AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES TO YOUR VEHICLE. IMPROPER INSTALLATION COULD RESULT

VEHICLE, CHECKING THE MOUNTING POINTS AND ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO USE, AND
REGULARLY INSPECTING THE PRODUCTS FOR WEAR AND OR DAMAGE. YOU MUST ENSURE
THE PERSON(S) INSTALLING THE PRODUCT READ, UNDERSTAND, AND FOLLOW ALL
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE BEGINNING THE INSTALLATION. THE

MATERIALS REQUIRED
REQUIRED
● 1x 1/2" Socket or 1/2" Wrench
● 1x 3/16” Ball End Allen Key (For 5/16-18 Hardware)
● 1x Blue Threadlock (Medium Strength)
[RECOMMENDED ON T-NUT HARDWARE]
● 1x 1 oz Anti-seize Lubricant
[RECOMMENDED ON ALL NYLON LOCKNUT JOINTS]
● 1x Step Ladder
RECOMMENDED
● 1x Extra Person
● Extra Rags (to keep things clean)

Installation Steps
1A - Loosely position 8020 crossbars to approximate
solar panel size.
2B - *Attach (4) Solar Brackets to each solar panel
using (4) 3/4" SCREWs, (4) 5/16” WASHERs, and (4)
5/16-18 NYLON LOCKNUTs. (Apply anti-seize)
*orientation options shown on next page
3C - Place solar panel with attached Solar Brackets on
roof rack and position crossbars.
4D - Roll (4) 5/16-18 T-NUTs into 8020 crossbars where
appropriate to line up with solar brackets mounting
holes (Fig D)
5E - Insert 1/2" SCREWs through Solar Brackets into
5/16-18 T-NUTs and secure (Apply threadlock)
