User Manual
The Orei UHD-401ARC 4x1 switch can expand the HDMI input
of your HDMI display with up to 4 HDMI inputs with a single
HDMI cable connected to your display. The switch supports
HDMI 2.0 (4K@60) signal and its HDCP 2.2 compliant with your
HDMI enabled devices. It also supportsARC bypass function
(Input-4 & Output) to connect a soundbar or audio receiver with
HDMI ARC port.

How to Use
Step 1.
Connect a HDMI cable to your source device’s HDMI port and then
connect it to UHD-401ARC input port 1~4 as well.
Step 2:
Connect a HDMI cable to your display device’s HDMI port and then
connect it to UHD-401ARC output port as well.
Step 3：
Connect power adaptor DC to UHD-401ARC’s power port (USB 5V)
and connect power adaptor AC to power outlet.
*If you want to use TV ARC function, it is recommended to connect your
Soundbar speaker to input 4 and connect output to HDMI/ARC port of
the HDTV. Switch to the device you are going to use, then you will get
the audio from the Soundbar speaker.
IR Remote Control
Push number button 1~4 on the IR Remote Control
to switch among up to 4 source devices.
Button Switch Control
You can control UHD-401 ARC with the manual buttons as well
as the IR Remote Control, push the button on UHD-401 ARC to
switch among up to 4 source devices.
While you switching the output between the devices, the corresponding
LED of the main unit will be lighted up.
Notice:
1. While you plugging the 5V power adaptor of UHD-401ARC to the
CH1 CH2 CH3 CH4

power outlet, UHD-401ARC power is on.
2. Push the number button on UHD-401ARC to switch to
corresponding input port.
Trouble Shooting
When there is no video output, please:
1. Check if the connection is correct.
2. Check if the HDMI cable is damaged.
3. Check if UHD-401ARC is powered on, or restart
UHD-401ARC.
When there is only video output, but no audio output, please:
1. Check if the HDMI cable is well connected.
2. Check if your source output is DVI.
3. Check if HDCP is not communicated well; restart your
UHD-401ARC.
When there is no 4K output, please:
1. Check if your source device supports 4K(3840x2160)
resolution
2. Check if your HDMI cable supports 4K specification.
