Congratulations on your purchase of a quality
Orion accessory. Your new Orion Dual Finder
Scope Mounting Bracket is a terric accessory
that enables two aiming devices to be used at
the same time on one telescope.
Included Items:
• Bracket
• dovetail mounting shoe for nder scopes
(x2)
• Philips head screws (x4)
Assembly
• Attach each of the dovetail mounting
shoes to the bracket using the included
screws and a Philips head screwdriver (not
included) making sure that both the bases
are oriented in the same direction as the
base of the bracket (Figure 1).

Attaching the Bracket to a
Telescope
Once assembled simply slide the bracket into
the telescope’s dovetail mounting shoe (Figure
2) and tighten the thumbscrew on the shoe to
secure the bracket.
Attaching Aiming Devices to
the Dual Mounting Bracket
Many combinations of accessories can now
be used at the same time (Figure 3). To attach
each device simply slide each device into either
of the dovetail mounting shoes and tighten the
thumbscrew to secure the device.
Warning: Never look directly at the Sun with the naked eye or with a telescope
– unless you have a proper solar lter installed over the front of the telescope!
Otherwise, permanent, irreversible eye damage may result.
One-Year Limited Warranty
This Orion product is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of purchase. This warranty is for the benet of the original retail purchaser only.
During this warranty period Orion Telescopes & Binoculars will repair or replace, at Orion’s option,
any warranted instrument that proves to be defective, provided it is returned postage paid. Proof
of purchase (such as a copy of the original receipt) is required. This warranty is only valid in the
country of purchase.
This warranty does not apply if, in Orion’s judgment, the instrument has been abused, mishandled,
or modied, nor does it apply to normal wear and tear. This warranty gives you specic legal rights.
It is not intended to remove or restrict your other legal rights under applicable local consumer law;
your state or national statutory consumer rights governing the sale of consumer goods remain fully
applicable.
