Function
The power supply unit serves to power gas sensors of the
OPP-SOR® GMF-MOD-IR series whenever more than 7 of these
devices are to be operated within one system. See data sheet
30109. Seven additional sensors of the GMF-MOD-IR series can
be powered with every NTG03 that is added.

regulations (e.g. national building codes, electrical/VDE regula-
tions, etc.) must be observed. Installers and operating entities
are required to suciently familiarize themselves before startup.

In this example a 4-core cable type is used. The cables are
connected to the terminal strip of the NTG03-24VDC-36W
according to the connections table.
Caution: Do not connect the 24 VDC supply cable of the input
line (IN) to the 24 VDC supply cable of the output line (OUT).
The above application example shows just one of many possi-

The LED of the power supply unit serves as an indicator of output
voltage.The green LED indicates an output voltage of ca. 24 VDC
between terminals 2 (24 VDC) and 3 (0 VDC). If the green LED is o
during operation, this indicates a fault condition, e.g. as a result of
overload.
