We are a heated apparel company for every single environment. We
ALL know what life is like growing up in the Midwest.You wake up in
the morning wearing a coat, several scarves, a beanie, insulated
gloves and heavy boots and by the afternoon, you’re sweating with
sunglasses on. And just when you think that winter is finally over, a
massive snowstorm hits in April causing you to layer up again.
That gets old, right?
That’s exactly why we wanted to create a jacket that can be worn in
any season you want. Our team brainstormed and realized this
special jacket had to be durable enough to wear on freezing autumn
nights, definitely would need all the internal heating elements to keep
you warm through the winter. Not just the colder months either! We
wanted to make sure it was lightweight enough to help you survive
those wet, mild spring months. We did all this AND we made it look
good!
We live by our mission every single. Our goal is to make sure when
you put on our heated apparel, that you are warm, comfortable and
enjoying yourself. When you share your stories and pictures with us, it

Operation Instruction
The heating level can be adjusted by pressing the power button. Each press will
cycle through the apparel’s temperature settings. At a room temperature of
77°F/25°C, the heat will rise to 131°F/55°C on high, 113°F/45°C on medium, and
100°F/38°C on low.
①Insert power cable into port on the battery.
②To turn on, press and hold the power button on your apparel (located on the
left side of the chest) for 3 seconds. The apparel will begin to preheat for 5
minutes(blinking red led light). Then it will automatically adjust to medium heat
(white led light).
③Heating zones on left chest, right chest & mid-back.
④To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until LED light
turns off.

NEVER wear if inner liner is wet.
Battery acid may leak from damaged batteries
under extreme load or extreme temperatures.
In case of contact with battery acid wash it off
immediately with soap and water. In case of eye
contact rinse thoroughly for at least 10 minutes
and immediately seek medical attention.
Use only ORORO chargers for charging ORORO
battery packs. DO NOT use battery packs from
other systems.
DO NOT store the battery pack together with metal
objects(short circuit risk).
DO NOT dispose of used battery packs in household
trash or by burning it.

1. How long does it take to fully charge my battery
A: It takes about 8 hours to fully charge a completely empty battery.
2. How can I tell if the battery is fully charged?
A: Check the LEDs on the battery. 4 LEDs illuminated solid when the battery is fully charged.
3. How long will the battery last while in use?
A: In normal temperatures(68°F/20°C), the battery will last approximately 6-7hours on low heat setting, 4-5 hours on
medium, or 2-3 hours on high.
4.What if the heated apparel do not turn on or operate properly with fully charged batteries?
A: Clean the ports on the battery. Reconnect the battery and restart the heated power button. If the heated apparels
still do not work properly, please contact our customer service .
5. How do I take care of my batteries?
A: To keep them at peak performance, you should fully charge your batteries

• And every 6 months
6. Is there a warranty available? How long does it cover?
A: ORORO provides the following warranties on all BRAND NEW products purchased directly from ororowear.com or
authorized ORORO dealer.
• 1-Year warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of ORORO apparel heating components.
• 6-Month warranty covering any defects or malfunctions of ORORO Lithium-Ion battery.
