WARNING
This cab is designed to provide foul weather protection only. It does not provide protection
from noise, exhaust fumes, chemicals or injury from collision, roll-over or other accidents.
1. Do not operate machine in confined areas without proper ventilation
2. Thoroughly check area of operation before using machine
3. The cab adds height to the machine. Low tree limbs and other overhead structures that did
not interfere with the operation of the machine before, may now be obstacles
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Periodically check all bolts to see that they are tight. If bolts become loose, failure of cab parts may
occur.
Door latches and hinges should be lubricated with light machine oil for proper operation.
DO NOT CLEAN THE CLEAR PLASTIC WINDOWS WHEN THE PLASTIC IS DRY.
THE CLEAR PLASTIC WILL SCRATCH.
Avoid contact with plastic windows. Keep plastic windows clean by washing them with clear running
water and rubbing with your bare hands, only. The use of a rag, sponge or brush will scratch the plastic.
Liquid soap may also be used for window cleaning. During freezing weather, an automotive windshield
washer solvent may be used.
Use liquid soap and water to clean colored vinyl portions. Scrubbing with a brush or rag is also
permitted on the colored vinyl portions
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to storage clean the windows and colored vinyl parts with a mild automotive detergent, rinse with
clean water and allow to thoroughly dry, Store cab in a clean dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid
folding plastic windows.
READ THIS MANUAL COMPLETELY BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION.
•The right side of the machine is determined from the operators seated position.
•The words "bolt" will refer to a 1/4”x 5/8” bolt and "lock nut"’ will refer to a 1/4” center locknut
unless specified otherwise.
•Do not tighten bolts during assembly unless instructed to do so.
•Lower all attachments to the ground and remove the start key before beginning installation.

! IMPORTANT !
Install safety decals onto Roll Bar.
Install the Exhaust Deflector onto the exhaust pipe.
.Place the deflector over the exhaust pipe.
Turn it up so that it does not interfere with the
left front tire when turned to the right with axle
pivoted up on the left.
. Make sure that the exhaust is not directed at
the snow blower controls.
.Drill a 1/8” hole in the pipe at the location of
the hole in the deflector. Use the #10-24 x 1/2”
screw to secure the deflector.

Step 1; See Figure 1:
Use Figure 1 to identify the steel parts.

Step 2; See Figure 2 & 2A:
Install Foot RH (1) and Front Panel Leg RH (4).
A. Place 5/16”flange locknuts on two 5/16”x 2 1/4”bolts as shown. Insert them into the
clamps welded to the Foot and Front Panel Leg.
B. Use some of the extra vinyl for patches to place between the clamp and step plates.
C. Place the foot over the edge of the step plate 11”from the rear fender / seat pan to the
edge of the Foot. Turn the bolt in and tighten just enough to hold the part in place.
D. Install the Front Panel Leg in the same fashion about 1”from the hood.
E. Repeat the above steps on the left side with left Foot and Front Panel Leg.

Step 3; See Figure 3:
Install the right Foot Pocket Guard (6) and the Front Panel Cross Bar (3).
A. Place the right Foot Pocket Guard (longer) in position as shown. Attach it to the Foot
and front Panel Crossbar Leg with two bolts pointed outward. Add nuts, do not tighten
at this time.
B. Place the Cross Bar in position as shown with the welded tabs towards the front.
Insert four bolts inward through the holes in the welded tab then the legs and add nuts.
Do not tighten at this time.

Step 4; See Figure 4:
Install the right (shorter) and left Front
Posts (8 & 9) and left Foot Pocket Guard
(7).
A. Insert a bolt forward through the tab
on the right Front Post and then the end
of the Front Panel Cross Bar. Add a
Locknut, do not tighten at this time.
B. Insert a bolt outward through the lower
hole in the Foot and then the lower hole
in the post. Add a nut, do not tighten at
this time.
C. Insert a 1/4”x 3/4”bolt out through the
upper hole in the Foot and Post. Place a
door hinge from the Door Hardware
Package over the bolt and add a nut. Do
not tighten at this time.
D. The installation on the left side is the
same, except use a 1/4”x 1”Bolt and
locknut (for RV Mirror attachment) at the
Cross Bar / Front Post connection. Also,
the left Foot Pocket Guard bolts to the
hole under the hinge with a 1/4”x 3/4“
bolt and nut.
Step 5: See Figure 5:
Install the Rear Cross Bar right and left
(10 & 11).
A. Place the clamps over the Roll Bar on
each side. Connect the two parts in the
center. Use two 1/4”x 2 3/4”bolts and
nuts to hold them in place. Do not
tighten at this time.

Step 6: See Figure 6:
Install right and left ROPS Brackets (12 & 13).
A. Place the right ROPS Bracket over the Roll
Bar as shown. Insert a 1/4”x 2 3/4”bolt and add
a locknut. Do not tighten at this time.
B. Repeat the above steps on the left side with
the left ROPS Bracket.
Step 7: See Figure 7:
Install Top Frame (16).
A. Place the Top Frame onto the Front Posts
and ROPS Brackets. Insert two bolts up through
the Posts and “L”Tabs. Add nuts, do not
tighten at this time.
B. Insert two bolts with 1/4”flat washers up
through the slots in the ROPS Brackets and “L”
Tabs. Add nuts, do not tighten at this time.
Step 8; See Figure 8:
Install right and left Rear Posts (14 & 15).
A. Insert a bolt upwards through the upper
(bent) end of the right Rear Post and the “L”tab
welded to the Top Frame. Add a nut, do not
tighten at this time.
B. Repeat the previous step on the left side with
the left Rear Post.
C. Attach the lower end of the posts to the ends
of the Rear Cross Bar with two bolts and nuts.
Do not tighten at this time.

