Quick Start Guide
Get started with Ontech GSM 9040
and the control panel Ontech Control
English

Make the settings on the extra unit according
to Users Manual.
Connect the extra unit to the power (Ontech
Rtelay 9015 to a wall socket, Ontech 9012
Alarm Box to its battery).
The unit is shown in Ontech Control.
Connect extra units
Insert the supplied SIM card into your
unit.

Removethe unit from the wall socket and
then hold the button to both lights go out.
Connect the external temperature sensor in
the socket labeled ”Temp” on the underside
of the unit.
Plug the device into the wall outlet. In Ontech
Control now displays the temperature of both
the internal and the external sensor.

Place Ontech IR 9016 as it is directed towards
your heat pump or air conditioner.
Plug the connector into the socket on Ontech
9040 GSM marked ”IR”.
In Ontech Control set what kind of brand and
model you have.

Alarm Sensor connects to the supplied alarm
cable. A-larm to yellow and red wires and
B-alarm to the yellow and green wires.
Insert the cable on the underside of the On-
tech GSM 9040.
Create the alarm list for who should have the
alarm in Ontech Control.
Activate the alarm in Ontech Control.
