Le filtre respiratoire anti-particules est une pièce de consommation, ne
demandant ni entretien, ni remise en état. Le propriétaire ou l'utilisateur du TH3P
MASTER FILTRE OPTREL prend automatiquement la responsabilité quant à la
sécurité de fonctionnement en cas d'utilisation non conforme à l'usage prescrit.
DOMAINE D'UTILISATION
Le TH3P MASTER FILTRE OPTREL s'emploie en combinaison avec un appareil
de ventilation assistée (PAPR) de type e3000 pour assurer une protection contre
les poussières et les aérosols toxiques et nocifs en phase solide ou liquide.
Conditions à remplir:
•Les substances nocives à filtrer ne sont que des poussières ou des aérosols.
Un appareil de ventilation assistée équipé d’un filtre THP-PAPR ne protège
pas contre les gaz nocifs.
•La concentration en oxygène de l'atmosphère ambiante ne doit pas être
inférieure à 19% en volume. Pour cette raison, l’emploi d’appareils filtrants est
interdit pour des locaux étroits comme des cuves, citernes, etc. non aérés.
CARACTERISTIQUES DES FILTRES
Le TH3P MASTER FILTRE OPTREL a été testé en laboratoire et homologué par
l’ autorité compétente 1024, suivant les caractéristiques de la norme européenne
EN 12941/A2 et par SAI Global, suivant les caractéristiques de la norme
australienne AS/NZS 1716, en combinaison avec des PAPR spécifiques de type
e3000. Le filtre est conçu pour l’utilisation exclusive avec ces derniers PAPR. Ne
pas utiliser le filtre avec d’autres systèmes PAPR.

CONTRÔLE AVANT UTILISATION
S'assurer que les conditions d’emploi du TH3P MASTER FILTRE OPTREL sont
remplies. Se reporter à la notice d’utilisation du PAPR pour vérifier que la
protection globale du système PAPR est recommandée pour la classe de
protection recherchée.
MISE EN SERVICE
•L’efficacité de la protection offerte par ce filtre dépend du facteur de
protection des coiffes connectées au ventilateur. Se reporter à leurs notices
d’utilisation pour de plus amples précisions.
•Enlever l'emballage et mettre le filtre dans le raccord du ventilateur. Si un
filtre est endommagé, bosselé par exemple, ne pas l'utiliser.
DUREE D'UTILISATION
•La durée de service du filtre dépend de la concentration des contaminants
et du débit d’air passant par le ventilateur.
•l’appareil de ventilation assistée contrôle la résistance du débit d’air. Il émet
un signal avertisseur en cas de colmatage du filtre.
STOCKAGE
•Il est recommandé de stocker les filtres dans un lieu frais et sec, non
exposé aux substances toxiques.
•La durée de stockage dans ces conditions est de 10 ans.

Před zahájením používání TH3P MASTER FILTR OPTREL si pročtěte následující
pokyny a důsledněje dodržujte.
Respirační TH3P MASTER FILTR OPTREL je spotřební položka, která
nevyžaduje žádnou údržbu ani opravy. Pokud by byl používán v rozporu s těmito
pokyny, přechází zodpovědnost za správné fungování filtru automaticky na
majitele nebo na uživatele.

YUŽITÍ
TH3P MASTER FILTR OPTREL, v kombinaci s určitými systémy Powered Air
Purifying Respirator (PAPR) typu e3000, zajišťuje ochranu před toxickými a
škodlivými částicemi nebo aerosoly v pevném nebo kapalném stavu.
Omezení používání:
•Filtrované částice musí být pouze pevné částice nebo aerosoly. Systém PAPR
vybavený filtrem THP-PAPR nezajišťuje ochranu proti škodlivým plynům.
•Koncentrace kyslíku v okolním vzduchu nesmí poklesnout pod 19% objemu.
Proto není používání filtrovacích zařízení povoleno v uzavřených prostorách,
úzkých nebo nevětraných místnostech, cisternách, nádržích, atd.
CHARAKTERISTIKA FILTRU
TH3P MASTER FILTR OPTREL prošel laboratorními testy a byl certifikován
správním úřadem 1024 podle evropské normy EN 12941/A2 a úřadem SAI Global
podle australské normy AS/NZS1716 a to ve spojení s typem e3000 systému
PAPR. Vlákno filtru je vyrobeno tak, že odpovídá pouze systému PAPR typu
e3000. Nepoužívejte tento filtr s jinými systémy PAPR.