Note: When Rear posts are properly installed
the latch plates will be to the front with the
notch to the outside of the enclosure.

Step 9: See Figure 9:
Install the Doors for Frame / Door Alignment.
A. Follow the instructions in the Door Hardware Package to assemble the Doors.
B. Install, close and latch both Doors.
C. Tighten all framework bolts at this time. Loosen and then retighten the clamps on the
Feet and Front Panel Legs. Secure these bolts by tightening the flange locknuts.
D. Remove the pins from the Roll Bar and replace them with the 1/2”x 3 1/4”Bolts and
1/2”Locknuts. Tighten all four hinge bolts securely.
E. Remove the Doors to complete the installation.

Step 10: See Figure 10:
Install Rear Curtain (17).
A. Place a piece of the Edge Trim over the outside edges of the Roll Bar Hinge on each
side to protect the rear curtain.
B. Lay the rod sewn into the top of the rear curtain over the rear of the top frame. Close
the Velcro®flaps at the corners.
C. Close the Velcro®flaps over the rear posts and brackets.
D. Fasten the Velcro®tabs around the handle and Roll Bar.

Step 11; See Figure 11:
Install Front Panel Vinyl (18)
A. Place the Front Panel Vinyl over the
dash.
B. Lay the rod sewn into the top of the
Front Panel Vinyl over the Front Panel
Cross Bar. Close the Velcro®flaps
around the Front Posts.
Step 12; See Figure12:
Install Windshield (19) and Plastic Top
(20).
A. Place the Plastic Top onto the Top
Frame.
B. Place the lower edge of the
Windshield on top of the Front Panel
Vinyl and Front Panel Cross Bar trapping
the vinyl in place.
C. Raise the front of the top and push the
Windshield back against the frame.
Lower the Top over the top edge of the
Windshield trapping it in place.
D. Place a 1/4” flat washer onto each of
three bolts. Insert the bolts inwards into
all of the holes of the Top and Top Frame
tabs except the front left bolt. Do not
tighten.

Step 13; See Figure13:
Install the Rearview Mirror Head (28),
Upper Bracket (29) and Lower Bracket
(30).
A. Use the bolt, nut and lock washers on
the Mirror Head to fasten the Upper and
Lower Brackets to the Mirror. Place the
lock washers on the outside of the
brackets. Do not tighten.
B. Use a 1/4" x 3/4" bolt and 1/4" nut to
attach the upper bracket to the cab Top.
Do not tighten.
C. Place the Lower Bracket on the 1/4" x
1" bolt and add another 1/4" lock nut.
Tighten all bolts.
Step 14; See Figure14:
Install Windshield Wiper and Doors.
Secure Front Panel Vinyl.
A. Install the windshield wiper per the
instructions in the package.
B. Install the Doors and connect the hook
and loop fastener strips on the lower door
& front panel.
C. Hook the springs into the holes under
the step plates as indicated below.

LIMITED WARRANTY
COVERED BY WARRANTY
ORIGINAL TRACTOR CAB CO., INC., (the "Company") warrants to the owner that each new product listed below is merchantable and free of defects in
workmanship and material.
During the warranty period, the dealer from whom the product was bought, or the Company, will provide, free of charge, parts and the shipping costs of parts
necessary to correct any defect in workmanship and material.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The company products listed below are warranted for the stated period from the date of the original purchase:
1. Cabs for tractors and snow removal equipment 1 Year
2. Company manufactured accessories for above cabs 1 Year
3. Sunshades for lawn and garden tractors 1 Year
4. Repair parts 1 Year
OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The owner of a new Company manufactured product must do the following to qualify for warranty service:
1. Retain the original invoice or other proof of purchase to avoid unnecessary difficulties in determining eligibility for warranty work.
2. Notify the dealer from whom the product was bought, or the company, as soon as possible after discovery of a possible defect, and provide proof of original
purchase.
To notify the company write to: Original Tractor Cab Co., Inc., P.O. Box 97, Arlington, IN 46104.
3.the owner may, upon notification by the Company, be required to return the defective part, or parts, to the Company for inspection and warranty service.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
The following are not covered by this warranty:
1. Transportation charges to and from servicing dealer or the Company;
2. New products that have been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or have been altered or repaired in a manner not authorized by the company;
3. Windshield wipers, lights, or accessories that are warranted separately by their respective manufacturers, except Company agrees to make available to
the owner whatever warranty benefits may be made available to the Company by the manufacturers.
All implied warranties, except to the extent prohibited by any applicable law, shall have no greater duration than the warranty period for the
applicable product, some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The Company’s' liability arising out of warranties representation, instructions, or defects from any abuse, shall be limited exclusively to repair or
replacing parts under the condition in the warranty, and in no event will Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights that vary from state to state.
