the mains cable from the socket when
the appliance is not in use.
• Never use the appliance if you notice
damage to the plug or mains cable. If
the mains cable of this appliance is
damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or the manufacturer’s
customer service or a similarly
qualied person to avoid hazards.
• Defective mains cables represent a
serious hazard to health!
• Observe the minimum clearances
to walls and objects when installing
the appliance and the storage and
operating conditions according to the
Technical Data chapter.
• Never drill into the heating plate.
• Never use the appliance in the
immediate vicinity of curtains.
• Allow the appliance to cooldown
before transporting or servicing work.
• Never use this appliance near baths,
shower-trays, swimming pools or
other vessels that contain water. There
is a danger of electric shock!
• The appliance must be positions so
that the switch and other controls
cannot be touched by anyone in the
bath or in the shower.
Intended Use
This product is only suitable for use in
well-insulated rooms or occasional use.
Only use the appliance for heating
surfaces in interior spaces.
The appliance is suitable for wall-
mounting. Intended use includes:

Improper use
• do not use the appliance outside.
• Do not place any items such as
clothing on the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance to heat
vehicles.
• Do not use the appliance near petrol,

vapours, or in rooms where these are
kept.
• The appliance must not be installed
in a shower cubicle or directly above
a bath.
• The appliance must not be used near
swimming pools .
• Do not used the appliance in the
immediate vicinity of wash basins,
baths or other containers holding
water.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Any use or operation of the appliance
other than as stated in these operating
instructions is not permitted. All
liability ceases or claims under
guarantee are invalidated by non-
observance of this condition.
Independent constructive modications,
attachments or conversions to the
appliance are prohibited.
Personal qualications
All persons using this appliance must:
• be aware of the hazard arising from
working with electrical appliances in
damp environments.
• have read and understood these
operating instructions, especially the
chapter Safety.
Servicing activities that require the
housing to be opened may only be carried
out by electrical specialists.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE
APPLIANCE
Appliance description
The P6 series is used to quickly generate
Instant heat.
Convection heating with hybrid heating
heats both the room’s air via the
integrated convection technology and the
room surfaces via the integrated infrared
technology. This heats people or objects
directly.
The heating plates ensure even
distribution of heat in the room.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Note
If you store or transport the appliance
incorrectly, the appliance can be
damaged. Note the information on
transport and storage of the appliance.
Transport
Follow these instructions before every
transport:
• Remove the mains cable from the
socket by holding the plug.
• Do not pull the appliance by the mains
cable.
• Allow the appliance to cool
suciently.
Storage
Follow these instructions before every
storage:
• Remove the mains cable from the
socket by holding the plug.
• Allow the appliance to cool suciently
• If the appliance is not being used,
store it under the following conditions:
• dry and protected from heat and frost
• in an upright position in a place
protected from dust and direct
sunlight
• if necessary, protected from invasive
dust by a cover
• do not place any other appliances
or items on the appliance to prevent
damage to the appliance
FITTING AND INSTALLATION
Delivery includes
• 1 x IR-heating plate
• 4 x screws
• 4 x raw plugs

Unpack appliance
• Open the box and take out the
appliance.
• Remove all packaging from the
appliance.
• Unwind the mains cable completely.
Check that the cable is not damaged
and do not damage it by unwinding

Fitting
The appliance is already pre-assembled
on delivery. The heating appliance must
not be tted immediately below a wall
socket.
Wall tting
When installing the appliance on a wall,
observe the minimum clearance to walls
and objects according to the Technical
Data chapter.
• Install the P6-series, as shown in the
following picture:

1. Position the bracket on the wall.
2. Mark the 4 corner holes of the bracket
on the wall.
3. Drill 8 mm holes on the wall. Use the
raw plugs and screws provided.
- The screws must protrude approx.
0.5 cm from the raw plugs

5. Hang the appliance on the bracket and
lock it by sliding the movable lock so
that it hangs securely.

Commissioning
Information
When rst switched on, or after a long
period of not being used, smells can form.
When setting up the appliance, observe
the minimum clearance to walls and
objects according to the Technical Data
chapter.
• Before switching on the appliance
again, check the condition of the
mains cable. İf there is doubt as to
the fault-free condition, call customer
services.
• Place the appliance upright and
securely or hang it horizontally.
• Avoid tripping hazards when placing
the mains cable of other electric
cables, especially when setting the
appliance up in the middle of the
room. Use cable ducts.
• Ensure that extension cables are fully
unwound or unrolled
• Ensure that no curtains or similar are
in the immediate vicinity.

correctly fused mains socket.