KONTROLA PŘED POUŽITÍM
Zkontrolujte, jestli vámi zamýšlené použití TH3P MASTER FILTR OPTREL
odpovídá uvedeným omezením použití. Pomocí příručky k systému PAPR
zkontrolujte, jestli je tento filtr doporučen k používání v rámci ochranné třídy celého
systému PAPR.
POKYNY K POUŽITÍ
•Ochrana zajišťovaná tímto filtrem závisí na ochranězajišťované náhlavní
soupravou systému PAPR. Další informace naleznete v příručce k náhlavní
soupravěsystému PAPR.
•Pokud je filtr poškozen, nepoužívejte jej.
•Odstraňte veškeré obaly a sada filtr do systému PAPR.
ŽIVOTNOST FILTRU
•Životnost filtru TH3P MASTER FILTR OPTREL závisí na koncentraci
škodlivých látek a prachu a také na výkonu systému PAPR.
•Systém PAPR používající tento filtr si kontroluje odpor procházejícího
vzduchu. V případěucpání filtru dojde k upozornění uživatele.
SKLADOVÁNÍ
•Doporučujeme skladovat filtr na chladném a suchém místěbez přítomnosti
toxických látek.
•Za takových podmínek lze filtr skladovat 10 let

El filtro respiratorio para partículas es una pieza de consumo, que no requiere
mantenimiento ni reparación. El propietario o el usuario del TH3P MASTER
FILTRO OPTREL es automáticamente responsable en todo lo que se refiere a la
seguridad de funcionamiento en caso de una utilización no conforme al uso
prescrito.

MBITO DE UTILIZACIÓN
El TH3P MASTER FILTRO OPTREL se utiliza en combinación con un aparato de
respiración asistida (PAPR) de tipo e3000 para garantizar una protección contra
el polvo y los aerosoles tóxicos y nocivos en fase sólida o líquida.
Condiciones:
•Las sustancias nocivas a filtrar son únicamente polvos o aerosoles. Un
aparato de respiración asistida provisto de un filtro THP-PAPR no protege
contra los gases nocivos.
•La concentración de oxígeno en la atmósfera ambiente no debe ser inferior a
19% en volumen. Por este motivo, está prohibido utilizar aparatos filtrantes
en locales angostos como cubas, cisternas, etc. no ventilados.

El TH3P MASTER FILTRO OPTREL ha sido probado en laboratorio y

CONTROL ANTES DE UTILIZACIÓN
Cerciorarse que se respetan las condiciones de utilización del TH3P MASTER
FILTRO OPTREL. Referirse al manual de utilización del PAPR para comprobar
que la protección global del sistema PAPR está recomendada para la clase de
protección deseada.
PUESTA EN SERVICIO
•La eficacia de la protección que brinda este filtro depende del factor de
protección de los terminales conectados al ventilador. Referirse a sus
manuales de utilización para mayores precisiones.
•Retirar el embalaje y utilizar el filtro en el empalme del ventilador. Si un
filtro está dañado, abollado por ejemplo, no utilizarlo.
DURACIÓN DE UTILIZACIÓN
•La duración de servicio del filtro depende de la concentración de
contaminantes y del flujo de aire que pasa por el ventilador.
•El aparato de respiración asistida controla la resistencia del flujo de aire.
Emite una señal de advertencia en caso de obstrucción del filtro.

IMPORTANT
Please read the following recommendations and strictly observe these instructions
before using the TH3P MASTER FILTER OPTREL. The respiratory TH3P
MASTER FILTER OPTREL is a consumable item and requires no maintenance
and no repair. The liability for the appropriate function of the filter is automatically
transferred to the owner or the user when it is used in a manner not conforming to
the recommendations.
FIELD OF USE
The TH3P MASTER FILTER OPTREL is used in combination with specific
Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR ) systems of the e3000 type to ensure
protection against toxic and noxious particles or aerosols in solid or liquid form.
Limitation of use:
•Make sure that the harmful substances to be filtered are particulates or
aerosols, only. A PAPR system equipped with a THP-PAPR filter does not
provide protection against noxious gases.
•The oxygen concentration of the ambient air shall not be lower than 19% in
volume. For that reason, to use of filtering devices is not allowed when
entering into confined areas, narrow and non ventilated rooms, cisterns, tanks,
etc.
FILTER CHARACTERISTICS
The TH3P MASTER FILTER OPTREL has passed laboratory tests and is certified
by notified body 1024 according to the European standard EN 12941/A2 and by
SAI Global according to the Australian standard AS/NZS1716 in conjunction with
e3000 type PAPR systems. The filter is made to use in the e3000 type PAPR
systems, only. Do not use this filter with other PAPR systems.

PRE-USE CHECKS
Ensure that your intended use of the TH3P MASTER FILTER OPTREL complies
with the limitation of use. Check your PAPR manual if this filter is recommended
for use to yield the desired protection class of the complete PAPR system.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
•The protection provided by this filter is linked with the protection provided by
the headpiece connected on the PAPR. Please refer to the instruction
manuals of the headpiece and the PAPR for more information.
•If a filter is damaged do not use it.
•Remove all packaging and set the filter into the PAPR system.
FILTER DURATION
•The duration of the TH3P MASTER FILTER OPTREL depends on the
concentration of contaminants/dusts and throughput of the PAPR.
•PAPR for use with this filter check for air flow resistance. The user is warned
by an alarm in case of filter clogging.
STORAGE LIMITS
•It is recommended to store the filters in a cool and dry place free of toxic
substances.
•Under these conditions the storage duration is 10 years

ANVENDELSES OMRÅDER
OPTREL TH3P MASTER FILTER benyttes sammen med det særlige Powered Air

Begrænsninger i anvendelsen:
•Check at de skadelige substanser, der skal filtreres, kun er små partikler eller

Limitações na sua utilização :
