Eén oordop gaat niet aan
Tijdens het indoen is één oordopje
uitgegaan en je gebruikt nu de mono-
modus. Hou het oordopje dat geen geluid
geeft ingedrukt tot hij weer aangaat.
Ik hoor mezelf niet tijdens het bellen
Maak gebruik van de transparency mode
tijdens het bellen. Druk tijdens het bellen
4 keer achter elkaar op de oordop om
de transparency mode te activeren.
De touch bediening reageert niet
Je hebt de sleep mode aangezet. In die
modus reageert de touch bediening niet.
Druk 3 keer op je oordopje om weer
naar music mode te switchen.

Ik kan de OneMelon Drops niet
vinden tussen bluetoothapparaten
De OneMelon Drops verbinden altijd
met het laatst verbonden device. Zijn ze
niet al met je laptop, tablet of andere
telefoon verbonden? Zo niet: doe een
reset en zorg dat je bluetooth aan staat.
Hoe reset ik de oordopjes?
Haal de oordopjes uit het doosje en zorg
dat ze niet verbonden zijn met een
telefoon, tablet of laptop. Tik 2 keer op
de oordop (lampje gaat knipperen).
Herhaal met de andere oordop.

Hoe werkt de sleep mode
Druk 3 keer op je oordopje om de sleep
mode te activeren. Vanaf dat moment
wordt de touch bediening gedeactiveerd.
Je kunt ongestoord in slaap vallen.
Waarom verbinden de OneMelon
Drops niet meer automatisch met
m'n telefoon?
Meestal heb je dan ongewenst een
factory reset toegepast. Dat doe je door
2 keer te tikken op je oordop als ze niet
verbonden zijn met een device. Verbind
opnieuw en daarna zullen ze weer
automatisch verbinden met je device.

De oordopjes disconnecten niet in
de oplaadcase
Dan is de oplaadcase leeg. De OneMelon
Drops krijgen een seintje om te
disconnecten als ze in de oplaadcase
zitten met het klepje dicht. Als de case
leeg is, lukt het de oplaadcase soms niet
om de oordopjes te disconnecten.
Weinig bass en lage tonen. Waarom?
Kies voor de maat eartips die precies
goed afsluit in je oor. Alleen dan hoor je
een mooi gebalanceerd geluid met lage,
midden en hoge tonen. Sluiten de
oortjes niet af? Dan is de eerste toon die
sneuvelt, de lage toon. De bass. Kies dus
de maat die goed in je oor afsluit.

One earbud does not turn on
You accidentally switched off one earbud
when taking it out of the case. Now its on
mono mode. Press and hold the earbud
that is off until it turns on again.
I cannot hear my voice while calling
Switch to transparency mode during
your call. Press 4 times in a row on the
touch control to activate the
transparency mode.
The touch control does not respond
You might have enabled sleep mode. In
that mode, the touch controls do not
respond. Press your earbud 3 times to
switch back to music mode.

I can't find the OneMelon Drops in
the bluetooth setting
The OneMelon Drops always connect to
the last connected device. Aren't they
already connected to your laptop, tablet
or other phone? If so: turn of bluetooth
of the other device. If not: do a reset.
How do I reset the earbuds?
Take the earbuds out of the charging
case and make sure they are not
connected to a phone, tablet or laptop.
Tap the earbud 2 times (light will flash).
Repeat with the other earbud.
Reconnect the earbuds to your device.

How does the sleeping mode work
Press 3 times on your earbud to activate
the sleep mode. From that moment on,
the touch controls are deactivated. You
can fall asleep undisturbed.
The OneMelon Drops do not connect
automatically to my phone. Before
they did. Why?
Usually you have applied a factory reset
unintentionally. You do this by tapping
your earbuds twice if they are not
connected to a device. Connect again in
you bluetooth settings and then they will
automatically reconnect to your device.

The earbuds do not disconnect in
the charging case
Then the charging case is empty. The
OneMelon Drops receive a signal to
disconnect when they are in the charging
case with the lid closed. If the case is
empty, the charging case sometimes fails
to disconnect the earbuds.
Little bass and low tones. Why?
Choose the size of the eartips that fit
tightly in your ear. Only then you will
experience a great balanced sound with
low, mid and high tones. If the earbuds
don't seal well in your ear the first sound
to lag is the lower sound: the bass. So
choose the size that fits well in your ear.
