DANGER:
If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. If odour continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas supplier or
fire department.

other appliance.
An LP-cylinder not connected for use shall not be stored in the vicinity of this or any other
appliance.

ventilated space and shall not be used in any enclosed area.

WARNING
LP GAS WARNING: Do not use any more than 1/4in depth lava rocks/pumice stones/LavaGlass™
above the burner holes. Doing so will suffocate the flame.
WARNING
If the propane gas tank is leaking gas, you may hear, see, or smell a hiss. Do the following:
1. Disconnect the propane gas tank.
2. Do not attempt to fix the problem yourself.
3. Contact your gas supplier or fire department for help.
WARNING
Applying too much propane may result in gas pooling and will not burn. Allow fresh air into the
unit so that the remaining gas may escape.
WARNING
Do not use a flame to check for gas leaks.
WARNING
The max. inlet supply pressure: max. Gas supply 11 in w.c. (2.74kPa)
WARNING
Use LP propane tanks with the following dimensions: diameter 12 in, height 18 in - capacity 20
lbs.
WARNING
You must use a propane tank that has a collar to protect the gas valve.
WARNING
DO NOT fill tank over 80 percent full.
WARNING
The tank system must be set up for vapor withdrawal.
WARNING
Discontinue use if any part of the propane tank is damaged. Rust and dents may be hazardous
and should be inspected by a gas supplier.
WARNING
Do not burn anything other than the provided materials for this fire table.
WARNING
Keep away from the unit for the first 20 minutes after igniting your unit for the first time, as lava
rocks/pumice stones/fire glass could pop out and cause injury. Should any rocks pop out, discard
them.
WARNING
Always ensure that lava rocks/pumice stones/fire glass are completely dry before use. Failure to
do so will cause them to crack or pop.
WARNING
Do not operate unit until all parts are fully assembled.
WARNING
Do not paint or color any part of this heating unit.
WARNING
Unit may be hot while in use, do not attempt to move it while in use.

WARNING
Never leave this heating unit unattended while in use.
WARNING
This unit is not intended for cooking.
WARNING
Keep any flammable items away and do not use any other fireplace cover for this unit.
WARNING
Keep a safe distance to avoid burning skin or clothing.
WARNING
Do not sit or rest hands or feet on this heating unit.
WARNING
Never place hands or fingers on upper portion of this unit while in use.
Keep all electrical cords and fuel supply hose away from heated surfaces
WARNING
Combustible material should not be within 72 inches of the top of the unit, or within 48 inches
around the entire unit.
WARNING
Keep the appliance area clear and free from combustible material, gasoline and other flammable
vapors and liquids.
WARNING
If the flame goes out while burning, turn the gas valve off. Wait 5 minutes before repeating the
initial lighting procedure. Once you have a flame started, hold down the control knob for 1
minute.
WARNING
Do not add water into the unit.
WARNING
Do not operate unit if any part has been under water. Immediately call a qualified service
technician to inspect the appliance and replace any part of the control system and any gas
control that has been under water.
WARNING
Do not disconnect any part while unit is in use.
WARNING
Do not store a spare propane tank on or near this unit.
WARNING
If the heating unit is indoors, detach the propane tank and leave outdoors.
WARNING
Do not operate on a boat or vehicle. This unit must be used on a flat surface and outdoors ONLY.
WARNING
Check for leaks after not using the unit for long periods of time.
WARNING
Children should never operate this unit. Children must be supervised while near this unit.

WARNING
Keep gas tank at least 5 feet away from unit when lit. (if external tank)
WARNING
The maximum gas supply pressure is 250psi.
WARNING
All installation and repair should be done by a qualified professional. This unit should be
inspected annually and cleaned regularly.
WARNING
Inspect all elements of this heating unit before each use. If there is damage, the burner must be
replaced.
WARNING
Keep the hose out from any pathways to eliminate any accidental damage. (if external tank)
WARNING
Be aware of the hazards of high temperatures and stay away from the unit to avoid any burns or
injury.
WARNING
The gas supply tank should be constructed and marked with the specifications for the LP gas
tanks of the U.S. Department of Transportation or the National Standard of Canada
CAN/CSA-B339, LP gas tanks, spheres and tubes for Transportation of Dangerous Goods; and
Commission.
WARNING
The LP gas tank must have a listed overfilling prevention device and a QCCI or Type I, (CGA810) LP
gas tank connection.
WARNING
This heating appliance should not be used on plastic or artificial wood decks.
WARNING
Children and adults should be alerted to the hazards of high surface temperatures and should
stay away to avoid burns or clothing ignition.
WARNING
Young children should be carefully supervised when they are in the area of the appliance.
WARNING
Clothing or other flammable materials should not be hung from the appliance or placed on or
near the appliance.
WARNING
Any guard or other protective device removed for servicing the appliance shall be replaced prior
to operating the appliance.
WARNING
Installation and repair should be done by a qualified service person. The appliance should be
inspected before use and at least annually by a qualified service person. More frequent cleaning
may be required as necessary. It is imperative that the control compartment, burners and
circulating airways of the appliance are kept clean.

