NOTE: If you have already
installed #12142 Front LED light
kit use the extra female plug outlet
for this installation. This will allow
one switch to operate both kits.

Step 1:
Drill holes in plastic Top to mount the Work Light (1).
A. Measure and mark holes
B. Drill a 5/16” and 1/4” Holes on each side of the Top.
Step 2;
Attach the Light (1) to the Cab Top.
A. Assemble the light to the bracket with the wire and the bolt through the slot in the
bracket.
B. Insert the wire and the bolt into the holes. Add the nut and washer. Do not tighten
the hardware until final adjustment.

Step 3:
Connect the Ground Wire (6) with Connector (7).
A. Insert the (black) ground wire from the Light and the Ground Wire into a Connector.
Use pliers to close the connector.
B. Use the nearest bolt location to attach the ring end of the Ground Wires. Tighten
bolts securely to provide a good ground.
Step 4:
Install the Switch (8), Switch Bracket (9).
A. Install the light switch into the large hole in the Switch Bracket. Attach the bracket to
the nearest bolt location on the Top Frame.

Step 5:
Attach the Power Supply Wire (3), the Harness (4) and the Harness Extension (5).
A. Connect the female spade terminal of the Harness to one of the switch terminals.
Plug the Harness Extension into one of female plugs on the Harness. Plug the Rear
LED Light into the female plug.
B. Connect the female spade terminal of the Power Supply Wire to the other switch
terminal.
Step 6:
Place the wires in the Corrugated Loom (2).
A. Cut a length of Corrugated Loom long enough to cover the Wire Harness. Press the
wires into the split along the side. Secure in place with the Cable Ties provided.
B. Cut a length of Loom long enough to cover the Power Supply Wire. Secure in place
with the cable ties provided.
C. Run the Power Supply Wire along the frame to the battery securing it with the cable
ties to keep it away from moving or hot parts of the machine.

Step 7:
Connect Power Wire to battery.
A. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
Disconnect the positive (+) battery cable and
place the ring terminal of the Power Wire
over the positive (+) battery terminal bolt.
Replace the bolt. Add the nut and tighten.
B. Reconnect the Negative (-) battery terminal.
C. Adjust lights and tighten the hardware.
