)
helps to stabilize and dampen vibration. e
collector will seem quieter if the outlet is aimed
away from where people tend to work.

4Aligned the Cone and Barrel’s Flange with the
angle ring of the wall bracket.
Secure both components to the wall bracket
using eight Hex Head Bolts, sixteen 5/16” Flat
Washers, and eight Nylock Nuts. [FIG 4]
Note: Tighten rmly but do not over compress the
gasket. Extra hardware is vincluded to mount
wall bracket to collector