OPERATION
Information
Avoid open doors and window
Switch on the appliance
After you have installed or set up
the appliance ready for operation as
described in the chapter Commissioning,
you can switch it on:
1. Insert the plug into an adequately
fused mains socket.
Ensure that the mains cable is laid
behind the appliance. Never lay the
mains cable in front of the appliance.
- Operation check light will come on.

2. Allow the appliance to completely
cool.
3. Clean the appliance as described in
the chapter Servicing.
4. Store the appliance as described in
the chapter Storage.
ERRORS AND FAULTS
Warning of electric current
Activities that require the
housing to be opened may only
be caried out by specialists.
The appliance was checked several times
during production for fault-free operation.
Should faults nonetheless arise, check
the appliance for the following.
The appliance does not start:
• Check the mains connection.
• Check the mains cable and plug for
damage.
• Check the factory-tted mains fuse.
• Wait 10 minutes before re-starting the
appliance. If the appliance does not
start, have it checked by an electrical
specialist.
The surface of the appliance bulges out
• The material expands through heating.
This is normal. No action is required.
The surface of the appliance only heats
up slightly:
• The mains voltage does not comply
with requirements. Check the mains
voltage.
• The ambient temperature is low. This
is normal. No action is required.
The appliance makes a noise after
switching on:
• The material expands on heating. The
insulation also expands and causes
the noise This is normal. No action is
required.
Note
• Wait at least 3 minutes after all
servicing and repair work. Do not
switch the appliance on again until
then.
Is your appliance still not functioning
after these checks? Remove the mains
plug.
Contact customer service or take the
appliance for repair to an authorised
electrical specialist.

Clean the appliance with a damp, soft,
lint-free cloth. Ensure that no moisture
gets into the housing. Ensure that no
moisture can come into contact with
electrical components. Do not use
any aggressive cleaning agents like
cleaning sprays, solvents cleaning agents
containing alcohol or scouring agents to
dampen the cloth.
Dry the housing after cleaning.

Caution! Please observe EU-Regulation Eco-design 2015/1188.
From 1.1.2018, the installation and commissioning of the heating plate, infra-red
heating is only permitted together with an external control device/thermostat.
The control device/thermostat must be equipped with an electronic room temperature
control and day regulation and at least one of the following functions:
• adaptive regulation of the start of heating
• room temperature control with open window sensor
• remote control option
The control device/thermostat is not a constituent part of the product.
This product is only suitable for well-insulated rooms or occasional use.
DISPOSAL

Konvektionsheizung wird bei
Hybridheizung sowohl die Raumluft über

werden Personen oder Gegenstände

Gerät auspacken
1. Öffnen Sie den Karton und entnehmen
Sie das Gerät.
2. Entfernen Sie die Verpackung
vollständig vom Gerät.
Montage
Das Gerät ist bei Lieferung bereits
vormontiert. Das Heizgerät darf
nicht unmittelbar unterhalb einer
Wandsteckdose montiert werden.
Wandmontage
Beachten Sie bei der Wandmontage des
Gerätes die Mindestabstände zu Wänden
und Gegenständen gemäß Kapitel
Technische Daten.
Installieren Sie die P6-Serie, wie in der
folgenden Abbildung dargestellt:
P6H/V-550/-900/-1200 Montage
1. Positionieren Sie die Halterung an der
Wand.
2. Zeichnen Sie die 4 Eck-Bohrlöcher der
Halterung an der Wand.
3. Bohren Sie 8 mm Löcher in die Wand.
Bitte verwenden Sie die beiligenden
Dübel und Schrauben.
4. Verwenden Sie Schrauben in der
Größe von 6 x 50 mm
5. Hängen Sie das Gerät in die Halterung
ein und arretieren. Sie diese durch
verschieben der drehbaren Sicherung,
damit sie sicher hängt
Bewährtes Heizelement mit sehr langer
Lebensdauer! Die Heizung ist nicht
brennbar!

Bei erster Inbetriebnahme oder nach
langer Nichtbenutzung kann es zur
Geruchsbildung kommen.

• Vor der Wiederinbetriebnahme des
Gerätes überprüfen Sie den Zustand

• Stellen Sie das Gerät aufrecht und
standsicher auf bzw. hängen Sie das
Gerät waagerecht auf.
• Vermeiden Sie Stolperstellen beim
Verlegen des Netzkabels bzw.
weiterer Elektrokabel, insbesondere
bei Aufstellung des Gerätes in
der Raummitte. Verwenden Sie
Kabelbrücken.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass
Kabelverlängerungen vollständig aus-
bzw. abgerollt sind.