NOTE: You must follow all steps to properly assemble this heating item. Make sure the gas
valve is turned “OFF”before assembling. Do NOT attempt to assemble without proper tools.
Combustible materials should not be within 72 inches of the top of the unit, or within 48 inches
around the entire unit.
NOTE TO USER:
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the product.

INSTALLATION GUIDE:
SECTION 1: ASSEMBLY
Step 1: Check that the ignition control knob for the gas supply system is turned to the “OFF”
position before starting any assembly.
Step 2: Fix the 4 foot pads (C) with M4 (D) screws at the bottom of the fire pit (B). Make sure to
tighten securely.
Step 3: Connect the pressure reducing valve to the bottom of the fire pit with a wrench, make
sure to tighten securely.

Step 4: Attach the 2 glass panels (A) into the insets on the top of the fire pit body (B)
Step 5: Put the 20 lb. propane gas tank (not included) into the tank holder (K). Turn the wing
screw on the outside of the tank holder (K) clockwise to tighten the tank into the tank holder.
WARNING: Propane tank must be a minimum of 60 inches away at all times.
Step 6: Turn the cylinder valve on the tank clockwise to close the propane tank. Attach the
regulator to the cylinder valve by turning the regulator coupling nut clockwise. Make sure it is
fastened securely and tighten connections by hand only.

Step 7: Pour the fire glass into the middle of the fire pit body evenly
WARNING: To ensure proper function, the guard on the burner should be free of fire glass at all
times.
WARNING: Make sure that the holes on the inside wall of the fire pit body stay unclogged of
fire glass.
LEAK TEST:
Before performing a leak test, be sure that no sparks can occur and you are in a spacious outdoor
area. Connect the propane gas tank to the regulator and turn the valve on the unit to the “off”
position. Brush a soap and water mixture on all connections. Turn the gas supply on; if bubbles
occur on any connection there may be a leak. If you smell gas or a leak is discovered turn the gas
valve off, disconnect propane gas tank and do not use the appliance until the leak is repaired.
Do not use the heating unit without inspecting the gas hose. If there are signs of wear or abrasion
you must replace the hose (if applicable). Pumice stones/lava rocks/fire glass could pop up and
strike somebody’s face during the process of lighting this unit; stand away from the unit for the
first 20 minutes after igniting. Flame height should be a yellow/blue color between 2 - 10 inches
in height.

LIGHTING INSTRUCTION:
1. Turn all the control knobs clockwise to the 'OFF' position, and then turn the liquid propane
cylinder valve ON by slowly turning counterclockwise.
2. Push in and slowly turn the control knob anticlockwise until you hear a click and the burner
ignites. If not, repeat this process.
3. If the burner has not lit after retrying, wait 5 minutes and repeat step 2.
4. To turn the barbecue 'OFF', turn the cylinder valve or regulator switch to the 'OFF' position and
then turn the control knob on the appliance clockwise to the 'OFF' position.
EXTINGUISH INSTRUCTION:
1. Push and turn the ignition control knob clockwise to the “OFF”position.
2. Turn the propane gas tank valve on the gas tank to close the gas supply and disconnect the
propane gas tank.
WARNING:
Fire pit and propane gas cylinder minimum distance must be over 60 inches (as the picture
shows).

