Le présent manuel contient des informations sur les séries de scanners OPEX
Falcon+, ses procédures opérationnelles et les composantes de sécurité,
notamment :
•consignes de sécurité, dangers et précautions à prendre
•identification et fonction des principaux composants
•spécifications du système
•entretien et nettoyage mineurs
Ces informations sont destinées à être utilisées par le principal opérateur de la
machine Falcon+. L’opérateur peut alimenter la machine en énergie, entamer un
travail et transférer le produit au convoyeur pour le tri dans les corbeilles. Il peut
également effectuer des travaux de maintenance mineurs. Lire attentivement toutes
les informations avant d’essayer d’utiliser ou de dépanner cet équipement.
Ce manuel sera mis à jour pour tenir compte des modifications apportées à la
conception de l’équipement, aux numéros de pièces ou pour corriger les erreurs
(un tableau détaillant l’historique des révisions du document peut être consulté sur

1.1. About the Manual
This manual contains information about the OPEX Falcon+ series of scanners
and its operational procedures and safety-related components, including:
•safety information, safety hazards and precautions
•main component identification and function
•system specifications
•minor maintenance and cleaning
This information is intended for use by the main operator of the Falcon+
machine. The operator can power up the machine, start a job and feed product
onto the conveyor for sorting into bins. They can also perform minor
maintenance. Read all information thoroughly before attempting to operate or
service this equipment.
This manual will be updated to reflect equipment design changes, part number
changes, or to correct errors (a table detailing the document revision history
can be viewed on page 5). Be sure to retain the latest electronic release of the
manual for your reference. The latest release can be downloaded in PDF
format at www.opexservice.com.
