Adjust Music Playback, Volume, Ambient and Voice
levels using buttons on the neckband.
• Briefly press Ambient or Voice buttons to
enable or disable.
• Press and hold Ambient or Voice buttons
to cycle through volume levels.
• Press Command button to answer/end calls or
activate your phone’s voice command app.
• Double press Play/Pause button to skip audio
tracks while playing music; single press during
a call to mute or un-mute the mic.
Use the free ONvocal app for finer adjustments of
Audio, Ambient, and Voice levels for music and phone
calls alike. Save your favorite settings as presets.

PAIR
1. Press and hold Power button to turn on the Mix360.
• The LED flashes red and white to
indicate pairing mode is active.
2. Enable pairing on your Bluetooth-enabled device.
3. Select “ONvocal” from the list of available devices.
• If a PIN is requested, use “0000”.
WEAR
1. Place earbuds on magnetic stays at neckband ends.
2. For a more secure fit, bend neckband smaller than
your neck size using the Flex Zones before wearing.
• Bend only in the Flex Zone areas to prevent damage.
3. Put neckband on. One at a time, drape ear bud
wires over each ear and squeeze foam tips before
inserting, allowing foam to expand for optimal
performance and sound isolation.
4. Slide wire cinch up or down to conceal excess wire.
5. Adjust microphone boom so it points toward the
corner of your mouth.