FIRE PIT MAINTENANCE:
NOTES:
•Before performing any maintenance always disconnect propane gas tank.
•Keep the heating item free and clear from combustible materials.
•Visually inspect burner for obstructions and keep tank enclosure free and clear from debris.
•Use a soft brush to get rid of the mild stains, loose dirt and soil after the burner and pumice
stones/ lava rocks/fire glass are completely cooled down. Wipe down with a soft cloth.
•Harsh weather conditions may cause stubborn stains, discoloration and possibly rust pitting.
•Permanent damage may occur if powder or solvent comes in contact with painted or plastic
components on this heating unit.
•Keep the heating unit stored away from direct sunlight.
•If storing this unit inside, disconnect the propane gas tank from the gas valve.
•Not using manufacturer approved or supplied parts/accessories may result in a defective
condition and void the warranty of this heating unit.
•The manufacturer warranty will be voided by, and manufacturer disclaims any responsibility for,
the following actions:
•Modification of the unit and/or components including the gas valve assembly.
•Use of any component part not manufactured or approved by Bond Manufacturing.
•Use and installation other than what is listed in this manual. Please contact the manufacturer
for replacement parts.

ATTENTION
Lors de l'allumage de cet appareil, restez à l'écart du brûleur car la flamme s'allumera et pourrait
causer des blessures.
ATTENTION
GAZ GPL AVERTISSEMENT : N'utilisez pas de pierres de lave/pierres ponces/LavaGlass™de plus
de 1/4 po de profondeur au-dessus des trous du brûleur. Cela étoufferait la flamme.
ATTENTION
Si le réservoir de gaz propane fuit, vous pouvez entendre, voir ou sentir un sifflement. Procédez
comme suit :
1. Débranchez le réservoir de gaz propane.
2. N'essayez pas de résoudre le problème vous-même.
3. Contactez votre fournisseur de gaz ou les pompiers pour obtenir de l'aide.
ATTENTION
L'application d'une trop grande quantité de propane peut entraîner une accumulation de gaz et
ne brûlera pas. Laissez entrer de l'air frais dans l'appareil afin que le gaz restant puisse
s'échapper.

N'utilisez pas de flamme pour vérifier les fuites de gaz.
ATTENTION
Le max. pression d'alimentation d'entrée : max. Alimentation gaz 11 en w.c. (2,74 kPa)

Utilisez des réservoirs de propane LP avec les dimensions suivantes : diamètre 12 po, hauteur 18
po - capacité 20 lb.

Vous devez utiliser un réservoir de propane qui a un collier pour protéger le robinet de gaz.

NE PAS remplir le réservoir à plus de 80 pour cent.
ATTENTION
Le système de réservoir doit être configuré pour le retrait de la vapeur.

remplacé avant d'utiliser l'appareil.
ATTENTION
L'installation et la réparation doivent être effectuées par un technicien qualifié. L'appareil doit
être inspecté avant utilisation et au moins une fois par an par un technicien qualifié. Un
nettoyage plus fréquent peut être requis si nécessaire. Il est impératif que le compartiment de
commande, les brûleurs et les voies de circulation d'air de l'appareil soient maintenus propres.
REMARQUE : vous devez suivre toutes les étapes pour assembler correctement cet élément
chauffant. Assurez-vous que le robinet de gaz est fermé avant l'assemblage. N'essayez PAS
d'assembler sans outils appropriés.
Les matériaux combustibles ne doivent pas se trouver à moins de 72 pouces du haut de l'unité,
ou à moins de 48 pouces autour de l'unité entière.

REMARQUE À L'UTILISATEUR :
Avant de commencer l'assemblage du produit, assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont présentes.
Comparez les pièces avec la liste du contenu de l'emballage et la liste du contenu du matériel. Si
des pièces sont manquantes ou endommagées, n'essayez pas d'assembler le produit.

GUIDE D'INSTALLATION:
SECTION 1 : ASSEMBLAGE
Étape 1:
Vérifiez que le bouton de commande d'allumage du système d'alimentation en gaz est en
position « OFF » avant de commencer tout assemblage.

Étape 2: Fixez les 4 patins (C) avec des vis M4 (D )au fond du foyer (B). Assurez-vous de bien
serrer.
Étape 3: Connectez le réducteur de pression au fond du foyer avec une clé, assurez-vous de bien
serrer.

Étape 4: Fixez les 2 panneaux de verre (A) dans les encarts sur le dessus du corps du foyer (B)
Étape 5: Placez le réservoir de gaz propane de 20 lb (non inclus) dans le support de réservoir (K).
Tournez la vis à oreilles à l'extérieur du support de réservoir (K) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre pour serrer le réservoir dans le support de réservoir.
