If symptoms persist after following the troubleshooting step above, contact your installation company or service provider.
Symptom
Operation indicator does not
turn ON.
LINK-BT1 C will not pair with
a compatible sensor.
A compatible sensor is paired
with the LINK-BT1 C unit.
You walk into the
corresponding sensor
detection area, that is
responsible for triggering the
LINK-BT1 C output contact
relay, but the unit does not
operate correctly.
Cause
The power supply wires are improperly connected.
No Power
Power supplied my not meet specifications.
Bluetooth LE signal strength is poor.
The communication range has been exceeded.
The pairing procedures were not followed.
The maximum number of pair LINK-BT1 C has
been exceeded.
The relay output wiring is not correct.
Output contact type is incorrect.
The device to be triggered is not connected to power.
The LINK-BT1 C operation indicator is blinking
alternating purple and yellow. Pairing has been
lost between the LINK-BT1 C and the
compatible sensor.
The Bluetooth LE signal is poor.
Action
Verify power supply wires are connected to the power terminals.
Check main power sources for unit.
Power supply should be between 12 to 24 VAC ±10 % (50/60 Hz) / 12
to 30 VDC ±10 %.
Relocate the LINK-BT1 C away from any machinery that generates
electrical noise.
Move the LINK-BT1 C closer to the compatible sensor.
Follow the recommended pairing procedure.
Do not pair more than five LINK-BT1 C units to one compatible
sensor.
Connect to the output terminals correctly.
Verify that the correct relay logic was selected N.O./N.C.
Connect power to the device.
Disconnect and reconnect power to both the compatible sensor and
LINK-BT1 C. If the problem persists, reduce the distance between
the LINK-BT1 C and compatible sensor to improve signal strength.
Relocate the LINK-BT1 C away from any machinery that generates
electrical noise.
Be sure to check the operation.

①Remove the front cover screw-on cover base and remove the cover.
Swing the cover base out and up.
②Use the supplied screws to secure the main body in place.
Mounting holes pitch: 114 mm (4.49")
③Loosen the cable strain relief on the base and pass the wires through
the cable strain relief. The compatible wiring diameter of the cable
strain relief is 3.5 mm to 7 mm (0.14" to 0.27").
④Connect the wires to the corresponding terminal on the terminal block,
adjust the slack on the cable, and securely tighten the cable strain
relief.
⑤Place the top edge of the cover into the grove on the top of the unit.
Swing the cover into the close position. Tighten the screw on the base
of the cover to secure the cover in place.
⑥Supply power to LINK-BT1 C and the compatible sensor.
①Start the iOS or Android device App for the compatible sensor, and
then, connect the sensor and the LINK-BT1 C. When registering for
the first time, it is necessary to enter the password on the App. The
factory default password is “0000”. Also use the App to change the
settings. For details, see the App.

The use of individual wires or a cable
that does not have a diameter between 3.5
mm to 7 mm (0.14" to 0.27") will prevent the
cable strain relief from providing appropriate
protection to maintain an IP65 rating.
Failure to properly secure front cover
will prevent appropriate protection for the
unit to maintain its IP65 rating.
Inadequate cable strain relief
compression prevents the unit from
maintaining the IP65 rating.
